There are plenty of virtual tour products for REALTORS® to select from. A company that has been around forever in our industry is CirclePix. Normally, when you think of CirclePix, you first think of image innovation. Over the years, they have enabled agents to provide consumers with virtually any perspective of looking at images. You can look up, down, right, left, spin around, stand upside down, look around corners. You name it, CirclePix provides it.

Today, I noticed something extraordinary about CirclePix that I had not noticed before--the school page. Take a look at the level of detail they provide on school choices. They provide the school name, phone number, student to teacher ratio, census data, and number of students.

It would be great to provide an email address and a link to the school website, as well, but aside from that, this may be the best school page we have seen in a while. Our RE Technology designers really like the choice of using the book and the flip-page navigation, too.

Some other good features we noted were well executed broker and agent branding, and the ability for these tours to be shared by consumers (and agents) through social media. These tours are dynamically produced with data sourced from the MLS, so every broker listing gets a tour and they are published automatically to the broker's social media pages.

The URL for the tour resides on the broker domain--in this case it is tour.huntrealestate.com--a great strategy for getting backlinks to the broker website and improving SEO. The tours work on mobile, but the experience is significantly different. I would expect CirclePix to enhance their mobile version with responsive design soon.

All in all, CirclePix is a worthy solution for most agents and brokers. They are a well established company that has been providing great support to customers for years. At the end of the day, customer support is probably the most important feature of any product.
