IXACT Contact: The Best Replacement For Contactually
You may have heard of a recent announcement in real estate news; Compass acquired real estate CRM provider Contactually. This acquisition is raising a lot of red flags with existing Contactually users who are worried about data privacy, the rate of Compass' technology development, and the potential conflicts of using a CRM owned by a rival company. Inman reports that Contactually users may not have access to marketing tools as well as access to their data. Users also worry about "Contactually innovations going to Compass products, leaving Contactually users behind." Worse still, Contactually has not guaranteed existing brokerage contracts beyond the end of the year, leaving brokerages with very little time to find, select, and implement a Contactually alternative. With a primary competitor now taking the reins, Contactually's existing clients are growing wary of the fact that their CRM tool may no longer be as easily accessible. Compass may even attempt to recruit agents away from other brokerages using their newly acquired CRM as a source of agent data and leverage. IXACT Contact to the Rescue IXACT Contact is the best replacement for Contactually. IXACT Contact helps agents keep in touch with their Sphere and build relationships just as effectively as Contactually, while offering far more in the way of marketing automation and content. IXACT Contact includes these stand-out features you won't find in Contactually: A powerful 'no limits' email marketing platform that includes Campaign Reporting. A professionally designed and written monthly e-Newsletter that's fully automated. A wide range of automated lead nurture campaigns and templates. The ability to manage all your Active Business. Goal setting and performance tracking. A customizable dashboard that makes it easy to manage all aspects of your business. Automated social media marketing and professional agent websites. A unique Setup Wizard and Concierge service to get you up and running right away. IXACT Contact's mission is quite simply to provide THE best real estate CRM that helps you grow your business while being better organized, getting more done in less time, and feeling more confident and excited about your business than ever before! SmartZip Integrates Its Predictive Analytics within Contactually CRM to Enable Real Estate Agents to Find Listing Opportunities within Their Sphere
Integrated Solution is key to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORSⓇ brand new state-of-the-art marketing technology platform for its more than 4,000 real estate agents PLEASANTON, Calif., Dec. 18, 2018 -- SmartZip Analytics, Inc., the pioneer in predictive analytics and data-driven marketing solutions for the real estate ecosystem, and Contactually, the leading CRM for real estate, have teamed up to give agents and brokers a clear competitive advantage. SmartZip's Pre-Mover Scores, which use proven predictive analytics to identify most likely home sellers, now integrate within Contactually CRM to enable agents to seamlessly pinpoint which contacts within their sphere and/or leads database may turn into listings in the near future. This helps agents prioritize their prospecting efforts while reducing the number of systems necessary, in turn accelerating their business growth and saving valuable time and money. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, has included the SmartZip-Contactually integration as an integral part of their recently launched state-of-the-art marketing technology platform, Agent Center for Excellence (ACE). "Listings have been the holy grail of any real estate agent or company," said, Rajeev Sajja, Vice President, Digital Innovation Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach. "But too often, agents ignore the lowest hanging fruit – their own database of customers and contacts. SmartZip's best-in-class predictive analytics continuously monitor an agent's sphere of influence to flag those that are most likely to sell soon. We are launching SmartZip Pre-Mover Scores across all Fox & Roach agents, as a company benefit, integrated within their Contactually CRM." Besides its Pre-Mover Scores, SmartZip also enhances contacts within Contactually with other insights such as the property's key attributes and most recent sale. "Integrations are part of Contactually's core values as participants in a diversified real estate tech space, and we are excited to share this functionality with our users," says Zvi Band, CEO of Contactually. "SmartZip's analytics play a key role in amplifying the agent's understanding of their contacts and relationships." The two companies are now working to automatically synchronize contacts between Contactually CRM and SmartZip's data-driven marketing automation system, SmartTargeting. This will allow Contactually CRM users to seamlessly setup and run SmartTargeting's automated online/offline marketing campaigns while continuing to keep their contacts and leads within Contactually. "Our goal is to enable brokers to deploy the power of our analytics and targeted marketing automation at scale across their companies," said Avi Gupta, Founder and CEO of SmartZip. "We align with Contactually's goal to help brokers provide agents with integrated, best-of-breed tools that will save time and resources, eliminate lost opportunities and stay ahead of their competition. rezora and Contactually Launch Contact Synching Integration for Real Estate Professionals
Two big players in real estate software—rezora and Contactually—have partnered to bring real estate professionals a simpler solution to managing their contacts. BOULDER, COLO. (AUGUST 13, 2018) -- Two big players in real estate software—rezora and Contactually—have partnered to bring real estate professionals a simpler solution to managing their contacts. The new integration will auto sync contacts from Contactually into rezora so agents can focus on engaging their contacts through dynamic marketing. The auto sync occurs once a day so agents can rest assured that their contact lists are always up to date and ready to send to as soon as they finish a new marketing piece. There's no need to organize contact lists in rezora because the integration also syncs buckets from Contactually. From inside their rezora account, agents can simply pick which list to send their marketing piece to, and send with the click of a button. Then they can publish a live version of the piece, share it to a number of social media platforms, and track analytics with just a few clicks. Jake Shanesy, rezora's VP of Product, commented on the integration saying, "We wanted to enable a better experience for agents to manage contacts seamlessly, so they can focus more on promoting their listings and themselves. Ultimately, we wanted to make sure we were providing a better experience for potential homebuyers and sellers alike." Zvi Band, CEO of Contactually, added, "One of the benefits of a best-in-class CRM like Contactually is that agents can keep and organize their contacts in one place; they never need to do the same work twice. And we make it easy for other apps to integrate with Contactually so agents can get the benefits of Contactually, even when they're using rezora. It's one of those situations where everyone wins, and we want to create more of those." The integration is now live and can be initiated under the Apps and Integrations tab in your rezora account. Visit rezora's blog to learn more about how the integration works. IXACT Contact Unveils New Social Stream Function to Help Agents Aggregate High-Value Content
