new obeoWelcome to the new Obeo, where smart agents find smart marketing! We are very excited to announce that we have re-banded and re-focused.

Obeo started in 1999, as a virtual tour provider called 360House. 360House quickly progressed from being a simple virtual tour provider to offering a diverse suite of online marketing tools, and in 2005 the company was renamed Obeo. Since 2005, Obeo has been the industry innovator of interactive marketing tools that allow the consumer to engage with listing images and floorplans online. Thus, 2010, Obeo released it's "See You There" brand, to represent these interactive tools. Now, Obeo is releasing a whole new brand, called "Smart Marketing. Delivered."

According to Mike Haugen, President of Obeo, "The real estate industry is entering into a new era. There are loads of vendors and marketing products, but very few of them are synergistic. Most agents end up dealing with multiple vendors, using multiple dashboards, and spending way too much time and money to market a listing. Obeo is on a mission to change that with a large variety of synergistic product and service offerings. Better yet, Obeo bundles and automates them with a service called EasyEdge, that saves the real estate professional both money and time."

Grant Bigler, Vice President of Sales for Obeo, went on to explain that Obeo's synergistic tools include everything from single property websites and floorplans to mobile lead generation and search apps. He explained that, "Data synchronization is truly the key ingredient. It allows Obeo to not only automate the creation of the marketing content, but to keep it updated for the lifetime of the listing". That means you'll no longer need to upload images or log into 4 different dashboards to make a simple price change. I think you'll agree, that does sound like smart marketing!

Automation works! Studies show that 58% of top-performing companies, have adopted marketing automation. Furthermore, 63% of companies that are outgrowing their competitors have adopted automated marketing. That could be because automation gives you the time to do what you do best; Sell real estate.
