IRE gains consumers' trust by offering plenty of value before forcing them to register. Once they do register, however, users gain more value by being able to save searches and favorite properties.

More impressive, however, is Inside Real Estate's back end. IRE offers a combined CRM and lead management platform where agents can see what properties their prospects are searching for and use that as a touchpoint to reach out and suggest similar homes that may interest them.

The Inside Real Estate platform also includes activity plans and marketing plans. We've seen versions of these in other solutions recently, and recommend them as a great way to stay on top of tasks. "We try to automate what agents and brokers often fall down on," Inside RE CEO Joe Skousen tells us.

The company also offers premium consulting services that can include a premium account manager who monitors your website's numbers, statistics. Users can choose to have quarterly or monthly meetings with them to discuss those numbers and how to better them in the future.