The Twin Firepower of a World-Class CRM Meets High-Quality Content TORONTO, ON (DECEMBER 13, 2017) - IXACT Contact announced the unveiling of their new Social Stream service; an exclusive extension of their world-class Real Estate CRM designed to curate and publish helpful articles and videos found in top publications, all within the agents' brand to help generate real estate leads. With the announcement of Social Stream, IXACT Contact is addressing a common marketing barrier within the real estate industry. Curating high-value content from reputable publications is an incredibly time-consuming and expensive process – and even more so to do it consistently. Social Stream addresses this problem by sourcing fully vetted content, all customized to the real estate agents' preference. Social Stream is an add-on to IXACT Contact that completely automates the process of finding and streaming high quality content to your social media sites, enabling you to reap the benefits of a more active, engaging social media presence - without any work on the agents' part. With today's announcement, IXACT Contact is giving real estate agents the added ability to: Automate the process of finding and streaming high quality content to their social media sites. Fully customize what publications to pull content from, the frequency and what specific topics to source. Access Tier-1 gated publications with the subscription rights to this exclusive digital content from the world's most admired journalists. Control the branded experience where prospects are taken to a special web page created just for the agents' brand. Save the time it takes to source, vet and publish content along with the money it costs for hiring someone to manage this process. Social Stream can also capture leads directly into your IXACT Contact CRM database via an optional or mandatory lead capture form that can be activated on your very own branded landing page. Controlling The Branded Path to Conversion The glaring weakness in content curation is that the links typically go to the publication's website, along with its respective branding and sponsored advertising. Meaning a real estate agents' audience is clicking away from their information and might even be seeing advertisements promoting a competitor. Social Stream solves this problem. When prospects click on an article or video, they are taken to a special web page created specifically with the agents' branding. "Social Stream makes it easy for agents to curate high-quality content, and to customize it in a way that fits their branding and key messaging," says Rich Gaasenbeek, Co-Founder and EVP, IXACT Contact. "Agents can generate leads in the background and truly own the path to conversion in less time and at a price point they can't match." IXACT Contact is committed to developing the marketing firepower that allows real estate agents to focus on their core competencies while still generating leads and keeping a competitive edge in the market. About IXACT Contact IXACT Contact® is an easy-to-use web-based real estate CRM and marketing solution. IXACT Contact includes robust real estate contact management, powerful email and social media marketing, and mobile friendly REALTOR® websites. Chime is also celebrating its first anniversary after a year of expansion and growth SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 8, 2017 -- Chime Technologies, an operating system for the real estate industry, announced two new major innovations today along with its one-year anniversary. The launch of these game-changing features—an AI-enabled smart dialer and a fully autonomous drone—reflect Chime's journey to become a complete operating system that transforms the business of doing real estate by integrating innovative technology in new ways. Chime set out to create an operating system that contained everything real estate professionals needed to seamlessly run, and grow, their business. Through conversations with agents, brokers and coaches, Chime realized that one of their biggest challenges was dealing with too many, disparate, and unconnected solutions, which ended up creating more work rather than less. In August 2016, Chime launched an all-in-one real estate platform that offered real estate professionals a powerful lead generation and CRM solution, enabling them to launch marketing campaigns, track leads' activities, build customer relationships, and seamlessly manage teams, anytime, anywhere. Over the past year, Chime has continued to evolve and expand the platform to address the full spectrum of agents' needs. The company now has clients in all 50 states. "Chime has evolved as the needs of our customers have evolved," said Matt Murphy, Chief Marketing Officer of Chime. "We are bringing the industry to where it should be, while also giving it a run for its money. We always try to stay one step ahead and our clients love that we are constantly pushing to deliver cutting edge in real estate technology." The AI-enabled smart dialer, named Belle, isn't just a utility, but also serves as an intelligent companion that enables quick performance and limited downtime between calls. Agents simply select a list within Chime and push it to the dialer. They can then quickly dial prospects with just one click, add notes, do follow-ups, schedule appointments, and send texts or emails from within the tool. The AI overlay means the smart dialer is imbued with Smart Scoring that dynamically scores leads as well as Smart Lists which form in the dialer based off relevant and important actions that an agent needs to accomplish that day. As prospects interact and engage with the system—opening property alerts, reading emails—Belle adjusts the lead's scores and adapts scripts and follow-ups in real-time, based on quality and intent of the lead, to have the maximum impact. Chime is the first company to do this in the real estate space. "Belle combined with Chime is a killer product combination for teams and brokerages," said Murphy. "Our goal is to provide a productivity suite that empowers agents and brokers with all the tools they need to close more deals, and these features take smart dialers to the next level." Chime's second new feature provides drone technology that has the potential to superpower open houses and listings. Chime has the exclusive U.S. real estate distribution rights with Simtoo, the creator of the Moment drone for aerial photography. The Simtoo drone is tiny, with four small blades that are covered so it can fly indoors, and strong battery life, which allows it to fly for over 10 minutes. The drone travels autonomously and comes equipped with facial recognition technology, so agents don't have to worry about navigating it through properties. Chime has developed a powerful software layer for the Simtoo Moment drone, enabling agents to give virtual tours of homes, and focus on providing the best experience possible for people over the Internet. The drone footage live streams directly to a Facebook page or listing-specific site, so interested buyers can watch from anywhere. "Livestreaming is a fundamental innovation that will transform real estate," Murphy said. "By launching this drone feature, Chime is at the forefront of this transformation." While they are a critical part of the real estate process, open houses can be inconvenient. They are displacing for sellers, who have to leave their homes, keep them pristine over time, and put away valuables. They can also be a nuisance for buyers, who may be short on time or live out of the area. With a virtual open house, none of that needs to happen. Agents can spend an hour doing a virtual tour and then share that footage with interested buyers. Chime's drone feature saves time and money for agents, sellers and buyers alike. "Real estate teams such as the Boyenga Team, Climb Real Estate Group, EXIT Realty and Tru Realty are switching to us because we have proven our innovation cycle—how fast we can push code, how far and how quickly we've evolved in such a short period of time," adds Murphy. About Chime Chime is an operating system for the real estate industry. Its award-winning productivity suite offers a robust set of features that help real estate professionals and teams of all sizes run and grow their business. Chime operates as a US subsidiary of Renren, Inc. (RENN). For more information, contact [email protected] or 888-342-9698, or visit www.chime.me.

