Zillow unveils a new look for property pages, their biggest redesign in 5 years
Zillow app also receives updates, which include improved navigation on for-sale listings and a way to simplify financing with the new Zillow Home Loans tab SEATTLE, Oct. 23, 2023 -- Today Zillow® is launching a big update to the look and feel of for-sale property listings on its website, improving home shoppers' experience with a more intuitive and simplified layout. The enhanced design of for-sale property listings on Zillow.com offers a wider, single-scroll format, making it easier for home shoppers to find key information, such as square footage, the Zestimate® feature, lot size and home type. The new layout also introduces a media section at the top of the page that better showcases photos and 3D tours. By clicking on a photo, the media section expands, providing a full-page, magazine-style layout for seamless navigation through the rest of the home's photography. "The new design delivers a fun and efficient way to browse homes on the Zillow website, making it easier for home shoppers to navigate and process information," said Jenny Arden, chief design officer at Zillow. "We introduced a wider layout for images, larger fonts for the most important facts and a clearer articulation of what makes the home special to help our users quickly understand if the home is right for them." Zillow's app updates: Navigate with ease and simplify financing with the Home Loans tab In addition to the redesign on the Zillow website, for-sale property listings on the Zillow app (iOS) are also receiving an update. This new look minimizes excessive scrolling by allowing users to more easily find the information that matters the most to them, whether that's home facts and features, a cost calculator or the Zestimate history. When viewing a for-sale listing on the app, users will see a new look that presents the home details categorized into sections such as "What's Special,"' "Market Value," "Monthly Cost" and "Neighborhood." Users can click into particular sections of interest to find more details. This new look will be available before the end of the year on the Zillow iOS app. For-sale property listings on the Zillow app (iOS) are receiving a new look that minimizes excessive scrolling by allowing users to easily find the information that matters the most to them. Curbio Launches First-of-its-Kind Mobile App, Enabling Sellers to Maximize the Value of their Home Though ROI-Driven Improvements
The Curbio app empowers realtors and home sellers with real-time estimates on pre-listing home improvements and ROI data POTOMAC, Md., Feb. 23, 2023 -- Curbio, Inc., the leading pay-at-closing home improvement solution for the real estate industry, today announces the launch of its new mobile app. The app allows real estate agents and home sellers to instantly get estimates for pre-listing home improvement costs and projected ROI, so they can unlock the true value of their home with smart, ROI-driven updates. Curbio's new mobile app is the first of its kind, providing a level of speed, convenience and pricing transparency that hasn't previously been seen in the home improvement industry. At the touch of a button, realtors and homeowners can get an immediate price estimate for repairs, updates and renovations and the estimated ROI. Users can choose to begin work immediately with Curbio, or they can simply use this data to make an informed decision about pre-listing and pre-sale home improvements. When they download the Curbio mobile app, users simply enter the property address, square footage and number of stories. From there, they are able to choose which home improvement projects they are interested in. Projects are divided into the following categories: kitchen, bathroom, flooring, paint, interior and exterior. Once projects are selected, they will immediately view an estimated cost of improvements along with the projected ROI. This information can be used to request a project proposal from Curbio and work with them to execute the updates and pay for the work at closing with zero fees or interest. "Pre-listing home improvements are critical for selling for the highest possible price in this increasingly competitive housing market. With sales prices down nationally, and with increased demand for move-in-ready properties, sellers need to update their home before listing to sell quickly and for top dollar," said Olivia Mariani, Chief Marketing Officer at Curbio. "Most people don't have access to reliable