BuyerLink by HomeGain
HomeGain’s BuyerLink is an online service that connects home buyers to real estate professionals’ websites. Agents and brokers alike can benefit from HomeGain’s real estate marketing network. HomeGain is a popular starting point for real estate research; Buyerlink gathers and filters targeted home buyers in search of homes from a partner network of over 300 websites and all the major search engines. BuyerLink actually delivers these home buyers directly to agent websites, where they can be converted into qualified prospects and clients. With BuyerLink agents and brokers can use their websites to generate more leads. Real estate professionals can convert BuyerLink website visitors into leads with BuyerLink's free and optional lead capture page. HomeGain will set this service up for agents and brokers and send them the leads. From this point the agent and broker can turn these leads into transactions. How BuyerLink works: A buyer begins a home search on the Internet, visiting one of more than 300 HomeGain partner websites like Google, Yahoo!, USATODAY.com or MSN HomeGain qualifies the buyer based on which city the buyer is looking to purchase Buyers looking for a home in a BuyerLink agent or broker’s city are then delivered directly to the real estate professional’s personal website With an average of five million unique visits on HomeGain.com every month, agents and brokers can increase their online visibility to consumers in their area — or even expand to a whole new marketplace. Agents and brokers can set their maximum marketing budget and only pay for each visit they receive. The leads send to agents and brokers using BuyerLink are filtered; HomeGain ensures that only consumers looking for homes for sale in the agent or broker’s city are directed to their website. Consumers looking for rentals or new homes are all filtered out.

Garmin GPS Interface by Hillside Software
Hillside Software created a software that creates a home tour route and sends the data directly to a partnering Garmin GPS Navigator system. This allows agents to provide a mapping/GPS system to their clients, giving them turn-by-turn directions according to the route they choose. Features include: Select the properties you wish to visit from a HomeCard powered website (for consumers) or with Virtual Office MLS Toolkit (Agents/Brokers). Click GPS Export to automatically create a file which can be uploaded to a supported Garmin GPS Navigator system (Nuvi series, c320-c550 and i3/i5/i6 models). The GPS automatically calculates the shortest or fastest route and speaks street names with turn by turn 3D directions to each property. It also notifies you of your estimated travel time. Certain GPS models optionally provide traffic alerts (in select cities) and let you avoid traffic tie-ups by simply pushing a button to calculate a new route. Pre-loaded maps provide additional points of interest such as schools, golf courses and even Starbucks locations.

Quikshow
Quikshow is a clever way to show your buyers more homes. This mobile app lets buyer's agents outsource showing appointments to other agents in the area. Simply post a showing opportunity and other agents who use Quikshow can submit bids for what they charge for showing a house to your clients. Bids can range from $30-950, though the company says the average bid is $50. The buyer's agent can then browse ratings of other agents via the app and select which agent they want to show their listing. All payment for showing fees is handled through Quikshow. Quikshow is only available to licensed real estate agents in good standing with their local board. Showing agents are asked only to open doors; nothing more. To discourage soliciting, Quikshow's rating system keeps agents in check and motivates them to do a great job showing properties to buyers agent's clients.

Revaluate
Revaluate lets you know what it's like to live in an area before you move to that area with personalized livability ratings. The Revaluate livability rating can help you know whether or not a home fits you and your lifestyle. Revaluate built a standardized platform for evaluating similar homes of high quality that includes a Carfax like background check. Revaulate's livability rating gives you a report on: Safety: What's the crime rate of the area? Are the safety violations serious or recent? Environment: Are rats or other vermin a problem? Are there problems with the utilities? Quality of life: What is the noise level like? Is the elevator frequently broken? Expenses: What other hidden expenses might you face? High utility costs? Steps to Success Buyer Presentation
The Steps to Success Buyer Presentation is about educating your buyer clients right from the beginning. The key is setting and managing realistic expectations. An educated buyer is a much easier client to work with. The buyer presentation is broken down in the following eight sections: Introduction - Introduce yourself and your company or brokerage--years in business, sales results, etc. Establish your credibility. Step 1: Buying Consultation - Learn more about what the buyer is looking for in a home and how will assist them in the process. Step 2: Loan Pre-Approval - Educate the buyer on the importance of loan pre-approval, including knowing what homes they can comfortably afford and simplifying the closing process. Step 3: Searching for a Home - Demonstrate the resources you have at hand to help the buyer find their perfect home. Step 4: Viewing Homes - Help the buyer learn the importance of showing up for appointments on time, of only viewing homes that suit their needs, and more. Step 5: Develop a Pricing Strategy - Teach your buyer the importance of researching comparable pricing before submitting an offer. Step 6: Writing and Negotiating an Offer - Educate your buyer on why it's crucial to evaluate every portion of the contract. Step 7: Managing the Transaction Through Closing - Explain to the buyer what needs to be done to ensure a successful closing, what can go wrong, and how to avoid those pitfalls.
