Windermere Real Estate Partners with FloorPlanOnline for Virtual Showing Service
Windermere partners with FloorPlanOnline to provide a Virtual Showing Service featuring virtual walkthroughs, 2D/3D floor plans and professional photography. SEATTLE, WA, USA, June 16, 2020 -- FloorPlanOnline, a proptech platform that includes the homeowner platform HomeDiary, has partnered with Windermere Real Estate to bring the Virtual Showing Service to any of their real estate listings. The Virtual Showing Service features immersive 3D/360 virtual walkthroughs, HD photography in the context of floor plans, and an exclusive 3D Designer that allows potential buyers to drag and drop furniture, change wall colors or experiment with wall placement, all from the single property website, or virtual tour, dedicated to the home. FloorPlanOnline has also integrated with Moxi Works to enable single sign-on to simplify the Windermere agent sign up and to provide access from within its intranet. The tour features floor plans in multiple formats. Floor plans have been ranked as the most important traditional listing content by over 80% of online buyers, and now every listing can have the content buyers deem most important in these times of social distancing and limited open houses, while enabling them to virtually visit a property anytime with complete and transparent access. Most importantly, sellers will always have a "show ready" home, reducing the health risks and hassles of having to have physical property showings. The enterprise agreement positions FloorPlanOnline as the preferred virtual tour service for Windermere agents that will leverage the FloorPlanOnline network of local service providers and its proprietary process to create the necessary listing content during one appointment. Most major markets throughout the western United States will be served with full service options. In other areas, partial or self service options will be available. "I am actively looking for a home right now, and I wish every listing had the tools FloorPlanOnline provides because it gives me everything I need to help make a decision, just by seeing the property online," said Brooks Burton, COO of Windermere. "As a buyer, I find huge value in seeing the walkthrough and clear, legible floor plans with photo locations. Their 3D Design tool is also cool, as I can play around with furniture placement or even add or remove walls to see what that open concept might look like, all virtually before picking up a hammer or saw. I plan on using their HomeDiary feature for the new condo I close on soon to help me with the remodel work I will be doing!" "With the current world events and social distancing policies, more people are online now than ever before, and the need for some kind of online virtual tour experience has never been greater, since people often can't visit a property in person," said Kris Cone, CEO of FloorPlanOnline. "Our platform lets agents showcase listings 24/7 like no other, and the guided walkthrough gives the buyer an automated tour of the home in 3 minutes or less, just by clicking a button. It's also an interactive tool that allows for a deeper exploration at the browser's leisure, just by clicking anywhere on the 3D property scan. Our point and click floor plans with photos and 3D Designer compliments the walkthrough and helps users further visualize the space, and even enables 'What if' scenarios. We take things a step further by allowing the buyer, and the seller, to claim the home and get access to the listing content, including the photos and 2D/3D floor plans with designer, in their own private HomeDiary, to use either as a tool to help them manage their new home, or as a keepsake for their old home." Immoviewer Now Creates Floor Plans From Your 360° Photos
Launching today, you can now create floor plans using just the images in your immoviewer tours. Berlin, Germany - January 30, 2018 - Today, immoviewer is launching a new service – floor plan creation. The service, which has been in beta for several months, allows immoviewer subscribers to generate dimensionally accurate floor plans using just the 360° images from their immoviewer tours. There is not measuring of rooms required. "When I saw the first floor plan generated from just the photos in our tours, it felt a bit like magic," says Jeff Turner, CEO North America for immoviewer. "But it's not magic as much as it is math. As long as we know the height of the lens from the floor, we can generate dimensionally accurate floor plans from 360° images. We are excited to finally be able to launch this service. We know our clients are going to love being able to turn their 360° cameras into a floor plan creation power tool." The immoviewer software platform is designed to accept images from any compatible 360° camera, and the app itself can create tours with just your mobile device as well. "We are truly camera agnostic in our approach," explains Steve Bintz, immoviewer Director of Sales. "Because our tours can be built using images from and 360° camera, we have had to test our software processes on this pretty extensively. We're thrilled with the results." Floor plans generated by immoviewer are automatically integrated into the tour from which they were created. The floor plans can also be downloaded for use in other marketing materials. "When we talked to our clients," Bintz added, "floor plans were consistently listed as a pain point. We've now created an easy button to do away with that pain." The service is launching today and is available to any immoviewer subscriber. About immoviewer, Inc. immoviewer is an international technology company providing fully interactive, virtual reality-compatible DIY 3D home tours with live 24/7 open house capability, floor plans and digital home staging. immoviewer's easy-to-use and affordable software solutions help real estate professionals create an outstanding real estate experience for buyers, sellers, and investors.

HomeDiary Plugs into MoxiWorks Power Strip
MoxiWorks adds HomeDiary as the newest member of their Cloud open platform December 3, 2017 – Seattle, WA – MoxiWorks recently partnered with FloorPlanOnline's HomeDiary service to offer HomeDiary PRO to MoxiWorks users. HomeDiary is a homeowner management platform that includes a free 3D space planner, as well as other tools to help create a digital record of the home. HomeDiary PRO helps REALTORS® stay connected to their client base throughout the whole homeownership lifecycle. Through the Moxi integration, PRO not only provides marketing tools for the listing side of the transaction, such as completely hands-free, automated single property websites and the free use of the advanced 3D floor plan engine, it also enables agents to stay relevant with their client base as they live in their home with the included HomeDiary sponsorship for an unlimited number of clients. The HomeDiary PRO system is extremely affordable - priced at less than the daily cost of a cup of coffee. "There has been a lot of discussion recently about staying in touch with your client base, or sphere of influence," says Mike McHenry, VP of Channels and Partnerships. "After all, it is somewhere between six to ten times more expensive to get a new client than keep an existing one. But tools have been lacking that create compelling reasons for homeowners to use and engage, as they are mostly singular or one-time use tools. This is where we see HomeDiary filling a vital gap for the agent and their clients." As a digital record of a home, HomeDiary is where homeowners can log projects, photos, improvements, and documents for easy reference to create a digital record of the home. HomeDiary's 2D and 3D space planner allows homeowners to draw a room or an entire floor plan if desired. They can plan furniture layouts, virtually change flooring, plan patio and landscaping ideas, and even play with paint color palettes. Homeowners can even experiment with what that open concept might look like, before they pick up a hammer. It enables any home to have a 3D floor plan visualizer, similar to what you see on those popular home improvement shows. "Our goal is to make documenting your home quick and easy, and to enable every home in America to have 3D floor plan, just like what you see on TV," said Kris Cone, CEO of HomeDiary. "Plus, the HomeDiary platform allows agents to leverage that great content created for the listing to be a useful asset for the buyer, just by claiming the home from the tour, something no other tour company can do." HomeDiary PRO helps agents provide a simple documentation tool to their client base and add another reason to reach out to their sphere. With all of the natural disasters lately, this is a big problem needing a solution. According to HomeDiary research, some 75% of homeowners have no system to document their home for insurance purposes. This creates an issue if disaster strikes. Homeowners are at risk of losing thousands of dollars in value if a fire, flood, hurricane or tornado strikes and there is no record of what was in the home. HomeDiary can help the homeowner reduce that risk in a fast and easy way. About MoxiWorks MoxiWorks is a residential brokerage services company that makes agents significantly more productive and brokerages more profitable by helping them effectively run their businesses. MoxiWorks' integrated tools are centered on a sphere-based selling process that drastically increases agents' repeat and referral business, while lowering overall technology, training and support costs for the brokerage.
