RE Technology, Inc. Now Offering “Real Estate Coach Radio” Sponsorships

June 10 2011

Arroyo Grande, CA (June 2011) – Real estate agents, brokers, and MLSs turn to RE Technology, Inc. (www.retechnology.com) for the latest news, product reviews, and advice related to real estate technology. Now, the team at RE Technology (already the leading real estate media site) has found a new way to assist their users. Their new offering: sponsorships on RealEstateCoachRadio.com.

“The real estate technology market is highly competitive, so many companies are struggling to find new ways to share information about their brand and their products,” says Victor Lund, CEO of RE Technology. “We’ve formed relationships with many of these companies and have kept our eyes out for new opportunities that might help them. I think we’ve found one with Real Estate Coach Radio.”

RealEstateCoachRadio.com is the brainchild of Bernice L. Ross, Ph.D. and Kevin Turner. They’ve brought together diverse backgrounds in real estate, technology, and radio. Their daily radio show (available online) provides a quick, condensed summary of some of the top news in real estate.

“I was featured as a ‘Guest Mentor’ on RealEstateCoachRadio.com,” says Mr. Lund. “It was a great experience and it got me interested in learning more about the program. After spending some time discussing it with Ms. Ross and Mr. Turner, I recognized that it could be a marketing opportunity for many technology companies.”

Each show on Real Estate Coach Radio is 5 to 7 minutes long. There are 5 shows per week. Shows are composed of:

  • Bernice’s “Real Estate Dough Training Minute.” Topics will span a 5- or 10-show series.  Upcoming topics include “Lead Follow-Up,” “How to Make an Extra $25K in Commissions This Year,” “How to Win in a Down Market,” “Tame Your Email,” “Market Your Listings Globally,” “Make Your Boomer Business Boom,” and “Supercharge Your Print Marketing.”
  • A “Guest Mentor” who will appear for five days.
  • A one-minute “Working Smarter Tip.”
  • A quote of the day.

“Sponsors have several options,” explains Ms. Ross. “They can appear as a Guest Mentor, as long as they’ll be offering educational content as opposed to advertising. Otherwise, sponsors will be mentioned at the top of the show and at the end of the show.”

“We work with sponsors to match them with shows that include their topic(s) of interest,” says Mr. Turner. “Our clients love that they can count on us to discuss a wide variety of topics. Sponsorships are one way we can continue to do that. Listeners win because they’re receiving valuable content. Sponsors win because they get exposure with their target demographic – savvy real estate professionals looking to grow their knowledge.”
