Instanet Solutions’ Authentisign is a online document signing service maintained on a secure browser. Authentisign enables multiple parties to participate and sign documents online. This helps speed up the transaction and sale process of many real estate transactions.

All documents signed via this service are protected using the trusted United States Postal Service Electronic Postmark (USPS EPM). The USPS EPM service is web-based security service that dates and timestamps electronic documents and files. This provides tamper detection, and enables verification of content authenticity.

The Authentisign Services allows users to distribute almost any document through the Internet to multiple signing parties. Users have the ability to control and monitor every step of the signing process. A dashboard of all activities pertaining to a signing process can be viewed at any time.

  • When a user opens a PDF document that has been postmarked, the authenticity of the USP. EPM can be independently verified outside of the AuthentisignTM service.
