Agent Classroom is a site focused on providing agent training articles, blogs and training sessions for real estate professionals.  Agent can access articles on topics like social media marketing, technology/systems, listings, sales/marketing and website marketing.  Agent Classroom offers newsletter subscriptions, free classes and other online marketing resources. Agent Classroom targets real estate agents, REALTORS®, brokers and teams internationally.  AgentClassroom.org intends to help Real Estate Professionals gain knowledge by providing information, analysis and commentary on the multitude of technology-based marketing solutions that are currently available to real estate professionals.   Agent Classroom's free classes are primarily 30-minute online webinars, unless a location is provided, in which case the seminar will be held at a location.

Data Reports for Neighborhoods and Schools
Real Estate Digital's Data Reports for Neighborhoods & Schools provides data with more than 100 different school and neighborhood elements included. The product is comprised of aggregation of multiple data sources including U.S. Government census data, FBI crime statistics, state and regional education boards and districts, and the National Weather Service, just to name a few. The reports dig down to the Census Block Group Level (beyond the zip-code level data) and make it available as: Raw data that integrates into your application or website; Web-based Neighborhood & School Reports (NSR) that integrate into your website via an application programming interface (API). Data elements include housing trends and statistics, demographics, local economy, schools, environment and quality of life – for all 50 states. Examples of the data elements include: school data such as student-to-teacher ratio, school location and contact information, expenditures per student and more. The People section provides information such as age range of children, education of the people in the community, marital status, male/female ratio and more; while the Housing stats include rental vs. ownership information, age of homes, values and appreciation of properties and other data.

The Internet Marketing Specialist Designation (IMSD) program is a training system for agents and brokers that designed to teach how to effectively use venues like blogs, paid online advertising, social media, search engine optimization, and Craigslist to grow online real estate businesses. Through a series of online classes, homework assignments, and professional support from IMSD instructors, and agents and brokers will be awarded the designation showing they are proficient in tools that should dramatically increase traffic to their website and implement proven techniques to convert those leads to listings. The Real Estate Tech Desk provides on-site computer services and training to real estate professionals in the Washington D.C. area. They can recommend product upgrades and new product selection.  This includes software services and hardware (such as printers, scanners, laptops, mobile devices and more).
