Realay.com Is Modernizing How Referrals Are Done
MILFORD, MI - Nov. 1, 2023 -- Kaibo LLC today announced the launch of Realay.com, a new client referral platform that has eliminated multiple pain points in the existing referral processes. The Realay platform provides dashboard tracking, status visibility, is quick and easy to use, and automatically connects your client with a Realay-vetted Network Agent in a one-to-one handoff. As a result, referring agents save time looking for an agent and gain visibility into their client's progression, Network Agents receive high-quality referrals, and clients are promptly paired with a top agent. Unlike other networks that cost you hundreds of dollars per month, Realay is completely free to use. Sending a referral on the Realay platform takes no more than one minute. This platform is perfect for independent brokers and their agents. The exclusive Realay Network Agents are thoroughly vetted and already include many of the top agents and teams across the country, ensuring clients have a positive experience. Any agent or team can apply to be a Network Agent for a one-time fee of $89; however, agents must pass the vetting process, which includes how responsive they are throughout the application process. Realay's innovative approach is poised to redefine the referral process and improve the experience for all parties involved, seamlessly connecting clients with top-performing real estate agents and marking a significant leap forward in efficiency, reliability, and transparency in the referral process. "It's like having an oil well of qualified referrals on your front lawn," says Cliff Freeman, CEO of The Cliff Freeman Group and a Realay Charter Network Agent. Key features of Realay: Free for anyone to send a referral — referring agent receives 25% commission at close. Solves the black hole syndrome of current referral networks with full visibility and trackability in the Realay's dashboard. No hidden or recurring monthly fees. Saves you time and money — sending a referral takes less than a minute, and your referral is automatically paired with a vetted Realay Network Agent. Broker agnostic — Realay is for any agent regardless of location or broker affiliation. Realay's philosophy revolves around ensuring that the opportunities they provide are genuine. Realay is publicly available nationwide as of November 1, 2023. To learn more about Realay, visit www.Realay.com.

BoomTown Introduces Expanded Success Assurance Program, Manages Both New Registrations and Database Opportunities
Concierge service now monitors the entirety of an agent's database for meaningful behavior and proactively reaches out on an agent's behalf, further differentiating the program's ability to create more opportunities and drive conversions. CHARLESTON, S.C., April 19, 2022 -- BoomTown, the leading cloud-based sales and marketing automation platform for real estate professionals, announced the next evolution of its Success Assurance program, offering full database monitoring and engagement in addition to qualifying and engaging new leads on an agent's behalf. "Any effective website or CRM should be monitoring behavioral data, but it's the actions taken on those insights that drives success and realizes ROI for real estate businesses," said Grier Allen, CEO and President of BoomTown. "Success Assurance provides a dedicated resource to not only track and monitor opportunities on an agent's behalf, but to leverage those insights to reach out and engage each opportunity with the right message, at the right time, creating meaningful conversations that ensure clients never miss an opportunity to work with a new or past homebuyer or seller." The expanded offering allows the Success Assurance concierge to not only handle the qualification and management of new lead registrations, but to also monitor each lead in an agent's database, tracking unique and predictive behaviors that indicate a readiness to transact, and reaching out on an agent's behalf. Their outreach is triggered by specific behaviors, actions taken on insight, that most likely correlate to conversion, because they are reaching a homebuyer or seller at the right time, with the right message. This type of meaningful outreach yields a connection rate of almost 50%. "BoomTown's Success Assurance Program is a massive advantage versus using a text bot to engage leads," says Andrew Undem of SURE Group of Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty. Homesnap Launches Homesnap Concierge
