SWMRIC® Utilizes Rapattoni Integrated Website Service Lite

SIMI VALLEY, Calif., October 7, 2013 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that SWMRIC® is now live with its new website, which was implemented using Rapattoni's Integrated Website Service (IWS) Lite. SWMRIC® is a regional MLS located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and currently serves over 5,400 members.

SWMRIC® is the first organization to implement Rapattoni's new version of IWS called "IWS Lite." This version of IWS is a simple and efficient system for providing public content, plus it replaces the traditional MLS splash page and integrates with Rapattoni's Universal Logon Control (ULC) for easy access to the Rapattoni MLS. In addition, it offers completely customizable branding and templates, a full content management system for public-facing articles and features, and multi-language support. MLS and association staff can administer the website from the front-end or back-end. Responsive design templates work on any device from phones to desktops to large screens equally well.

SWMRIC®'s new website also features Premium Public Search which provides consumers with the ability to search for listings right from the home page using the new Home Page Search Module, or search for homes using map-based and forms-based searches. Consumers can also search for rental properties, open houses, commercial properties, and commercial lease properties, request more information from listing agents, set up saved searches and automatic updates via the 'Organizer' feature, and calculate mortgage payments. This powerful feature supports smartphones, tablets and desktop devices.
