Garmin GPS Interface by Hillside Software
Hillside Software created a software that creates a home tour route and sends the data directly to a partnering Garmin GPS Navigator system. This allows agents to provide a mapping/GPS system to their clients, giving them turn-by-turn directions according to the route they choose. Features include: Select the properties you wish to visit from a HomeCard powered website (for consumers) or with Virtual Office MLS Toolkit (Agents/Brokers). Click GPS Export to automatically create a file which can be uploaded to a supported Garmin GPS Navigator system (Nuvi series, c320-c550 and i3/i5/i6 models). The GPS automatically calculates the shortest or fastest route and speaks street names with turn by turn 3D directions to each property. It also notifies you of your estimated travel time. Certain GPS models optionally provide traffic alerts (in select cities) and let you avoid traffic tie-ups by simply pushing a button to calculate a new route. Pre-loaded maps provide additional points of interest such as schools, golf courses and even Starbucks locations.

Quikshow
Quikshow is a clever way to show your buyers more homes. This mobile app lets buyer's agents outsource showing appointments to other agents in the area. Simply post a showing opportunity and other agents who use Quikshow can submit bids for what they charge for showing a house to your clients. Bids can range from $30-950, though the company says the average bid is $50. The buyer's agent can then browse ratings of other agents via the app and select which agent they want to show their listing. All payment for showing fees is handled through Quikshow. Quikshow is only available to licensed real estate agents in good standing with their local board. Showing agents are asked only to open doors; nothing more. To discourage soliciting, Quikshow's rating system keeps agents in check and motivates them to do a great job showing properties to buyers agent's clients.
