Landing Page

If you really want to impress your clients, make a website for your property. Sounds hard and expensive—but it's not! There are companies out there with some amazing templates that take no time at all.

Also, make sure you get a custom domain name for like $20 from GoDaddy, such as Here is one of my favorite landing page companies: Leads2ListingLeads2Listing.

Pay-Per-Click Ads

Want MAXIMUM exposure for your listings? You have to pay to play! No listing should be without some Facebook Ads. Run some in your geographic area, run some to your database using 'Custom Audiences' and run some to where you think potential buyers might come from.

Have a video? Run some YouTube ads, as well. You can also run some Google Ads—but I have found these to be a little trickier. Want the easy solution to Google Ads? Try AdwerxAdwerx!

That's it for today. Have some really cool out of the box tech ideas? I'd love to hear about them. Used any of these companies before? How was your experience? Tell us in the comments below!