data to understand what pre-listing projects cost or which updates truly increase the value of their home. The only way to really get an estimate is to have a contractor come out to your home, they measure, they take a few weeks to get back to you and you're not sure if the quote is competitive. With our new mobile app, homeowners are empowered with data that will allow them to make an informed decision about pre-listing home improvements, so they can get the most value out of their home without the hassle of traditional home improvement." The price estimate and ROI data displayed in the app has been compiled based on Curbio's thousands of completed projects. The information generated is customized based on market, project size and project type. The Curbio mobile app is the first and only app within the home improvement space to generate accurate pricing and ROI estimates based on actual completed project data. In addition to pre-listing estimates, the Curbio mobile app also offers estimates on repairs that come up during inspections. Agents and their clients can now upload an inspection report right to the app and Curbio will provide a same-day, no-obligation estimate on the repairs noted in the report. This new inspection repair tool helps agents, buyers and sellers get to closing faster. Curbio's new mobile app is free to download and available for both Android and iPhone users through Google Play and the App Store. To learn more about Curbio, visit www.curbio.com. About Curbio Curbio is on a mission to help real estate agents fix and update homes before they go on the market, so they sell quickly and for the best price, with zero payment due until closing. Founded in 2017, Curbio has quickly become the largest national home improvement company dedicated to pre-listing repairs, updates, and renovations. Curbio has modernized home improvement with an easy-to-use app that accelerates project timelines by 50%, while removing the delays, uncertainties and other frustrations that have plagued home improvement for decades. Their rapid time to listing, coupled with a turn-key approach and project ROI expertise, has made Curbio the most trusted fix first, pay-at-closing home improvement partner to thousands of realtors and brokerages nationwide, including eXp realty, RE/MAX, HomeServices of America, Long & Foster, @properties and many more.

Live Open Houses Are Now Available on Homesnap for iOS and Android
Agents can now promote live virtual open houses on the Homesnap platform on iOS and Android. Why is this important? Even as states rescind stay-at-home guidelines and the real estate market eases back to normalcy, plenty of would-be homebuyers are still reluctant to visit a property in person. Open houses have yet to see the same level of attendance they have in years past, and, by most industry expert predictions, won't for some time. Agents who neglect to cater to these prospective buyers risk missing out on potential clients and revenue. How Homesnap Live Open Houses work Using the Homesnap platform, you can create video tours of a property and schedule and host open houses virtually, much in the same way you would an in-person one. The only difference? You'll enter a URL in the "Open House Live Stream URL" field within the Open House menu of your listing. Once complete, scheduled virtual open houses will appear as a purple-colored pin within Homesnap's map view, and property card banners, as shown on the right side of the below photo, will display the date and time of the virtual open house (again, in purple). When a virtual open house goes live, the purple pin will animate and the property card banner will display a "Live Now" message, inviting prospective homebuyers currently searching the Homesnap platform to join your presentation. Pretty easy, right? A final note Virtual open houses and in-person open houses should not be viewed as mutually exclusive. Many prospective homebuyers are ready to visit a property in-person. Others are not. So, to attract the widest possible prospect pool, you should strive to host both versions. Fortunately, with Homesnap, that's easier than ever. HomeSpotter Acquires Open House Innovator Spacio
