You can now add new buyer search criteria, and easily search your database to match your client with new listings. Choose the area/neighborhood, the square footage, the price range, and even the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Check out this video for a demonstration, or find the written instructions below: To add or edit Buyer Search Criteria: Click Contacts, then Contact List. Search for your Buyer (or add them if they aren’t already in your database) Click on their name; you will be directed to their Contact Summary page. Scroll to the bottom of the page, there are a series of tabs that go across. Click on the one that looks like a magnifying glass. The page will expand to show the Search Criteria options. Enter the desired information, click “Save to Client,” and that’s it! To search for Buyers by given criteria: Click Contacts, then Contact List Near the top of the page, you will see “Basic Search” and “Advanced Search”.  Click on “Advanced Search”. Wise Agent Rolls Out Three New Updates: Logins, Leads, and Attachments
Wise Agent makes updates to the system almost daily; some are completely new features, while others are just small changes or additions. We like to keep our valued members in the loop about these updates, so here are three small enhancements that we have made recently! You can now login using Facebook or Google+ We know you have a ton of passwords to remember – we all do. Wise Agent has made that a little easier with this new feature. As long as you are also logged into Facebook or G+, you can now hit the Login button and be directly logged in without entering your Wise Agent username and password! To set this up, just follow these steps: Login to your Wise Agent as usual Click Welcome in the top right corner, then Profile Under the "name" fields of the Primary User, you will see two buttons – one that says "Authorize Google+ Login" and another that says "Authorize Facebook Login" Click the one you would like to use, follow the prompts, and that's it! Lead disbursement by day of the week We have received a ton of feedback after the recent release of the Lead Management Systems. So many of you have already taken advantage of the email parsing as well as customized the way you assign leads to your team members. One request we received was to add the ability to assign leads by day of the week. Using the "Rules for Leads" section, you can allocate Mondays leads to one team member, Tuesdays to another, and so on, however you would like it to work for your business. This option is located under Contacts > Leads, in the Rules for Leads section. Save attachments to a contact or checklist via Gmail Conversations Here's another example of a time we have added to a newer feature based on user suggestions. Being able to read and save your incoming emails right within your Wise Agent Contact Summary has been a huge hit! If you haven't already, you should check it out – you can read more about it here. The initial release allowed you to view all emails (in Gmail) from that contact, and save an email or an entire conversation to the Contact Notes for that client. Several members requested to have the option to also save those emails to the Transaction Notes if the email was pertaining to a specific Transaction Checklist, and that is now live! Discover not only how you're performing, but why. Last month, we released the first incarnation of Contactually's Insights feature, which gives you an instant look at the network health and overall Contactually performance of yourself, and everyone on your team. People — especially those team users — really seem to like it, but almost immediately we heard the desire for more. More detail, more measurement, more... well, more insights. Fortunately, we were expecting this (who doesn't want more insight?), and we've been working on the next generation of Insights pretty much since the last one saw the light of day. Here's a rundown on the latest additions to Contactually's reporting engine, which should be live and available in your account as you read this. "Activity" measures what your team is doing. Let's start with Activity. Ever wonder how you or your team is actually interacting with people? The Activity report shows you exactly that, by breaking down interaction by channel — how many emails, how many meetings, how many phone calls, and how many clandestine meetings in a dimly-lit basement parking garage. Okay, I made one of those up. At any rate, to get the exact breakdown for any team member, simply hover over their corresponding bar. "Reach" measures the scale of your communication. Sometimes you just want to see raw impact — how many contacts is your team connecting with, and who's pulling the most weight when it comes to pure outreach? Well, that's what the Reach report reveals. "Responses" show you the effectiveness of your outreach efforts. As many users know, Contactually includes open, click, and response tracking for certain emails, so you can see which messages are being read, and which ones are directly leading to the results you're looking for. If you're a regular user of this feature (or you work with people who are), the Responses report is a great way to see the results of that tracking at a glance. Insights gives you individual reporting, too. Reesio Launches Integration with MailChimp, Including Drip Email Campaigns
