Agents do not log into transaction management platforms every day or throughout the day to plan their work and work their plan. Transactions are only a piece of an agent's workday. What they do check obsessively is their cell phone, their calendar, their notifications.
For years, I have been begging transaction management companies to integrate with Google and Microsoft to sync calendars, tasks, Google Drive and contacts.
In a blog post today, dotloop announced that they have done the integration with Google. This is going to save agents a ton of time copying and pasting—or worse, rekeying information into dotloop—along with downloading and saving deals to Google Drive.
