The HomeSeekers App is the first app powered by California Regional MLS (CRMLS) that extends CRMLS Matrix access to member agents and allows their clients to search for homes as well. iZigg Mobile Media
iZigg Mobile Media is a mobile marketing solution designed to allow potential clients to text chosen words to the iZigg number and receive promotional messages, information and more.  iZigg choose the famous number 90201 to help spark recognition with the public. If a homebuyer drives by a listing and sees the message “Text  1234 Honey Lane to 90201 for property details,”  they can follow the directions, get what they want, while providing the agent or broker with their contact information.  This tool can be used for generating leads as well as marketing information. How it works: Step 1: personalize –An agent or broker can choose their personal name, business name or desired keyword for homebuyers or sellers to text to 90201 to receive information Step 2: promote – Agents and brokers can share this code name with the mobile world and display it on their website Step 3: play – Agents and brokers then create their message or special offer, select their group and hit send If an agent or broker is too busy , or on the go when they would like to send out a message, they simply have to type their message like they would to a friend. iZigg provides the option to send the message to a group.  The size of the group does not matter, whether it is 100 or 100,000.
