TapeACall is a $10 application that is available for iPhones or Android devices and does as its name suggests. Once you purchase the app there are no more fees for usage, unlike some of the other applications out there. The recording functionality is pretty easy to use, and there's a plethora of sharing options once the calls are recorded.

What is nice about the application is that it allows you to record calls you are already on, as well as record calls when you are dialing out.