SAN FRANCISCO, Jun. 26, 2015 — Reesio, the combined CRM and Transaction Management platform for real estate professionals, has launched several new CRM features this week. The new features include the following: An integration with the email marketing platform MailChimp, which allows users to connect their MailChimp account directly within Reesio. From there, users can create email lists in Reesio that automatically sync to their MailChimp lists. This allows users to set up drip email campaigns, access email templates, and set up email blasts within MailChimp based on Reesio email lists. Reesio will now track email activities of synced email lists so that whenever an email is sent through MailChimp, an activity will show up in that contact's lead within Reesio. Email activities tracked include: when an email is sent, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, and bounced. A new tagging system that allows users to add/remove tags on multiple contacts. Reesio Co-Founder & CEO, Mark Thomas, said the drip email campaigns feature was requested over 80 times by customers in the past several months, and was by far and away the most heavily-requested feature the company has ever had. "When we say that we take customer feedback seriously here at Reesio, we mean it," said Thomas. "Every time a feature gets requested, we log it, and add the tally to the number of times it's been requested. We use the number of times a feature has been requested to heavily determine what we focus on for our product roadmap. Drip email campaigns were requested 60% more often than the next most-requested feature, so it was obvious that we needed to launch this feature now." As to whether users need to pay for a MailChimp account on top of paying for a Reesio account, the answer is that users will only need a paid MailChimp account if they have more than 2,000 contacts, send out more than 12,000 emails per month, or want to use the drip email campaigns feature (if users want to send out regular email blasts, that doesn't require a paid account if the number of contacts/emails is below the above threshold). Given that Reesio just launched the most-requested feature that it's every seen from customers, one might think that Reesio would be holding off on releasing new features anytime soon. Not so said Thomas. "Unlike other companies who only release new features once a month or once a quarter, Reesio releases new features on a weekly basis, and we're constantly iterating on our product to make it better. We never get complacent, and now that we've launched this MailChimp integration, we're on to building the next thing that will add value for our customers." Regarding what comes next product-wise for Reesio, Thomas mentioned that they've been able to secure a large state Realtor association partnership, and that association will be licensing their forms directly to Reesio. Which means Reesio can integrate those Realtor forms directly into its product, and member brokers/agents will be able to fill out their forms right within Reesio. While Thomas declined to mention which association they'll be partnering with, he did say that the forms integration should launch in the next few months, "Relationships with Realtor associations and MLS' are paramount to us. We're making it a top priority here at Reesio to work with state associations to integrate their forms into Reesio and also potentially offer Reesio as a member benefit to associations and MLS' across the country." Say Hello to Contactually’s New and Improved Android App!
Contactually for Android is better, faster, and more reliable than ever before It's 2014 — we know that for a communication and connection tool to be truly life-changing, it has to be accessible from anywhere. That's why in addition to our full blown web application, Contactually is also available as a plugin for both Gmail and Outlook, as well as a mobile app for iOS and Android. While we know Contactually users need quality plugins and mobile apps — and we're glad to have them — we've also never been satisfied with how well they've worked, in everything from battery usage to how effectively they recreate the functionality of the desktop web application you know and love. That's why both of our mobile apps, along with our email client plugins, have been undergoing major overhauls for months. And our first big announcement has to do with some huge improvements to the 2.0 version of the Android app, which is available today. So let's get right into it! Battery Usage & Syncing Android's pretty developer-accessible nature lets us do lots of cool things in the Contactually app, like syncing text messages and calls from outside the application. Unfortunately, we've learned that some of this stuff (which customers love) can also be murder on your phone's battery (which they don't love quite so much). Never fear — the new release is a huge stride forward in minimizing battery usage, for several reasons. First of all, we've fixed some nasty sync bugs that not only caused some users to experience duplicate records for some calls and texts, but also contributed to excessive battery usage. On top of that, we've redesigned sync to be a little more considerate; it now sends updates piece by piece (instead of in a giant, potentially battery-gobbling chunk), and we've taught it to wait until you've got at least 33% battery life before trying to sync at all. For maximum efficiency, you can even restrict syncing to periods where you're on wi-fi. We don't want Contactually to be the app that killed your phone's battery when you needed it most, and now, it won't be! Bucketing Many customers received various errors while trying to bucket a contact in the Android app. That sucks, and if bucketing on a device works inconsistently, people aren't going to do it at all. Well, in the words of the executives from Office Space — "we fixed the glitch." Bucketing now works as expected. Design Improvements One of the big lessons we learned from the first generation of Contactually mobile apps is that it's hard for anyone outside of Contactually, who doesn't really get what makes it useful, to understand what's important about the mobile apps. That's why our new releases are being built internally, by Contactually engineers Andy and Justin, and why both apps feature new layouts designed for real-life Contactually users. On the Android app, you'll notice this immediately on the Buckets and Contacts screens. Everything is more accessible, and should look (and feel) familiar to regular web-app users. New, common-sense layouts for some of the most commonly used areas of the app. So go get it! Our new Android app is available in the Google Play store today, so don't hesitate to go out there and grab it, especially if you gave up on the last version due to battery issues or sync frustrations. Believe me — you'll be glad you did. For iOS users, don't worry. We're currently beta-testing the completely re-written Contactually for iOS, and as soon as we finish a few things up and jump through the necessary App Store hoops, you'll have it in your hands as well.
