Neybor provides a number of real estate listing marketing tools to real estate professionals. They offer the following tools:
Neybor’s single property website is a website devoted to promoting only one listing. These websites include property Neyborhood data, property description, video slide show, agent branding, property layout, local news, restaurants, playground and Walk Score. Walk Score determines the score of a listing based on how close it is to amenities and local transportation.
Neybor sends agent listings to real estate search sites across the web and tracks the number of clicks each listing gets as a result of their service. Agents can add their MLS information to syndicate to Zillow, Trulia, Homes and FrontDoor.
Agents will also receive statistics with pages views, referring sites, histogram of visits, and more will be e-mailed weekly.
Neybor provides a full screen branded and unbranded (MLS compliant) video slide show. Agents can upload up to 30 large images and arrange them as they like.
If an agent would like his or her listings to be easily accessible on mobile devices, Neybor provides a location based mobile search at Neybor.com. This mobile site will be created to showcase an agent’s listing. Mobile users will be able to read a description of the listing and all of the images associated to the listing.
Neybor also provides a phone call/texting service. They provide an agent with a phone number and property ID that once a potential homebuyer dials or texts the number, they will receive the description and can text message the property website.