Acquisition adds open house lead generation to the HomeSpotter software-suite of real estate products. Minneapolis, MN and Vancouver, BC -- January 17, 2019 -- HomeSpotter, the leading real estate software platform for agents to manage and grow their customer relationships, today announced it has acquired Spacio, the #1 open house lead generation system. The move extends HomeSpotter's reach within the real estate industry and bolsters its position as a relationship technology leader. Spacio's intuitive mobile-first platform provides agents with a digital toolset to automate lead capture and follow up, replacing outdated paper sign-in forms at open houses and helping convert more open house visitors into customers. Spacio offers comprehensive data analytics on open houses that, for the first time, give visibility to a process that has always been manual and impossible for agents, brokerages, and franchises to track. Spacio integrates with dozens of CRM and marketing platforms, and is used by over 100k agents across the U.S. and Canada. "With the addition of Spacio we now serve the four largest brokerage firms in the U.S., and have a combined footprint of more than 450k registered agents across North America." "Marketing activities for open house lead generation have 3 parts — before, during, and after. We spent the past 4 years building, iterating, and perfecting the during and after pieces and we do those very well, better than anyone else." said Spacio co-founder and CEO Melissa Kwan. "However, we always knew that in order to complete our product offering, we needed to give agents a way to market their listings before their open houses; this wasn't something we had the expertise to build on our own. New kvCORE Open House App Maximizes New Business Opportunities from Open Houses
Inside Real Estate, provider of the leading real estate software solution kvCORE Platform, is pleased to announce the launch of its new app, kvCORE Open House. This new app, available to kvCORE users for free at both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, allows real estate agents to maximize their lead capture at open houses and have those leads automatically tagged and entered into the kvCORE platform for automated follow-up. The kvCORE Open House app eliminates the need for agents to purchase a separate open house app tool. It streamlines lead capture and follow-up by being fully integrated with the kvCORE Platform and its Smart CRM functionality. With the AI-infused behavioral automation built in to the kvCORE Smart CRM, leads that come from the kvCORE Open House app will be treated to personalized followup that is related to the open house they attend. This includes similar properties that could match not only property demographics, but also similar properties based on physical attributes of the property. This allows agents to provide personal and customized follow-up with open house visitors — fully automated within the platform. "The kvCORE Open House app works as a digital sign-in form, but it's more than just signing in on a tablet," says Nick Macey, Chief Product Officer of Inside Real Estate. "It's a simpler, faster way for agents to nurture and stay top-of-mind with prospective clients." Setting up the kvCORE Open House app takes only minutes. Once an agent has logged into the app, the agent enters the MLS# of the property hosting an open house. Agents may choose as little as two or as many as six questions for visitors to fill out when they sign in at the open house. Agents can also add a custom hashtag to their sign-in as an additional way to track their leads. "It's by far an easier way to capture leads at an open house," adds Inside Real Estate Founder and Chief Revenue Officer Joe Skousen. "No need to bring a sign-up sheet. No need to manually enter those leads into a spreadsheet or CRM. It's a tool we've created for our kvCORE users that makes their lives a little easier." Ernest Enriquez, broker-owner of Elite Home Team Realtors in Kennewick, WA, is one of those users. "The Open House app is really clean and simple, and lets my agents and me focus on the open house while knowing we are collecting good information on all of the opportunities that walk through the door. And putting them instantly into our CRM with kvCORE ensures they are getting great follow-up." The kvCORE Open House app is designed to be used with either a smartphone or tablet. Even if internet connections are not available during the open house event, the app will store the data and sync when the connection is resumed. The addition of the Open House app to the kvCORE Platform further strengthens the kvCORE Platform as the comprehensive software solution for brokerages, teams and agents, and positions Inside Real Estate as the leading provider of CRM and marketing services in the real estate industry.

