Clareity Security Joins The Shibboleth Consortium

October 30, 2012 – Scottsdale, AZ – Clareity Security, the leading provider of data security, Single Sign On (SSO) and compliance management products and services for the real estate industry is pleased to announce its membership in The Shibboleth Consortium.

The Shibboleth Consortium is the premier support network for the Shibboleth open-source SSO project allowing sites to make informed authorization decisions for individual access of protected online resources in a privacy-preserving manner. The Shibboleth Consortium provides financial, administrative and governance support, engages eagerly to address any identified security vulnerabilities and supports adoption of the technology by offering services to help organizations test their Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) service. Over 5,800 organizations have registered to use this service since 2006.

Clareity Security has been a leader in establishing SAML as a standard in real estate and assisting the software community in adopting secure Single Sign On practices using the SAML standard.
