They work with 100s of MLS systems throughout the country – here's a list of all those that it currently works with: Cloud CMA MLS partners You can follow these steps to get started: Login to your Wise Agent account, click on the "Welcome" tab in the top right corner and click "Integration Menu" Note the Cloud CMA option on the left. In another tab, login to your Cloud CMA account, click Settings in the top right, then Lead Generation. Copy the API key provided. Back in Wise Agent, paste the API key into the appropriate field. To get started, go to any contact's Summary page and scroll down to the bottom. There is now a "Conversations" section – click on the button that says "Authorize GMail." Follow the prompts, and that's it! Now all email activity from within GMail for that contact will be displayed in that section. You can also save any conversation or individual email to the Contact Notes for that contact. Just click the box in front of any conversation (on the right for individual email) and voila! LeadingAgent Launches Concierge Marketing Platform For Realtors®
Anyone familiar with our company knows that we have been putting together marketing programs and solutions for Realtors® for years (nearly 17 in fact). The one thing we've seen over our long tenure as a premier marketing agency in the Real Estate Industry is that as the years move on, and technology advances, the learning curve and amount of technical proficiency on the part of a Realtor® is getting steeper and steeper. This presents many possible problems to a Realtor® trying to stay ahead of all this stuff: 1) Many (Not All) Realtors® are Not Technologically Savvy, or May Be Technophobic This is a big problem. If you aren't so great with technology, or even worse, afraid of it, as technology advances, what are you going to do? In many cases, we find that agents simply throw their hands up, and give up learning. They stick with what they are used to and just go with that. That is all fine and good, but over time, their marketshare and the comparisons between those agents that are technologically savvy and themselves become harder and harder to make. Simply put, the people embracing technology eventually leave them in the dust. 2) Even if You are a Technologically Savvy Realtor®, the Pace at which New Technologies And Upgrades to Existing Technologies Come Out Can Be Crippling You are a Realtor®, so by definition, you are busy beyond all belief. From conversations we've had with even the most seasoned, professional agents, it is obvious that some days are spent simply reacting to issues, putting out fires and trying to hold deals together to get them closed. With that being the case, how can you possibly keep up with the constant "death march" of new platforms to learn, or new features to absorb, all while doing your day to day job? Easy answer: If you like sleep, you can't. 3) The Technology Industry In General Isn't Friendly to Realtors®, Making Them Sign Long Term Contracts For Things They End Up Never "Actually" Using In full disclosure, one of our products (our custom CRM system), fall under this category. In our case, as with many companies, it has to do with a contractual obligation (in our case with Salesforce.com) and the requirements the cloud provider makes of all their partners. For some less genuine companies out there however, it is because they know that law of averages says Realtors® don't like technology, and won't use the system. BUT, by requiring at least a year commitment, they'll at least be guaranteed that revenue. If you are not a Realtor® that loves technology, or a Realtor® that is committed to spending the extra time to put in to a platform to take advantage of it, either of these two scenarios are not a good fit for you. So What Did We Do? So we've been wrestling with these questions for nearly a year now. Anyone that knows me, knows that I started this agency to help people. I want to see Realtors® thrive and see them get their businesses to the next level. Our clients successes make me happy and let me know that we are doing our jobs. This problem had been plaguing me so much in fact that I put together a group of advisors, some that have made their successes in life handling Silicon Valley dot com start ups, and some that are leaders in the Real Estate Industry itself (both production wise, and education wise). While there were months and months and even more months of conversations, debates and more debates, the one thing we all agreed upon was that after a deep examination of the entire industry and the tools available, for many (or possibly most) of the agents in the Real Estate Industry, there is not a tool available that will truly help an agent achieve their goals. With the new Adobe EchoSign integration, users will no longer be required to have a separate paid e-signatures account with another provider -- users will simply need a Reesio account, and e-signatures will automatically be included, thus saving Reesio's customers a considerable outside expense. "Reesio customers were frustrated with having to pay for a separate e-signature account and then linking that outside account within Reesio in order to e-sign documents," said Thomas. With our new Adobe EchoSign integration, there won't be any separate paid e-signature accounts or linking required. Just use Reesio and you'll be all set." There are other reasons for the change. According to Thomas, "DocuSign bought a competitor of our's (Cartavi) 15 months ago, and recently re-branded that product to be called 'DocuSign Transaction Rooms'. It became increasingly difficult to differentiate our branding from them when we were essentially offering a competing product directly within our own product." Thomas said that Adobe EchoSign approached him about a dedicated partnership earlier this year, and it was clear "that they really wanted to work with us and become a true partner. Even though EchoSign doesn't currently have a big presence within the real estate industry, they're owned by a publicly-traded company in Adobe, and they have a lot of Fortune 500 clients. "EchoSign is owned by one of the top brands in the world in Adobe, and has a world-class list of high profile customers using its product", said Thomas. "We couldn't be more thrilled to be working with them". Pivot to a Paid Product Partly due to the switch of eliminating DocuSign and offering its own E-Signatures through Adobe EchoSign, and partly due to other factors, Reesio has also become a purely paid product. "By offering our own e-signatures without requiring users to have a separate paid e-signatures account with another company, we have no choice but to begin charging for our product." However, there are other reasons that Thomas cited for the change as well, including: As Reesio has added more and more features in becoming a one-stop-shop (like CRM and Listing Syndication), the direction that Reesio is heading in is that of becoming a "premium product" that does everything for real estate professionals. Thomas said the Reesio team found that over the past 9 months while they were giving their product away for free, it actually had a negative connotation with their users. According to Thomas, "We had many new users who were hesitant to use our product because they thought that something must be wrong with it if it was free." When asked how the reception of switching to a paid product has been among its existing base of customers, Thomas said he was personally overwhelmed by the positive response. "To be honest, we were a bit nervous that there would be a lot of backlash. However, we're truly humbled by the positive response from our existing customers, who already started paying us 6 weeks ago even though we haven't officially required them to do so until last week. Essentially, we've had customers voluntarily paying us for the past month and a half. You don't get that unless you have a great product that users love."
