Florida's Largest Real Estate Event of the Year Set for Orlando Aug. 24-25

This year's annual Florida Realtors Convention and Trade Expo takes place Aug. 24-25, 2022, at Rosen Shingle Creek resort in Orlando, Fla.

Realtors from around the state will discuss crucial issues that shape their profession, selecting from nearly 40 education sessions. Topics run the gamut, from how to sell luxury homes, the post-pandemic future of global real estate, how traditional brokerages can increase their profit margin, how to create videos people will watch, and proven strategies for "irresistible" listing presentations. According to the Florida Realtors, the top keynoter is entrepreneur, celebrity, and self-made billionaire Martha Stewart, who will share "her real-life business insight."

Convention-goers will also enjoy the music of "Party on the Moon" (known as America's #1 corporate and private party band) during a Dance Party on Wednesday night, August 24. The next day, Comedian Mike Goodwin at the Florida Realtor's annual Awards Luncheon, which honors Realtor excellence and service. Goodwin is a nationally touring comic who's appeared on America's Got Talent.

Perhaps the biggest highlight is the two-day Trade Expo, featuring more than 200 industry experts and exhibitors showcasing the latest marketing, technology, and other business tools. Hours are Wed. August 24, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and Thurs. August 25, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Onsite tech help will again be provided free from Florida Realtors' own Tech Helpline in the Sebastian Foyer (not the Trade Show hall).

Dubbed the "Genius Bar" for real estate, Tech Helpline is the real estate industry's No. 1 tech support service, available to nearly half the Realtors in North America – with 725,000 members, 17 state associations, and 65 local associations and organizations in the US and Canada.

Form Simplicity, Tech Helpline's sister firm, also owned and operated by Florida Realtors, will be showcasing its digital transaction management software at its booth in the Sebastian Foyer too. In addition, Form Simplicity will host several learning workshops for brokers and agents during the conference.