Sotheby's International Realty Launches Virtual Staging Augmented Reality App: One of the First Experiences Built with Google's ARCore
Curate by Sotheby's International Realty, powered by roOomy, Revolutionizes the Homebuying and Selling Experience for Sales Associates and Consumers MADISON, N.J., March 20, 2018 -- Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC today announced the launch of Curate by Sotheby's International Realty(sm), a mobile augmented reality (AR) app that will bring a home's virtual staging images from 2-D perception into augmented reality; the app was built with ARCore, Google's AR Software platform, and is powered by roOomy, the leading virtual staging technology platform specializing in 3D/AR/VR content creation and application development. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty allows consumers to visualize a house as their own before purchase, thereby curating the homebuying experience. Working closely with Google in the run up to ARCore's release, the Sotheby's International Realty® brand is the first real estate brand to launch and implement a virtual staging AR app, transforming the homebuying and selling experience for sales associates and consumers. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty is taking virtually staged images from a flat, 2-D screen into the house itself through the power of AR. The app also features a curated selection of AR interior designs, ranging from modern living rooms to traditional dining rooms that provides the consumer with the opportunity to immediately swap among these styles, something physical staging could never accomplish. If you have one of Google's ARCore-enabled mobile devices, download the app here. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty app features: Visualization – Any property can be transformed through a curated selection of AR furnishings and décor sets. Listing-specific staging options will be available in the near future. Recollection – The app has screenshot capabilities, allowing viewers to capture and store the images of AR furniture sets placed within the visit. Shop – Virtual home furnishings can be clicked for more information about the product, including a link to exit the app and be directed to a retailer's website. All furniture is shown to-scale and provides accurate room dimensions, ensuring furniture viewed in the app will be a fit, making purchasing and moving into a new home easier on new home buyers. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty app benefits: Research has shown that an AR experience allows consumers to form more accurate expectations, therefore increasing confidence in purchasing decisions and shortening the sales cycle. For prospective homebuyers – Viewing a potential house in AR breaks down visualization barriers that often accompany the homebuying process, allowing prospective homebuyers the unique ability to envision the house in their personal taste and style. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty offers the opportunity for buyers to ultimately see a house as their own home, increasing confidence in any purchasing decisions. For home sellers / Sotheby's International Realty clients – Selling a home with a Sotheby's International Realty sales associate means tapping into the power of AR to sell the home by helping prospective buyers overcome the visualization barriers of touring an empty home or one decorated in style that differs from their taste. For the Sotheby's International Realty sales associate – The benefits for the sales associate are similar to those of the homebuyer and seller; Curate by Sotheby's International Realty empowers the sales associate to present a home in an objective and neutral manner. The app also alleviates the need for sales associates to physically stage homes, allowing them to save money on the costs of either renting or buying and storing furniture. Curate by Sotheby's International Realty is available now for download in the Google Play Store. The app was built with Google's ARCore, which can run on 100 million Android devices worldwide. The Sotheby's International Realty brand will launch Curate by Sotheby's International Realty for iOS this spring through a continued partnership with roOomy. Personal Safety Company Guard Llama Scores Deal on ABC’s 'Shark Tank'
WASHINGTON (April 17, 2017) – With an offer of $100,000 from investor Barbara Corcoran, 2015 REach real estate technology accelerator participant and personal safety device company, Guard Llama, is officially a part of "Shark Tank" television history. Guard Llama offers a mobile personal security system that expedites the 9-1-1 dispatching process when dialing 9-1-1 is not possible. This technology caught the attention of the National Association of Realtors®' strategic investment arm, Second Century Ventures, which announced in 2015 that Guard Llama had been added to its growth technology accelerator program known as REach. NAR President William E. Brown, a second-generation Realtor® from Alamo, California and founder of Investment Properties, congratulated the company on making their case before the Shark Tank panelists. "The Guard Llama team should be proud of their accomplishment," he said. "Pitching a product is no small task, especially in front of well-known business leaders on national television, but the Guard Llama team did fantastic." NAR is committed to the safety and well-being of its members, and established the REALTOR® Safety Program to empower and inform members of the potential risks they face in this profession as well as how to navigate them safely. According to NAR's 2016 Member Safety Report, while 95 percent of Realtors® have never been the victim of crime, 39 percent have found themselves in situations where they have feared for their safety or the safety of their personal information. Smart phone apps and devices are among the popular safety tools for real estate agents. Guard Llama CEO Joe Parisi said that while the "Shark Tank" experience was intense, the event marked a real opportunity for his company. "Anytime someone recognizes the value in your product and says they want to put an investment behind it, that's a good day," he said. "Having a celebrity businessperson do it on a national stage like "Shark Tank" is just extraordinary. This represented a chance to showcase what Guard Llama is doing to help make the world safer, and we're looking forward to the good work we have ahead of us." Additional information on Guard Llama's products and services is available on their website, guardllama.com/how-it-works/. Agents can drive consumers to their own websites and capture those leads for free, or leverage the power of Search Alliance's cooperative marketing program to acquire network-generated traffic using an auction-style bidding system similar to Google AdWords or Facebook Advertising. Agents only pay when traffic is delivered.