The Moxi Cloud Adds Offrs to Its Ever-Growing Open Platform
Offrs joins the cloud platform with their high-quality seller leads July 5, 2017 – Seattle, WA – Moxi Works adds Offrs, a seller leads service, to their open platform, the Moxi Cloud. At Offrs, they identify over 70% of the homes that will sell in the coming year using predictive analytics. Now integrated with the Moxi Cloud, seller leads are automatically placed into the Moxi Engage CRM and are noted that they are sourced from Offrs. Mike McHenry, VP of Channels and Partnerships said, "Together with Offrs, Moxi Works delivers agents new listing opportunities every month. Quality seller leads are discovered and nurtured by our lead generation partner Offrs, then seamlessly integrated with Moxi Engage, providing agents highly valued listing referrals coupled with an automated follow-up process. The team at Offrs have been awesome to work with as we integrated our solutions." Offrs delivers quality leads by conducting an in-depth analysis of the data that then predicts when people will sell. This data is presented to the agent via their "Territory." Each agent chooses a Territory which includes details on every property or property owner, including mailing address, email, phone number, and a predictive seller score that is updated each month based on thousands of various data points. Agents can get their own territories by choosing a zip code. They receive a monthly report that pertains to their territory, showing the likely sellers in said zip code. Rich Swier, Co-Founder at Offrs said, "Our partnership with Moxi will bring best-of-breed lead generation and nurturing to agents and brokers. We are excited to continue our mission of bringing more value to the real estate community." McHenry added, "The reality is, 75% of homeowners choose the first agent who contacts them to list their home. Getting to sellers first is a major advantage to agents using Offrs." Offrs markets to the predicted sellers via email, on-line targeting, direct mail, and call targeting to generate a lead. The leads are then contacted and qualified before being given to the agent in the Moxi Works open platform, the Moxi Cloud. About Moxi WorksMoxi Works is a residential brokerage services company that makes agents significantly more productive and brokerages more profitable by helping them effectively run their businesses. Moxi Works Launches New Product, Granting Agents Client Insights
April 24, 2017 – Seattle, WA – Real estate technology company, Moxi Works, recently launched a new product called Secret Agent. This new product allows agents to instantly receive public data on their clients, giving them a leg up in sphere marketing. Secret Agent, currently in Beta, gives quick client insights to agents through their Moxi Engage CRM. General demographics, housing info, lifestyle choices, financials, and more can all be learned about clients through the Secret Agent product. "Secret Agent is a feature that not only adds to the overarching Engage CRM experience, but it's also one that has the potential to revolutionize sphere marketing as we know it. Let's face it, the core of an agent's business is built upon a strong client base, but it's impossible to personally keep up with every single one. Secret Agent now does it for them. By reminding an agent to reach out to clients when their kids are heading off to college or letting them know the investment opportunities their clients care about, it frees up even more time for agents and keeps them on track," said York Baur, CEO of Moxi Works. Depending on the public data available, the insights given from Secret Agent might even include information on hobbies, or where clients and prospects donate and invest their money. Agents can potentially see if they have pets, certain cars, or if they're a value shopper. Secret Agent also allows agents to filter their client lists based off of their likelihood to sell. For instance, if there are teenagers in the house, Secret Agent will notify the agent that this family might be interested in downsizing soon. This is all based off aggregated public data. It helps agents quickly understand who they should be targeting in their sphere today, with badges next to the clients that are gearing up for a major life change. Like all Moxi Works products, Secret Agent is mobile optimized through their Moxi Engage CRM and can be accessed on any handheld device, laptop, or tablet. Find out more about Secret Agent, other products, and Moxi Work's open platform known as the Moxi Cloud, at moxiworks.com. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Electrifies Its Competitive Strategy with the Zap Technology Platform
MADISON, N.J. 04-04-2017 — Informed consumers have fundamentally transformed the real estate industry. Access to data has armed real estate professionals with a way to stay ahead of new pressures– if they can effectively harness the benefits. Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate (BHGRE), a Realogy (NYSE: RLGY) brand, today announced that its technology strategy is now powered by Realogy's proprietary Zap® platform, a web, mobile and CRM solution for the brand, brokers and affiliated agents that is launching BHGRE into a new arena of technology competitiveness. With this launch, the brand's website, bhgre.com, is interconnected with its affiliated brokers' and agents' sites on a single platform designed to provide an exceptional service experience to consumers and an insights-driven business approach to brokers and agents. The evolution of real estate necessitates brokers and agents master technology and mobile tools to stay ahead. Consumers expect heightened, sophisticated service from agents to complement their own unprecedented access to information. Agents and brokers are required to compete not only in sales, but in social media, technology and data-driven marketing. "Real estate 1.0 was a broker-driven world, 2.0 was the age of the agent-driven real estate and 3.0 was the dawn of the informed consumer," said Sherry Chris, President and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. "Today, we are in real estate 4.0, where consumer data informs everything we do. Launching the Zap platform as the core of our technology strategy enables us to benefit from the innovation of the Realogy platform and build a unique and complementary offering around it. As a lifestyle brand focused on the consumer, we look to the Zap platform as the future of informed, proactive service." "Zap plays a critical role in the relationship between today's consumers and our affiliated agents," said Craig McClelland, Chief Operating Officer of BHGRE Metro Brokers, a leading brokerage firm in Atlanta, Georgia, with more than 2,100 agents and 26 offices. "We were an early adopter of the Zap platform because it provides a measurable competitive edge to our affiliated agents by equipping action-specific intelligence. By integrating Zap into the DNA of our company, our affiliated agents are better equipped to elevate their conversations with clients and make timely, personalized service decisions. Zapscontinued innovation is quickly evolving the Zap platform into a sophisticated lead delivery and incubation system, solving important real estate business challenges including mobile competitiveness and maximizing online leads." Disrupting the Disruptors The Zap platform empowers agents and brokers to transform the way they do business in the online and offline worlds, as well as the ability to use data-based intelligence to enhance service delivery to clients. This is critical in an industry where informed consumers are expecting more personalized service and technology innovation is moving at exponential speed, forcing brokers and agents to keep pace to win. The platform generates IDX-powered websites which feature modules that allow individual brokers and agents to tailor their personal sites to their unique business approaches and local markets. These modules include social media integrations, ratings and reviews, profile information, media sharing, and featured listings. In addition, local insights allow an agent to share their knowledge about the market areas they serve, including points of interest, schools, entertainment, dining and other topics to market themselves with lifestyle expertise. BHGRE-affiliated agents can also provide insights on any properties in their local market. This allows an agent to influence the dialog about a home beyond what is in the listing description. Together, the insight features empower real estate professionals to market themselves with their lifestyle and real estate expertise. These modules and other relevant functionalities combine to create a dynamic, interactive user experience and increase the brokers' and agents' organic search presence. Proactive, Personalized Service The Zap platform connects clients and agents in a way other websites can't – through predictive consumer insights from the platform's proprietary ZapScoreSM feature. The ZapScore rating helps affiliated agents prioritize online leads through consumer behavior: search behavior, saved properties, showing requests, and follow-up campaign interaction impact their score, focusing