Upon onboarding, HomeScout takes the existing database of real estate professionals and runs it through artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to enhance and correct consumer data. This likely includes updating contact information, property details, and other relevant data points. HomeScout assigns a propensity score to each consumer based on their likelihood to sell or move.
