3 Most Important Ways to Use Your Quarantine Time Wisely

During a recent Coffee Chat, I had the pleasure of interviewing Rachel Adams Lee, leader of the Rachel Adams Group, coach, top 1% agent and serial entrepreneur about the best ways to use our quarantine time wisely.

We're starting to hear from government leaders in the New York metro area and the west coast that we may be starting to come out of quarantine soon, so we want to be sure we use this rare time to position yourself for short and long-term success.

  • Accountability − Connect your own team on Mondays, asking each of them to commit to one goal for the week. Circle back on Fridays and ask agents to provide a status update on the goal they outlined for themselves on Monday.
