PlanOmatic Expands Tech Capabilities and 3D Services with Walkthrough Acquisition
PlanOmatic, a national real estate photography and floor plan provider, has acquired Walkthrough, a Colorado-based real estate marketing service provider, the company has announced. The acquisition couples best-in-class service from both companies, including PlanOmatic's national presence and Walkthrough's low-effort process, which handles orders from live scheduling to media delivery, entirely online. DENVER (MAY 19, 2019) -- Headquartered in Denver, Colo., PlanOmatic provides the real estate industry with marketing services, including photography, interactive floor plans, virtual staging, aerial photography and digital marketing in 35 states across the US. Prior to the acquisition the company did not offer services in Colorado. The combined talent-base will position PlanOmatic as a leading photography, floor plan and 3D tour provider. The transaction promotes PlanOmatic's strategy to invest in technology-driven acquisition opportunities that build on the company's high standards for both visual marketing products and their supporting tech platforms. Immoviewer Now Creates Floor Plans From Your 360° Photos
Launching today, you can now create floor plans using just the images in your immoviewer tours. Berlin, Germany - January 30, 2018 - Today, immoviewer is launching a new service – floor plan creation. The service, which has been in beta for several months, allows immoviewer subscribers to generate dimensionally accurate floor plans using just the 360° images from their immoviewer tours. As Diakrit continues to see tremendous growth it is faced with the difficult task of having to perform strategic reallocations of some of its resources in order to accomplish the goal of being the global service provider for the real estate industry.  The decision has therefore been made to perform a gradual shut down of its operations in North America. Recently we temporarily removed our gallery of public floor plans as we had a few improvements in mind. As of today, we're happy to say that the gallery is now back and better than ever. Featured The featured section is much like the gallery we had before, featuring designs that we noticed and wanted to share with you. The floor plans you'll find in this section will give you a good idea of what Floorplanner is capable of, and a good look at what people are using the website for — from building their dream holiday home, to laying out a sculpture garden or even their new café.