agents on a service strategy tailored to a consumer's readiness and behavior. Today, CRM is the center of the agent's world. Zap's CRM allows the agent to manage relationships with past, present and future clients as well as track and action against those profiles to cultivate opportunities. The platform provides scripts for phone calls as well as online follow-up plans with accompanying email communications. This allows agents to plant seeds of business development for the future as well as to nurture relationships today. With the Zap platform, affiliated BHGRE agents can track online behavior to better anticipate consumers' needs. This allows the agent to bridge the service gap between the online and offline world. It also provides personalized insights into their clients' needs which allows agents to be more proactive and sophisticated in their service. Forget "Mobile vs. Desktop" Today's consumers don't separate the world between mobile and desktop. Consumers and agents are device agnostic – they expect their various apps, accounts, and correlating data to sync seamlessly between all technology experiences. The Zap platform is designed to reflect the evolving lifestyles and behaviors of both agents and consumers. The BHGRE Consumer App offers consumers the full range of tools they have come to expect for real estate search, including geolocation-assisted search, interactive maps, and saved search functionalities – all synced to accounts between devices. Likewise, the BHGRE Agent CRM App provides agents the ability to manage their business on the go – addressing new leads, responding to inquiries, observing consumer behavior, and identifying opportunities via the ZapScore. The Zap platform mobile experience is made truly unique by agents' and consumers' ability to communicate with consistency and ease through its agent and consumer mobile applications. With mobile applications, affiliated agents and clients can provide each other with property search suggestions, schedule showings and appointments, push relevant notifications, and directly message – all on the go, any time. With the introduction of the Zap platform and all its consumer and agent-driven desktop and mobile applications, the informed consumer and the informed agent are no longer separated by the barriers of technology, schedules, or distance. Industry Leader DocuSign Joins the Moxi Works Open Platform
The Moxi Works open platform has just become even bigger with our DocuSign partnership! This partnership allows our CRM to provide a fully digital transaction management program for our agents to manage their workflow with clients. "Partnering with the team at Moxi Works to deliver a streamlined experience for agents ties into our DocuSign 'Lead to Close' strategy. By seamlessly integrating the tools agents use every day, we help them remain at the center of the transaction to deliver great service to their clients while eliminating manual data entry, paperwork and associated cost and delays," says Georg Gerstenfeld, General Manager of Global Real Estate Solutions at DocuSign. When it's time for a transaction, Moxi Engage CRM creates a digital transaction room for the agent with all of the client and property info auto-populated. The digital transaction room enables the creation, editing, and sending of documents to anyone and everyone involved in the transaction. This means clients, loan officers, escrow, etc. can all interact within the same space. Now agents can also see the status of where each participant is in the buying and/or selling process, allowing for proper transaction management and maintenance to take place when needed. York Baur, CEO of Moxi Works says, "Our open platform and our partnership enables us to achieve the first truly end-to-end digital transaction. Many have tried, but until now there wasn't a feasible player in the game. Teaming up with Glenn Shimkus, VP of Product at DocuSign has been huge; his idea of making DocuSign an open platform has matched ours and that's what allowed us to achieve this vision of an end-to-end digital transaction between both of our platforms." For those that may not be familiar, an open platform means having published, secure, API's for all of the important functions and data that allow applications to work together. It may sound confusing, but the definition doesn't matter. What matters is that this allows brokerages to remove stone age tools and plug in best-in-class applications and tools that agents need today. An Open Platform delivers incomparable productivity to help better business and life. Make your agents and clients happy with an open platform and the new DocuSign integration! Contactually Announces a New Partnership with First.io
We're very excited to announce the launch of our partnership with First.io, a great step forward for Contactually as a whole in intelligence and real estate agent productivity. This partnership will generate a new Contactually product, powered by First, that will give real estate agents unseen, proactive knowledge about their network and will automatically provide recommendations to users when a contact is likely to list their home in the next six months. A brand new way to use Contactually The new partnership with First – a platform that uses Artificial Intelligence to pinpoint when homeowners are most likely to move – will help real estate agents better respond to and manage clients needs. "Our platform allows users to stay top-of-mind with their entire networks, resulting in more leads and referrals," says Contactually co-Founder and CEO Zvi Band. "Agents want to ensure they are always building relationships with the right people, so being able to predict who is more likely to move is something we've always wanted to offer. With our powerful yet easy to use platform, users can automatically begin communicating with these contacts as soon as their moving intentions are predicted, keeping them many steps ahead of their competitors." This is the first of many initiatives involving artificial intelligence and machine learning that will further add value to our customers moving forward in 2017 and beyond. This new product we're rolling out with First will regularly assess a real estate agent's contacts in Contactually using a market-leading AI and machine learning platform, and then predict when a client is most likely to move. The business or agent will be automatically notified, enabling rapid and personalized communications to best meet the client's needs. Bringing machine learning to the real estate industry The real estate sector is a crowded one, with more than two million licensed real estate agents in the United States. In 2015, just over five million homes were sold, meaning that – on average – real estate agents were only able to sell three houses that year. This partnership will help users get ahead of competitors by keeping them ahead of their rivals. "This is important because it helps agents to not lose opportunities within their network," Band continues. "They lose opportunities because they are generally not in regular touch with their networks. This platform enables them to be made aware of opportunities, and respond proactively." Mike Schneider, the CEO of First, adds, "First and Contactually both believe real estate runs on relationships. It's incredibly rare to find companies on the same mission with complementary products. We couldn't be more excited to pair the best mover intelligence with the best relationally-focused CRM to help agents win more listings." To learn more, check out our page here and sign up to get the most up to date information on our new partnership. To view the original article, visit the Contactually blog.

Placester Mobile unlocks the ability to build, grow and manage a real estate business from your iPhone by placing tasks, up-to-the-minute insights, and communication with prospects and clients into a single app. "Real estate professionals need to constantly think about closing deals, securing more leads and staying in touch with their clients. BOSTON, MA--(April 19, 2016) - Placester, an all in one CRM platform featuring integrated digital marketing and sales tools that fundamentally change how real estate works, today announced its acquisition of RealSatisfied, a suite of customer satisfaction tools that provides big data insights to brokers, agents and brands. Placester and RealSatisfied have always shared one common goal: empowering real estate professionals. The combination of the two companies is a natural fit, designed to bring an additional level of business intelligence to Placester's customers. As RealSatisfied integrates into the Placester platform, real estate professionals will benefit from gaining critical data so they can understand how clients view their performance throughout the consumer journey. "Placester's vision has always been to create a full real estate ecosystem that provides the tools necessary for agents to truly excel. Customers include Century 21 USA, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and Home Services of America, along with individual agents from brands like RE/MAX, Berkshire Hathaway, Dilbeck Estates and EXIT Realty, totaling over 200,000 