Record Your 2017 Starting Odometer Readings
As we head into 2017, it's important to record your 2016 ending odometer readings and 2017 starting odometer readings since the IRS requires if you're going to take a mileage deduction. Of course, this should be the same number. The easiest way to do this with MileIQ is by using the "Vehicles" feature. Before you take your first drive of 2017, open MileIQ, tap the menu icon and select "Personalization." From there, tap "Vehicles" and tap the name of your vehicle. Once you're in your individual vehicle settings, you'll see a place to add your 2017 starting odometer readings. Easy as pie. As a reminder, the IRS doesn't require odometer readings for each trip you make throughout the year, but they do require your mileage log to have both your starting and ending odometer readings each year, so be sure not to skip this step! Rapattoni Releases Mobile MLS Apps for iOS and Android
SIMI VALLEY, Calif., October 20, 2016 – Rapattoni Corporation announced today that the company's Rapattoni MLS Mobile App is now available for iOS and Android devices. This new offering allows realtors to access the MLS using a native app instead of a web browser on smartphones and tablets. Each Rapattoni MLS customer receives a custom app branded with their logo and splash screen background image. MLS members can then download the free apps from the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store. The new app makes accessing the MLS faster than ever, with a 'one-touch login' feature allowing realtors to enter Agent ID and Password once and then bypass them for subsequent logins. Using the Rapattoni MLS Mobile App, real estate professionals can quickly search for listings on a map, view hotsheets showing the latest listing updates, and access their contact and prospect data. Listing agents can also revise their listings and upload property photos directly from their mobile devices, plus the app includes social media tools, tax record integration, and a wealth of other MLS resources. Destyn Dagle, Director of MLS & IWS Software at Rapattoni, said, "We're thrilled to offer these native iOS and Android apps to all Rapattoni MLS customers at no additional charge. With live MLS data as well as open houses and other features, our apps are the best source for up-to-date listing information." "We started this project several months ago," added Rapattoni President Ralph Hoover. "Apple's review process is fairly thorough and getting the iOS apps approved can be rather time-consuming, plus we also need to get the Android versions approved by Google. Since the apps are customized for each MLS site, each one needs to make its way through the review process individually. It's a lot of work but well worth it to win a spot in the iTunes App Store and the Google Play Store." Catherine Emert, Information Technology Director at Central Oregon Association of REALTORS®, said, "The Rapattoni MLS Mobile App allows our brokers the ease and flexibility to work from anywhere and on any device. We especially like that the app's appearance is customizable with our logo and design. This is a great enhancement for our membership." Tonya Marley, MLS Administrator at Lubbock Association of REALTORS®, commented, "I've received some very positive feedback on the new Rapattoni MLS Mobile App. Our members really like that they don't have to login each time they use it." Elaine Hangis, CEO at Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®, said, "Rapattoni's new app is loaded with great features and it's been a real hit with our members. Being able to download it from the official iTunes and Google Play stores makes it easy for everyone to get it running." Brian Tepfer, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Rapattoni, added, "Many realtors are transitioning from desktop computers to mobile devices as their primary means of accessing MLS data. CurbCall Announces Premiere Distribution Deal with Onboard Informations
Boston, MA (July 29, 2016)--Boston-based real estate tech company CurbCall, Inc. just announced a joint marketing and distribution deal with Onboard Informatics, a leader in data-driven consumer engagement. Onboard will offer two products from CurbCall to reinforce their position as leaders in consumer engagement. These include the on-demand lead routing platform CurbCall Connect™ and the home showing safety app CurbCall Protect™. "Onboard is dedicated to providing break-through technology that helps realtors better engage consumers," said Onboard Informatics President Jonathan Bednarsh. "And in CurbCall Connect, we saw a game-changing lead routing platform that empowers agents to engage consumers instantly in real time, at the moment of intent." "We're thrilled to partner with a real estate technology leader like Onboard Informatics," said Stephanie Sullivan, CEO of CurbCall. "Being able to be part of an integrated solution for engaging real estate consumers makes for a far more powerful offering than we could offer on our own." It's well-known throughout the industry, that the first agent to respond to and engage with consumer has a high likelihood of closing them. But according to CurbCall Chief Marketing officer Mason Wiley, agents are hampered by the limitations of current lead routing systems. "Half