  1. Be as tech-savvy as your prospects - According to NAR, 89% of real estate consumers use mobile to search for homes. Have a website? Make sure it's mobile friendly. Consider getting a branded mobile property search app you can share with clients. And be mindful of when to text, email or call.
  2. Respond promptly - You're 100 times less likely to convert a lead if you respond in 30 minutes rather than 5. If you can't commit to that kind of response time, consider setting up an autoresponder for incoming leads.
  3. Build rapport through valuable information - Realtors have access to information that consumers want, like market data. Leverage it on your blog, social networks and/or via email marketing efforts...
  4. Update regularly - ...but don't let the information get stale! Stumped for new things to share? Check out these 5 ideas.
  5. Don't forget - Lean on your CRM to stay in touch. Use it to automate drip campaigns, set reminders to reach out, and save notes about clients.
  6. When in doubt, try again - Sometimes you lose touch with people, and that's okay! You can still get back in the saddle and rekindle things.