agents. RealSatisfied will continue to operate as a separate brand, and customers will continue to receive the same access to great products and support as part of a larger family. "Understanding how happy your customers are with the level of service you are delivering is simply part of a commitment to excellence. It improves your training efforts, helps you build 'sticky' customer loyalty, increases referrals, and reduces agent churn," said Jeff Turner, President of RealSatisfied. "Integrating with Placester just makes sense. It will help our customers make datadriven decisions by delivering this insight at scale, in the right place, at the right time, to the right people." "While the customer satisfaction data we collect is valuable on its own, when it is used to help power business decisions or combined with other broker-owned data in the right way, it's even more powerful," shared Phil Kells, CEO of RealSatisfied. "We have always believed that the true value of RealSatisfied would be enhanced and multiplied as part of a larger ecosystem. We believe Placester is building that perfect system and we're excited to be a part of it." RealSatisfied customers will be uninterrupted, as the company continues to operate business as usual. One of the first priorities of this partnership will be to enable brokers and agents to take full advantage of the customer satisfaction data they own to expand datadriven business insights and gain a more robust understanding of their consumer. Wise Agent Rolls Out Three New Updates: Logins, Leads, and Attachments
Wise Agent makes updates to the system almost daily; some are completely new features, while others are just small changes or additions. We like to keep our valued members in the loop about these updates, so here are three small enhancements that we have made recently! You can now login using Facebook or Google+ We know you have a ton of passwords to remember – we all do. Wise Agent has made that a little easier with this new feature. As long as you are also logged into Facebook or G+, you can now hit the Login button and be directly logged in without entering your Wise Agent username and password! To set this up, just follow these steps: Login to your Wise Agent as usual Click Welcome in the top right corner, then Profile Under the "name" fields of the Primary User, you will see two buttons – one that says "Authorize Google+ Login" and another that says "Authorize Facebook Login" Click the one you would like to use, follow the prompts, and that's it! Lead disbursement by day of the week We have received a ton of feedback after the recent release of the Lead Management Systems. So many of you have already taken advantage of the email parsing as well as customized the way you assign leads to your team members. One request we received was to add the ability to assign leads by day of the week. Using the "Rules for Leads" section, you can allocate Mondays leads to one team member, Tuesdays to another, and so on, however you would like it to work for your business. This option is located under Contacts > Leads, in the Rules for Leads section. Save attachments to a contact or checklist via Gmail Conversations Here's another example of a time we have added to a newer feature based on user suggestions. Being able to read and save your incoming emails right within your Wise Agent Contact Summary has been a huge hit! If you haven't already, you should check it out – you can read more about it here. The initial release allowed you to view all emails (in Gmail) from that contact, and save an email or an entire conversation to the Contact Notes for that client. Several members requested to have the option to also save those emails to the Transaction Notes if the email was pertaining to a specific Transaction Checklist, and that is now live! So, ask and you may receive! We love to get your feedback, and we really do keep track of every suggestion you send! Watch for future updates, and contact us 24/7 with any questions! Zapelo Launches at Real Estate Connect
San Francisco, CA – August 3, 2015 – America's one-million-plus real estate brokers and agents use separate technology systems for email, CRM, lead generation, calendar scheduling and task tracking, document storage, electronic signatures, transaction management, and drip marketing. Zapelo is looking to disrupt real estate technology's silo approach with the industry's first cloud-based, wholly integrated and end-to-end mobile real estate management system. "Zapelo is like taking the right pieces from Gmail, Dropbox, MailChimp, dotloop, REESIO and Top Producer, putting them together and making it affordable for any brokerage," says Jack Berube, CEO of Zapelo. Zapelo is a simple-to-use, fully integrated, mobile real estate management system that offers a CRM, lead generation, transaction management, email, calendar and task tracking, workflow checklists, integrated electronic signatures and shareable document storage – all on the cloud. "It's the first system that truly manages the real estate sales funnel from top-to-bottom," Berube says. "Everyone is paying for technology no one is really using. For the technology you actually use, most brokerages will subscribe to multiple products, log in and out of various systems, and re-enter the same damn data again and again. It's nuts," Berube adds. Zapelo launches tomorrow at Inman Real Estate Connect in San Francisco, and is featured as part of the conference's coveted Startup Alley. Real Estate Connect, the real estate industry's preeminent gathering of the leaders in real estate and technology industries, has launched some of the real estate technology industry's biggest brands. Rhonda Duffy (duffyrealtyofatlanta.com), who is ranked as the number one listing agent in the U.S. and the number one agent in Georgia, calls Zapelo, "The Swiss-Army knife" of real estate technology. "Vendors keep pushing single apps or bloated software with features that agents will never use," Duffy said. "Zapelo has created a 'right-sized' technology to include only the features a broker or team needs to manage their real estate pipeline." "Zapelo has made the complex simple and affordable, which is exactly what agents must have," Duffy adds. "Agents don't have time to sit in a training class to learn every new product and most agents can't afford to pay $30 to $100 a month for a dozen different services. Zapelo solves both of these problems." Zapelo integrated product features: Email system: Full-featured email system leverages your email address (IMAP) throughout all these features and connects email to tasks, schedules, documents, and more. CRM tool: Agents can quickly add prospects and clients to a new marketing campaign; everything is synchronized, time stamped and trackable. Transaction management: A fully collaborative system that allows agents to interact with their clients – no exporting or importing, everything is all on the cloud in this single environment. Lead generation: Leads generated from any source can be automatically imported into the platform. Drip marketing: Fast, easy to use templates to stay-in-touch with prospects and past clients. Calendar and task tracking: Everything agents needs for scheduling their daily routine and track tasks throughout the transaction process to help agents keep on top of their pipeline. Electronic signatures: Fully integrated into the platform and ultra secure, works just like the most popular eSignature systems but is completely integrated, storing everything in one place (for brokerages, Zapelo is designed to work in concert with their current solution in most cases). Document storage and sharing: Features a secure and easy way to securely share documents so your customers don't need to open a third-party account to access their files. "White label" for brokerages: The platform is designed to promote the brokerage's brand, not Zapelo's brand, with a 24-hour "White label" offering to customize the platform to the look and feel of the brokerage's brand. "White label" customized branding includes color scheme, corporate logo, and customized task lists.   Today the Beta version of Zapelo is available to real estate brokerages, teams and agents. Brokerages pay a one-time setup fee, which includes their "White label" customized branding, for $500 and $199 a month. Individual agent accounts are $49 per month, and volume discounts are available for brokerages. Zapelo CEO Berube is also offering MLS firms and Realtor associations their own branded versions of Zapelo to offer their members a new potential source of revenue. About Zapelo Zapelo, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is the real estate industry's first fully-integrated mobile real estate management system. This cloud-based platform features just the right tools active agents need to manage their business, including CRM, lead generation, transaction management, drip marketing, email, calendar and task tracking, workflow checklists, integrated electronic signatures and shareable document storage. Zapelo offers brokerages one system to reduce operating risk, boost efficiency and improve the overall customer experience. Discover Zapelo online at http://www.zapelo.com.