of consumers today expect instant response, and over 75% expect a response within 30 minutes, but the average response time for real estate agents is 15.29 hours and 48% of buyer inquiries are never responded to at all," said Wiley. "CurbCall Connect's intelligent lead routing technology allows engagement to happen near instantaneously." Providing seamless API integration with the existing user interface for any website or mobile app, CurbCall Connect adds the capability for consumers to request immediate agent assistance. The CurbCall Connect platform has the built-in intelligence to instantly route that request though a smartphone app to agents who are qualified to provide assistance and are available to respond "right now." It also provides an administrative dashboard providing reporting and analytics on the disposition of inbound leads and agent performance in responding for full accountability. See the demo at curbcall.com/connect-demo. In addition to CurbCall Connect, Onboard will also be offering the safety app CurbCall Protect. "Given the number of crimes against realtors that occur every year, we're grateful for Onboard's support in getting CurbCall Protect into the hands of agents," said Sullivan. "If we can save the lives of even just one or two real estate professionals, that will make all of our efforts worth it." CurbCall Protect is a standalone smartphone app that makes it easy for agents to be safer during showings. With the press of a single button, agents can send an SMS text to their emergency contacts alerting them that they have begun a showing with a link to a map that displays the agent's location in real time. The app also includes a panic button the agent can press if they feel in danger during the showing, plus a "safety radius" feature that instantly delivers an automatic alert to the agent's emergency contacts should the agent unexpectedly leaves the showing area. View the demo at curbcall.com/protect-demo. More information on the CurbCall solutions being offered by Onboard Informatics is available at curbcall.com. Unique updates, which include photos with their own caption and headline, can easily be created in minutes through the Reach150 mobile app. Once created, these updates can be distributed across multiple channels of communication, including a business professional's profile page and website, their social networks and perhaps most compelling, as online ads visible on the Internet's most popular web sites. These aspects of an individual's personality can help potential clients connect with and select a given provider. The ability to easily capture and share these experiences in the moment makes establishing or strengthening a relationship far more authentic and impactful. Listingbook Delivers a "Better than Zillow" Platform to 500,000 Agents
Greensboro, N.C. – July 8, 2015 – After four years and a six millions dollar investment in its commitment to deliver the best search experience that an agent can provide their clients, Listingbook has recently deployed its new platform in the San Diego MLS market. The addition of San Diego County's MLS Sandicor marks the 35th deployment of the new Listingbook system, covering over 500,000 real estate agents nationally. Listingbook was designed for real estate agents to give consumers the most up-to-date and comprehensive search experience allowing them to "search like an agent", while enabling the agent to view the consumers search activity and easily collaborate with them. The new Listingbook platform enhances the consumer experience with an array of new features that help buyers and sellers make more informed decisions. "This is not window dressing," says Randall Kaplan, CEO of Listingbook, the real estate industry's proven lead nurturing and client servicing platform. "Yes, we significantly improved the Listingbook experience for agents and consumers, and through iteration and innovation we've embedded many powerful new features to keep Listingbook at the forefront of search, unlike anything one can get on public search sites, like Zillow or realtor.com," he added. Kaplan notes the new Listingbook brings dozens of new features and innovations, including a new robust agent-branded mobile app, allowing clients to connect and collaborate with their agents no matter where they are, new embedded social share features, as well as a breadth of data sources that provide detailed local Community Information, School Information, Points of Interest and Public Records, such as property tax data. "By adding richer and deeper information, agents can give consumers the most powerful, up-to-date and complete search by connecting clients to the best data available, which comes directly from the MLS," Kaplan explains. "Agents and their clients will tell you it's better than Zillow," he added. The robust search capabilities of Listingbook allow consumers to search by City, County, Zip, School Zones, Neighborhoods, Subdivisions and more. New advanced features allow consumers to "draw" a search area on a map, plotting all the homes listed for sale within the boundaries drawn. Just like an agent, buyers can search multiple areas, or create more custom searches, selecting from the most comprehensive list of advance search options. "Public search portals