HomeGain's AgentEvaluator is an online agent-buyer tool, connecting agents with buyers and sellers in need of a local agent. AgentEvaluator was designed to generate leads for agents and is linked to the HomeGain property search portal. Agents can sign up for AgentEvaluator for free to see every homebuyer and seller who is searching for an agent in their market. Agents can post their listings on HomeGain's property search portal and get free access to webinars, monthly agent newsletters and the Agent Resource Center. This center contains real estate strategies, agent best practices and FAQs.   AgentEvaluator works by connecting agents with buyers and sellers in their area who are specifically looking for a REALTOR. Buyer Listing Service
NationalBLS is an online portal service linking pre-approved residential real estate buyers with agents. It's a marketplace where buyers anonymously post their requirements to the web and receive information about properties for sale from sellers. It prides itself on being "real estate in reverse." NationaBLS listS pre-approved buyers instead of sellers. Buyers register online, specifying their budget, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, home type, square footage, and lot size they are looking for. Once authenticated, these requirements are anonymously published to the site's buyer list. Sellers can search these listings and when they find a buyer match, they can send the buyer a private email promoting their property. NationalBLS provides a central marketplace. Any offer through the site is non-binding, but is a starting point for negotiations. This is where agents come in. National BLS is agent friendly, helping agents manage their clients, and close more transactions. Agents are linked to the accounts of their clients, and are able to see and track all communication to and from your client. They help you promote your professional services, and they even help you find new clients who are looking for homes in your area. National BLS has a "Find a Local Agent" feature for buyers and sellers. Once you have registered as an agent in your local area, you are immediately searchable. National BLS does not affect the final offer price or commission structure. Buyer and sellers are encouraged to get the assistance of a real estate agent to close the deal.

Garmin GPS Interface by Hillside Software
Hillside Software created a software that creates a home tour route and sends the data directly to a partnering Garmin GPS Navigator system. This allows agents to provide a mapping/GPS system to their clients, giving them turn-by-turn directions according to the route they choose. Features include: Select the properties you wish to visit from a HomeCard powered website (for consumers) or with Virtual Office MLS Toolkit (Agents/Brokers). Quikshow is a clever way to show your buyers more homes. This mobile app lets buyer's agents outsource showing appointments to other agents in the area. Simply post a showing opportunity and other agents who use Quikshow can submit bids for what they charge for showing a house to your clients. Bids can range from $30-950, though the company says the average bid is $50. The buyer's agent can then browse ratings of other agents via the app and select which agent they want to show their listing. All payment for showing fees is handled through Quikshow. Quikshow is only available to licensed real estate agents in good standing with their local board. Showing agents are asked only to open doors; nothing more. To discourage soliciting, Quikshow's rating system keeps agents in check and motivates them to do a great job showing properties to buyers agent's clients.