Contactually Announces Activity Insights – Easy Reporting, Now With More Power
Discover not only how you're performing, but why. Last month, we released the first incarnation of Contactually's Insights feature, which gives you an instant look at the network health and overall Contactually performance of yourself, and everyone on your team. People — especially those team users — really seem to like it, but almost immediately we heard the desire for more. More detail, more measurement, more... well, more insights. Fortunately, we were expecting this (who doesn't want more insight?), and we've been working on the next generation of Insights pretty much since the last one saw the light of day. Here's a rundown on the latest additions to Contactually's reporting engine, which should be live and available in your account as you read this. "Activity" measures what your team is doing. Let's start with Activity. Ever wonder how you or your team is actually interacting with people? The Activity report shows you exactly that, by breaking down interaction by channel — how many emails, how many meetings, how many phone calls, and how many clandestine meetings in a dimly-lit basement parking garage. Okay, I made one of those up. At any rate, to get the exact breakdown for any team member, simply hover over their corresponding bar. "Reach" measures the scale of your communication. Sometimes you just want to see raw impact — how many contacts is your team connecting with, and who's pulling the most weight when it comes to pure outreach? Well, that's what the Reach report reveals. "Responses" show you the effectiveness of your outreach efforts. As many users know, Contactually includes open, click, and response tracking for certain emails, so you can see which messages are being read, and which ones are directly leading to the results you're looking for. If you're a regular user of this feature (or you work with people who are), the Responses report is a great way to see the results of that tracking at a glance. Insights gives you individual reporting, too. While Insights is a great way to quickly compare a group of Contactually users, it also supports individual reporting — that's great if you're a single user, or if you want to drill down into the history of a given team member. Simply click on any person in a report, and you'll be taken to their individual report screen. As you can see here, our very own Brandt Witt is clearly hard at work consistently reaching out to his network. Contactually Insights makes analysis fast, and even more powerful than before. With this new collection of reports (and I hesitate to even call them that since people often associate "reporting" with frustration and endless configuration headaches), Insights is a now an even better way to quickly assess the state of your, your network, and your team. You can even sort by different date ranges, or export any of the reports to a .CSV file you can slice and dice to your heart's content. Want to learn something about your Contactually usage? Just click the Insights link, and start digging around for yourself. You can get right to the good stuff — with Insights, you don't have to set anything up, create ranges, or figure out variables. After you've given it a spin, let us know what kind of insight you'd like to get next from Contactually. To view the original post, visit the Contactually blog.

Reesio Launches Integration with MailChimp, Including Drip Email Campaigns
SAN FRANCISCO, Jun. 26, 2015 — Reesio, the combined CRM and Transaction Management platform for real estate professionals, has launched several new CRM features this week. The new features include the following: An integration with the email marketing platform MailChimp, which allows users to connect their MailChimp account directly within Reesio. From there, users can create email lists in Reesio that automatically sync to their MailChimp lists. This allows users to set up drip email campaigns, access email templates, and set up email blasts within MailChimp based on Reesio email lists. Reesio will now track email activities of synced email lists so that whenever an email is sent through MailChimp, an activity will show up in that contact's lead within Reesio. Email activities tracked include: when an email is sent, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, and bounced. A new tagging system that allows users to add/remove tags on multiple contacts. Reesio Co-Founder & CEO, Mark Thomas, said the drip email campaigns feature was requested over 80 times by customers in the past several months, and was by far and away the most heavily-requested feature the company has ever had. "When we say that we take customer feedback seriously here at Reesio, we mean it," said Thomas. "Every time a feature gets requested, we log it, and add the tally to the number of times it's been requested. We use the number of times a feature has been requested to heavily determine what we focus on for our product roadmap. Drip email campaigns were requested 60% more often than the next most-requested feature, so it was obvious that we needed to launch this feature now." As to whether users need to pay for a MailChimp account on top of paying for a Reesio account, the answer is that users will only need a paid MailChimp account if they have more than 2,000 contacts, send out more than 12,000 emails per month, or want to use the drip email campaigns feature (if users want to send out regular email blasts, that doesn't require a paid account if the number of contacts/emails is below the above threshold). Given that Reesio just launched the most-requested feature that it's every seen from customers, one might think that Reesio would be holding off on releasing new features anytime soon. Not so said Thomas. "Unlike other companies who only release new features once a month or once a quarter, Reesio releases new features on a weekly basis, and we're constantly iterating on our product to make it better. We never get complacent, and now that we've launched this MailChimp integration, we're on to building the next thing that will add value for our customers." Regarding what comes next product-wise for Reesio, Thomas mentioned that they've been able to secure a large state Realtor association partnership, and that association will be licensing their forms directly to Reesio. Which means Reesio can integrate those Realtor forms directly into its product, and member brokers/agents will be able to fill out their forms right within Reesio. While Thomas declined to mention which association they'll be partnering with, he did say that the forms integration should launch in the next few months, "Relationships with Realtor associations and MLS' are paramount to us. We're making it a top priority here at Reesio to work with state associations to integrate their forms into Reesio and also potentially offer Reesio as a member benefit to associations and MLS' across the country." Additional CRM and other features are also in the works for the coming months.

The new release makes it easier than ever for agents to stay top of mind with all the people who are critical to the growth of their business. Customers of IXACT Contact have long enjoyed the automated birthday reminders, prompting agents to reach out and wish their primary contact well on their special day. With this new release, automated birthday reminders can also be applied to spouse/ partner birth dates, offering real estate agents another opportunity to make contact. The new Keep in Touch feature set also includes an automated move-in anniversary reminder so that the REALTOR® is prompted to congratulate past clients on another year in their home. Both the birthday and home anniversary reminders are customizable, allowing the user to choose how and when they are reminded of their contact's special day. To further assist REALTORS® with keeping in touch, IXACT Contact has also released pre-configured call reminders. With a single click an agent can create an automated reminder to give a chosen contact a call bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. In addition to seeing their Keep in Touch reminders in their calendar or task list, agents can also choose to receive them via email. Keeping in touch is integral to a real estate sales professional's success. Research found that agents lose 20% of their clients annually due to attrition, with the most common reason being that the agent failed to keep in touch (Outbound Engine, 2014). These lost clients can represent tens of thousands of dollars in lost referral and repeat business. Recognizing the significance of regular communication, IXACT Contact continues to equip users with easy-to-use, customizable keep in touch features to protect against the loss of client relationships and future business. These new keep in touch capabilities enhance the existing features that IXACT Contact customers are already using with success, including the company's automated monthly e-Newsletter and targeted drip email campaigns. While email marketing is an important part of a real estate agent's keep in touch strategy, these new features provide an even more personal way to build relationships with prospects and past clients by reaching out on their special days and speaking on the phone on a regular basis. "The new features IXACT Contact released today will take agents' keep in touch strategy to the next level," says Rich Gaasenbeek, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, IXACT Contact, "The system works like a personal assistant, reminding the agent of special occasions, like birthdays and home anniversaries, and when it's time to pick up the phone, say hello, and catch up with prospects and past clients." Reesio Launches New Compliance/Workflow Features; Re-Designed Transaction Dashboard
SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 27, 2015 -- Reesio, the combined CRM and Transaction Management platform for real estate professionals, has launched several new Compliance/Workflow features today, along with a revamped Transaction Dashboard design. The new features include the following: Relative due date rules for tasks at the template level, which then auto-populate the due dates for specific tasks at the transaction level based on the due date rules. Tasks to brokerage members can now be assigned at the template level. When users apply a new template to a transaction, the assignees will also automatically be added to the transaction and assigned those tasks. The addition of private compliance templates that any user within a brokerage can set up. Re-designed workflow section that gives users a better view of task information. Better manage tasks with mass/bulk actions; Delete, Assign, Approve, Flag, Complete, Set Compliance, Set visibility. The task approval process is now more streamlined by auto-completing the task when approved. The ability to remove/override any task due dates or due date rules applied. Sort tasks by task order, title, assignee, due date, compliance state, approval state, flag state, visibility state. All of the transaction dashboard pages have been redesigned with a new, modern look to match the rest of the Reesio product. Reesio Co-Founder & CEO, Mark Thomas, said that the above features in this launch correlate to the most requested features by its customers. "At Reesio, we provide around-the-clock customer support, and we receive lots of feedback requests from our customers regarding new features that they want to see. We take customer feedback very seriously here, and all of these features that we've launched today are ones that have received the most requests from our customers over the past few months. In addition, the newly re-designed transaction dashboard utilizes more screen space and offers a cleaner look and feel." Anecdotally, Thomas said that the number one thing that customers continuously praise Reesio for is its modern look and feel and design. "Real estate technology has been stuck in the dark ages," said Thomas. "And not just from a features standpoint, but also from a design standpoint. So many real estate technologies have user interfaces and visual designs that were created 10 years ago, and customers simply are not ok with that any longer. They want a product that looks and feels like they're using Facebook or Evernote -- not some boring real estate software. We take just as much time and care with the design and user experience of our product as we do with the new features that we roll out." The company also continues to take a unique approach with how it publicizes all of its new feature releases that they make. They've built a Product Updates page directly on their site, which gives a play-by-play of every single new feature that they release every week. Thomas says that customers love this transparency because they know that their voice is being heard and they can see all of the great changes that they're making every week. "No one else in the real estate industry is doing this because most of them are afraid to show what's under the hood. At Reesio, we believe that transparency is best." Thomas said that with this new features launch, all of which is focused on its Transaction Management product, that the company is going to now begin focusing almost 100% of its efforts on adding new CRM features. "The next area of focus for us is adding new CRM features. We were able to build a great v1 of our CRM product that we launched back in August 2014. Since that time, our customers have asked for additional features that will make Reesio's CRM a truly complete product, and allow us to fully realize our goal of becoming a one-stop-shop for the technology needs of real estate professionals." These new features will be released in several waves over the next 12 months, with the most-requested features being worked on and released first.

IXACT Contact Featured in Intel® Case Study
IXACT Contact has recently been featured by Intel® for its technological advancements and easy-to-use functionality for real estate professionals. The study sheds light on IXACT Contact's robust system architecture, based on the Intel® Xeon® processor E5-2600v2. The CRM currently supports over 8,000 active users and is designed to scale to over 50,000 users without any degradation in system performance or user experience. While IXACT Contact is constantly evolving and adding new and powerful features, the company has maintained its core focus on providing REALTORS® with a cloud-based real estate CRM that delivers an amazing user experience in terms of ease-of-use and system performance, whether managing a database of 10 or 10,000 contacts. Through the evolution of the product, IXACT Contact sought scalability with regards to both the customer database as well as the individual user databases. IXACT Contact's most recent server upgrade has made the system even faster, with some users on slower internet connections experiencing big reductions in response time. Despite a steady stream of new high-impact features and capabilities, the system's architecture has met the challenge. Cutting-edge Intel® technology supports the company's mandate in terms of performance and extensibility, and with the recent infrastructure upgrade, the company is poised to effectively handle aggressive expansion plans into the next five years. A popular and highly-praised feature, the monthly real estate e-Newsletter, is an example of sophisticated functionality that is easy to learn and to use. The system is powerful and supported by leading-edge technology, yet drop-dead simple for the average Realtor to leverage and make an impact on their bottom line. Real estate professionals often work from the road and need access to their database from anywhere, therefore wireless synchronization is a crucial feature of a contact management system for Realtors. IXACT Contact's advanced system architecture leverages Microsoft Exchange to enable automated wireless sync to the agent's smartphone, Outlook, and/or applicable Mac and iPad applications, across thousands of simultaneous users. "This case study by Intel goes under the hood by examining the technical infrastructure that makes IXACT Contact a powerful CRM for real estate professionals," says Rich Gaasenbeek, VP Sales and Marketing at IXACT Contact. "The piece also highlights IXACT Contact's 85% growth year over year, the regular addition of new features like our monthly e-Newsletter, and the success of clients who are using our real estate CRM and realizing big business benefits." Continuing to look to the future and further growth, a major new initiative that is underway for IXACT Contact includes a mobile optimized solution for smartphones and tablets, and a new personal Website offering. TRIBUS Announces CRM Integration With On-Demand App Curb Call
Chicago, Illinois (December 18, 2014)--In a world of on-demand products and services, TRIBUS is excited to announce its integration with Curb Call. The mobile app fields real-time requests for home buyers interested in a home showing on the spot. "Buyers today can decide at a moment's notice that the time is right to buy a home, TRIBUS seeks to always connect our clients to the most serious buyers," says Director of Strategy Eric Stegemann. "It makes so much sense to bring on-demand services to the real estate industry and Curb Call was created so intelligently to make the lives of home buyers and real estate agents easier." Curb Call, the 2013 Inman Innovator Award and Realogy FWD Summit finalist, is helping to change the pace of the real estate industry to accommodate immediate needs of homebuyers, a growing concern in the wake of apps such as Uber, Instacart and Postmates. Similar to these apps, Curb Call launches when real estate agents set their status to available to make their profile visible to home buyers. "We set out to make an app that I would've wanted to use when I was an agent," says Curb Call Founder Seth Seigler. "The goal is to deliver the latest stage leads and the safest possible showings packed together in one easy to use app. We're thrilled to be bringing it to the TRIBUS platform." Helping to make every moment a lucrative one, Curb Call gives agents complete control over receiving leads, whether it's between showings or after leaving the office. When an agent is set to be visible, homebuyers can use the app to view agent profiles and choose the one that sounds the most suited to their needs. The agent then receives the request and accepts if it fits into their coverage area and arranges the showing. Those leads will then automatically push into the agent's TRIBUS CRM account. "Curb Call buyers are requesting a showing from outside of a listing right now," Seigler continues. "They already like the way the house looks on the outside, they like the neighbors' houses, they like the look of the area and all that's left is to see is the inside. It's not a sale every time, but it's as close as you can get." Beyond being a convenient service for home buyers, it has integrated technology to ensure the safety and security of the agents that utilize it. The Curb Call app offers standard and optional safety features, such as identity verification of potential buyers and real-time location tracking of agents. The most recent upgrade to the application is a new safety feature that agents can use upon arrival at a listing. After pressing the "begin showing" button within the Curb Call app, their location is tracked in real time, which is accessible for viewing the brokerage and staff members. Agents must press the "end showing" button to stop the tracking, and they also have access to a panic button if something seems off. This incredibly useful app is available to all TRIBUS brokerage clients with no monthly service fee and cost is based on performance. About TRIBUS Founded in 2009, TRIBUS provides a suite of integrated products and services created to make the lives of real estate brokerages and top-performing agents not only easier, but also more productive and efficient. Say Hello to Contactually’s New and Improved Android App!
