Victor Valley AOR integrates with zipForm® to allow agents to make offer from inside the MLS

LOS ANGELES (Nov 13) – Real Estate Business Services® (REBS®), a subsidiary of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.), today announced that Victor Valley Association of REALTORS®/Multiple Listing Service is now integrated with zipForm® 6 so its REALTOR® members can start the paperwork process from inside of the MLS. VVAR MLS is the first multiple listing service in California to offer this type of integration. zipForm® 6 is a free member benefit from C.A.R.

REALTORS® save time because of the single sign-on between the MLS and zipForm® 6. By eliminating the need to open up another program and use a separate set of login credentials, they can quickly start filling out the necessary forms for a buyer. In addition, property information and listing agent contact information is prepopulated from the MLS listing detail.

VVAR MLS also provides zipFormMLS-Connect® to its REALTORS® which allows the user to start the transaction from zipForm® 6 and then pull in the MLS listing data. Utilizing this technology helps streamline the transaction creation process, while providing a service that adds tangible valueand maintains the integrity of the information within the database.
