New Prudential Marketing Center Adds Google+ and Pinterest Integration

September 03 2013

September 4, 2013 – Bellevue, WA – Prudential Northwest Properties, one of the largest Prudential Real Estate affiliates in the Pacific Northwest, has launched its all-new, mobilized marketing platform enhanced with Google+ and Pinterest integration.

Powered by Bellevue-based Imprev, the new Prudential Marketing Center is built on the real estate industry's most advanced marketing platform. Agents can engage homebuyers and sellers through mobile, social, and an array of other digital and traditional marketing methods – all through one system.

"Our online Marketing Center has been a great resource for our real estate professionals for years," said Prudential Northwest Properties Jason Waugh, president and chief executive officer. "This new platform modernizes the entire marketing process, with an advanced suite of digital marketing tools so today's mobile real estate agents can connect with today's home buyers and sellers wherever they are."

Waugh notes the new marketing platform frees an agent from using a desktop computer as it allows an agent to create 'real-time' marketing materials from the field using an iPad or Android tablet.

"The majority of homebuyers today search for homes on a mobile device," Waugh noted. "Providing our agents these new, powerful mobile tools gives them an instant ability to reach consumers wherever they are: on Facebook, through Twitter and now Google+ and Pinterest."

Renwick Congdon, chief executive officer of Imprev, noted that the addition of Google+ and Pinterest adds more ways agents can distribute to multiple locations "with a click."

"Smart agents are aggressively using social-media sites in order to engage buyers and sellers," Congdon said. "Integrating Google+ and Pinterest into our marketing platform ensures our customers can easily post to the most popular social sites," he added.

GlobalWebIndex reports that Google+ now outpaces Twitter as the world's No. 2 social network, and Pinterest is growing 40 percent faster in the number of unique visitors than Facebook did when it first launched, according to Social Strand Media.

According to Congdon, Imprev spent more than a year developing the latest version of its advanced marketing platform, which now includes the ability to completely brand a Marketing Center for a customer. "When Prudential Northwest Properties transitions to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate name in early November of 2013, its new Marketing Center will be completely rebranded to reflect the new Berkshire colors and brand," Congdon said.

Agents using the new Prudential Marketing Center can select from more than a dozen marketing products that feature stunning, Prudential-branded designs. Agents can create personalized flyers, Craigslist ads, eCards, mobile-ready virtual tours, postcards, eNewsletters, brochures and more.

Inside the Marketing Center, agents have multichannel distribution options, including sending a single email or to an entire client list; hosting on a website; posting directly to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, or Pinterest; downloading a document as a PDF for personal distribution; printing locally on a personal printer or sending directly to a commercial printer for overnight production; or publishing a virtual tour directly to Realtor.com or an agent website. Dropbox also is integrated into the Marketing Center, giving agents an easy way to import professional property photos into their marketing projects.

The real estate professionals in more than 20 Prudential Northwest Properties offices throughout Oregon and Washington now have access to the new Marketing Center. The Portland-based firm is one of the most progressive real estate firms in the nation and part of the second-largest real estate services company in the nation, making the firm a key player in the search for homes and all properties for sale in the greater Portland/Vancouver market.