Contactually for Android is better, faster, and more reliable than ever before It's 2014 — we know that for a communication and connection tool to be truly life-changing, it has to be accessible from anywhere. That's why in addition to our full blown web application, Contactually is also available as a plugin for both Gmail and Outlook, as well as a mobile app for iOS and Android. While we know Contactually users need quality plugins and mobile apps — and we're glad to have them — we've also never been satisfied with how well they've worked, in everything from battery usage to how effectively they recreate the functionality of the desktop web application you know and love. That's why both of our mobile apps, along with our email client plugins, have been undergoing major overhauls for months. And our first big announcement has to do with some huge improvements to the 2.0 version of the Android app, which is available today. So let's get right into it! Battery Usage & Syncing Android's pretty developer-accessible nature lets us do lots of cool things in the Contactually app, like syncing text messages and calls from outside the application. Unfortunately, we've learned that some of this stuff (which customers love) can also be murder on your phone's battery (which they don't love quite so much). Never fear — the new release is a huge stride forward in minimizing battery usage, for several reasons. First of all, we've fixed some nasty sync bugs that not only caused some users to experience duplicate records for some calls and texts, but also contributed to excessive battery usage. On top of that, we've redesigned sync to be a little more considerate; it now sends updates piece by piece (instead of in a giant, potentially battery-gobbling chunk), and we've taught it to wait until you've got at least 33% battery life before trying to sync at all. For maximum efficiency, you can even restrict syncing to periods where you're on wi-fi. We don't want Contactually to be the app that killed your phone's battery when you needed it most, and now, it won't be! Bucketing Many customers received various errors while trying to bucket a contact in the Android app. That sucks, and if bucketing on a device works inconsistently, people aren't going to do it at all. Well, in the words of the executives from Office Space — "we fixed the glitch." Bucketing now works as expected. Design Improvements One of the big lessons we learned from the first generation of Contactually mobile apps is that it's hard for anyone outside of Contactually, who doesn't really get what makes it useful, to understand what's important about the mobile apps. That's why our new releases are being built internally, by Contactually engineers Andy and Justin, and why both apps feature new layouts designed for real-life Contactually users. On the Android app, you'll notice this immediately on the Buckets and Contacts screens. Everything is more accessible, and should look (and feel) familiar to regular web-app users. New, common-sense layouts for some of the most commonly used areas of the app. So go get it! Our new Android app is available in the Google Play store today, so don't hesitate to go out there and grab it, especially if you gave up on the last version due to battery issues or sync frustrations. Believe me — you'll be glad you did. For iOS users, don't worry. We're currently beta-testing the completely re-written Contactually for iOS, and as soon as we finish a few things up and jump through the necessary App Store hoops, you'll have it in your hands as well. We'll highlight all the new features and functionality here, as soon as it's released — and if you want to help, contact us about being a beta tester yourself! Finally, a special thanks to all of our customers for keeping us up to date with what's working, and what isn't, especially in regards to our mobile apps. We know dealing with an app that doesn't work quite the way it should can be maddening — that's why we're constantly working to not only improve our apps themselves, but our capacity to build, test, and improve them as well. If you've tried the new apps, let us know how they're working for you! Leave a comment here, or visit the Contactually Forums to let us know what you think. TRIBUS Announces DocuSign Integration, Along with Other New CRM Updates
Chicago, IL, August 01, 2014 -- TRIBUS is excited to announce new updates to its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including a recent integration with the leading electronic signature platform, DocuSign. In addition, updates to calendar features and email marketing functionalities make TRIBUS CRM as seamlessly integrated as ever. "We're beyond excited to be working with DocuSign from directly within TRIBUS CRM," says TRIBUS Director of Strategy Eric Stegemann. "This integration is going to make agents' and brokerages' lives easier by leaps and bounds and we couldn't be more thrilled to play a role in that." After purchasing Cartavi last year, DocuSign became the most efficient and secure way to send and receive important documents. In the on-the-go culture of real estate agents, being able to cut out unnecessary steps of the paperwork process is a key component to any brokerage's success. TRIBUS is thrilled to be able to offer its clients an easy-to-use DocuSign integration directly within the CRM. Having the best of task management capabilities with the ease of electronic documentation all in one convenient location ensures that agents' time is used efficiently. "It's exciting to be the very first CRM to connect directly into the DocuSign transaction room," says TRIBUS Director of Client Projects Katie Ragusa. "Now there's one fewer outside system for real estate professionals who use the TRIBUS CRM to have to log in to." In addition to the DocuSign integration, TRIBUS is excited to offer a new drag-and-drop email builder to make creating email marketing campaigns a cinch. The email marketing module allows users to choose between three types of campaigns, including text only, HTML and a builder that makes it easy to drag and drop to create your own look and feel. "Email marketing really is an integral piece of any marketing plan, so we're very excited to introduce these enhancements to our clients," explained Rachel Rusnak, TRIBUS' Director of Marketing. "Sadly, many real estate professionals sacrifice valuable relationships by falling out of touch with prospective and past clients, but email marketing is a great tool to ensure that doesn't happen." In order to keep real estate agents focused and organized, TRIBUS did an overhaul to its calendar functionality, which allows team members to easily share meetings and appointments amongst colleagues. Agents can pin tasks and view a full-page calendar broken down month-by-month. "We look forward to having our clients work within the CRM with these new and exciting updates and hope we can continue to make their lives easier," Stegemann concludes.

Top Producer's Sold Alert Lets Agents Promptly Tell Potential Sellers of Neighborhood Home Sales
SAN JOSE, CA, May 8, 2014 -- To help real estate agents stay on top of homes sold, Top Producer® Systems, a leading developer of media and technology solutions for real estate professionals operated by Move, Inc., today introduced Sold Alert, a tool that helps agents promptly notify potential sellers of a home sale near their property. As part of Top Producer's Market Snapshot® service, Sold Alert generates notifications within minutes of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reporting a home sale as closed. Potential sellers often want opinions on pricing and other market advice well in advance of listing their home for sale. Sold Alert enables agents to improve the dialogue with potential sellers by providing very timely and pertinent pricing information regarding sold homes. "We anticipate Sold Alert will add substantially to the value of Market Snapshot, because it gives agents the opportunity to be first in delivering important neighborhood home sale news and to have a more informed conversation with potential sellers about local home values," said Michael Kane, Move's senior vice president of software as a service (SaaS) businesses. "Having a Sold Alert pop up can be the trigger a real estate agent needs to contact a prospective home seller and, if the time is right, list their home." In addition to the new Sold Alert tool, Market Snapshot provides agents up-to-date reports of sales prices, average market time, and home transaction activity near a client's home. ABOUT MOVE, INC.