dumb-down their searches to serve the lowest common denominator," explains Kaplan. "We serve the serious agent, active producers who work with smart consumers who want to search like an agent," he added. The new Listingbook allows consumers to augment search results to include Map Overlays of area boundaries, school information and local data, such as Points of Interest. Its new Front Page has been enhanced to show a "Local Market Conditions Analyzer," keeping consumers updated in real time about what is happening in their area. Listingbook also has made significant improvements for agents, adding new social and mobile features, striving to maintain its reputation among its top agent users as consistently their most prized marketing tool. "Listingbook is my 'go to' system when I get a new client," said San Diego REALTOR® Bobbi Rogers with Realty Executives Advantage. "I let them in on inside information that they can use directly from the search engine that is normally only for Realtors. They have their fingers on the market and they like that. My sold clients continue to use it even after they move. It lets them keep an eye on the market and know that they got a good deal. Also, if they want to check out other areas, they do not have to have me change the searches for them since they have the ability to do that for themselves," Rogers adds. Other innovations for agents in the new Listingbook include a social share and mass import features, which make it easier than ever for agents to share their Listingbook web and mobile apps and mass import their contacts into Listingbook; a Home Services Tab, allowing agents to add preferred local service providers and where clients can find local discounts and deals; improved automated seller reports, expanded custom flyer options and an enhanced online Help Center and Video Training. About Listingbook Listingbook LLC is the real estate industry's proven lead nurturing and client servicing platform that allows consumers to "search like an agent." Over 180,000 real estate agents have a Listingbook account. Because buyers and sellers register for Listingbook, their agent gives them access to the most current, accurate and complete data, directly from the MLS. Listingbook also provides consumers additional data resources, including community, school and public records information. Agents can instantly collaborate online with their clients and view their clients' search activities. For more information about Listingbook, based in Greensboro, NC, call 336-722-3456, go to www.Listingbook.com or Facebook.

Cut the Clutter: Unlock Your Potential With RPR Mobile™
Staying ahead of the (technology) curve is one of the keys to being a power agent. And, with mobile tech being widely accepted these days, finding the right app that will actually simplify your life and help build your business is proving to be increasingly challenging. Enter Realtors Property Resource® (RPR®). With the recent launch of RPR Mobile™, agents are able to cut through the clutter of mobile technology with an app that was designed specifically for them—all at no cost to NAR members. Different than most real estate mobile applications, RPR Mobile was built by the REALTOR®, for the REALTOR®. RPR is their back-office tool that allows the agent to have the tools necessary to educate consumers directly—on the spot when property questions arise. Along with being able to pull property data on the fly, REALTORS® are able to work RPR into practically every part of your business while on the go. Sean Moore, a REALTOR® in Columbia, MO, explained that he uses many different lead generation services to help identify prospects. "We all know you have to respond to leads quickly. With RPR Mobile, I can easily generate and send the RVM® (Realtor Valuation Model®) via a branded, thorough, analytical report," explains Moore. "The worst email you can send is one stating, 'I'll get back to you.' Moore said that he would pull over to the side of the road, fire off a report in a minute, and check it off the to-do list. RPR Mobile gives the power to be able to stay on top of these opportunities, back to the agent. After all, opportunities are like windows, they can open and close before you even know one is open, and be gone in with a blink of an eye. Kevin Tomlinson, a REALTOR® in Miami Beach, FL, appreciates the efficiency of RPR Mobile. No longer does he have to wait and go back to the office to answer clients' questions or even look up a property. With RPR Mobile, Tomlinson has access to all the data and reporting he needs right from his phone, wherever he is. Nicole Nicolay, REALTOR® from Pleasanton, CA says that she uses RPR Mobile to immediately start communicating with prospective buyers. "RPR Mobile is one of my go-to resources when I'm meeting people at open houses. It gives me a way to easily collect someone's info when talking to them and then email them or text them a report from the app. RPR gives me a tool and resource to help educate my clients. I can showcase my knowledge of the area, and back it up with a great tool and resource; I don't have to sell myself." What's your story? Have you started using RPR Mobile in your real estate business? If so, share how you're using the app. To view the original post, visit the RPR blog.

"More than any other industry, real estate is about relationships," said Guy Wolcott, CEO and Co-Founder of Homesnap. "These countless relationships reside in MLS databases, but they have never been surfaced and organized in a way that is easily accessible to agents. Our 'How Am I Connected?' feature does just that, giving agents valuable relationship information right from their phones." Homesnap automatically records a connection between the participating agents in a closed transaction. For any agent in the MLS, users may then see: 1) if they have done a deal together before; 2) if someone in their office is connected with that agent; 3) if they are connected to someone in that agent's office; or 4) if they are both connected to a mutual agent. "How Am I Connected?" provides all of these options to make it as easy as possible for agents to see how they are connected. "Other real estate apps focus exclusively on listings. We designed Homesnap to focus on people too, knowing that people and relationships are at the heart of real estate transactions," added Wolcott. "Much like LinkedIn, we expect this feature to make agents' existing connections visible and valuable as they conduct business." "How Am I Connected?" is an exclusive agent-only feature that is available in MLS markets that offer Homesnap Pro. Currently, 7 of the top 20 largest MLSs have partnered with Homesnap. RealBiz Media Group, Inc. Launches NestBuilder.com App, Now Available for iOS and Android Operating Systems
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 19, 2015 -- RealBiz Media Group, Inc. today announced a new program that allows real estate agents to take advantage of a growing trend in the real estate industry. According to Inman.com, mobile devices are set to surpass desktop computers as consumers' preferred search method of accessing real estate sites, and many agents are struggling to get in on the trend. To solve this problem, RealBiz has announced a new platform that integrates the NestBuilder Mobile app, along with the ezflix app. Agents can now participate in a program that allows them to invite clients to use the NestBuilder mobile app. When clients become users - they will be able to associate their account with an agent, making that agent the only point of contact for all homes on the NestBuilder app. This enables agents to retain their clients while customizing the app to their own personal preference - essentially turning NestBuilder Mobile into their very own affordable application. As a client retention tool, the app will ensure that participating agents will no longer lose their clients to the growth of mobile search. With many agent's personal websites being non-responsive on mobile devices, the NestBuilder Mobile program allows agents to subscribe to a cost-effective mobile retention tool. In addition, agents who participate in the NestBuilder Mobile program will also receive access to the ezflix app. Ezflix allows agents to take photos of their own listings and replace them with video - giving the consumer the ultimate home shopping experience from their mobile phone or tablet. Ezflix also allows agents the opportunity to produce introduction videos, community videos that highlight the local area, and syndication to all major MLS feeds and portals. This app will provide the ability to have access to all the NestBuilder listing in video format. It will work with the recently launched ezflix app to create more personalized home listings and it will do this all for a fraction of the cost of agent building their own website. "The NestBuilder Mobile program is going to finally level the playing field for agents," said Bill Kerby, CEO of RealBiz Media. "As more consumers turn towards their mobile devices to search for real estate, agents can rest assured that their clients will turn to them when it comes time to buy or sell their property."