Homesnap Concierge, a brand-new product from Homesnap, is a fully managed advertising platform and lead qualification service that delivers better leads at a lower cost than Zillow Premier Agent and realtor.com. What makes Concierge different? Highly trafficked sites like Facebook, Google, and Instagram are ideal for generating large volumes of high-quality leads cost-effectively. The problem is, finding and qualifying those leads is a difficult and labor-intensive process. If you've run campaigns on these sites before, you know the frustrations all too well, and you may have turned to expensive alternatives like Zillow Premier Agent and realtor.com to save yourself time and aggravation. Homesnap set out to solve this problem. After more than a year of research and development, our digital marketing experts worked out the best combination of networks, ad types, designs, and content types to serve hyper-targeted and personalized ads to relevant buyers and sellers. The result is a product that gives agents access to more high-quality leads than Zillow and realtor.com without the hassle — or the premium price tag. With Homesnap Concierge, agents no longer have to choose between their time and their money. How does it work? Each month, our dedicated and experienced Concierge marketing team will optimize and run your advertising campaigns for an unlimited number of listings on Facebook, Google, and Instagram. We'll target the most-likely-to-transact leads on those platforms with hyper-targeted and personalized ads and qualify them for you. Then, we'll send you the qualified, hot leads right away, and continue to nurture the rest until they are ready to convert. You'll have full transparency into the process. We'll share key metrics — number of leads processed, lead contact information, qualification details, all leads acquired, and more — so you can follow us every step of the way. Just watch the leads roll in and get back to what's important: working with your clients. Why Concierge? Highly Qualified Leads Concierge collects hundreds of leads and takes care of the hardest part: separating those who are ready to buy or sell from those who need to be nurtured. We'll send you the qualified leads right away, and continue to nurture the rest. No work on your end. Better and Cheaper Results Zillow's Premier Agent runs in at an average cost of $1,200 a month for a one-year, locked-in contract — a nearly $15,000-a-year commitment. Homesnap Concierge starts at a fraction of the monthly price and requires no long-term contract. Agents can commit to Concierge for as short as one month. Promotes Your Brand First Have you advertised on Zillow or realtor.com only to feel like those companies are primarily interested in promoting their brand, not yours? At Homesnap, that will never be the case. We succeed when agents succeed, and all your advertisements will feature you — and only you. Access to a best-in-class lead qualification team, digital marketing experts and machine learning Homesnap's digital marketing experts run thousands of campaigns at any given time, and they are constantly iterating on what works and what does not. Concierge gives agents access to this experienced, best-in-class marketing team, and campaigns are managed by real humans who are experts in the digital advertising space. Additionally, our digital marketing experts are supported by our in-house machine learning algorithms, built upon thousands of real estate industry data points. Using this technology, actual artificial intelligence, we look for signals — signs that a buyer or seller is ready to transact — that a human being might miss. Fully Managed Campaigns for Unlimited Listings Concierge gives agents all the benefits of professionally tested advertising techniques, customization, and automation, so they never have to worry about tedium or timing again — all that's required is a two-minute setup. Co-Market with Lenders By co-marketing with Concierge, agents can strengthen their relationship with a preferred lender and save on advertising costs while doing it. Concierge allows you to split your monthly advertising costs with the lender of your choice. Only lenders an agent co-markets with will be advertised with the agent or listings. Ready to get better leads for less? Give Concierge a try. Or schedule a meeting with our sales team to learn more. To view the original post, visit the Homesnap blog.

Say Hello to Your Very Own IXACT Contact 'Keep in Touch Coach'
IXACT Contact is very excited to announce the release of "Keep in Touch Coach", another powerful Keep in Touch feature to help you stay top-of-mind with everyone in your Business Pipeline. Your very own personal assistant, your "Keep in Touch Coach" is a new Dashboard widget that will automatically tell you which contacts to reach out to next, based on each contact's Status, and the Keep in Touch frequency set for each Status. When it's time to reach out to a contact, the Coach will present a 'contact card' that includes all of the contact's most important relationship information right at your fingertips, including their Status, Prospect Type, assigned Groups, Last Prospecting Activity, Last Note, phone numbers and email address. If you want to open the full Contact Profile, simply click the contact's name. You can also filter by a selected Status if you want to focus only on contacts in that Status. You can 'action' each contact by entering a Prospecting Activity, updating their Status, or you can 'snooze' the contact in order to have them re-appear in a selected number of days. The Coach automatically resets a contact's Keep in Touch frequency each time you enter a Prospecting Activity. The Keep in Touch Coach feature has also been added to our Mobile app, so you can reach out to the right contacts at the right time from anywhere. To turn on your Keep in Touch Coach, go to the new Keep in Touch tab under your User Profile, select the box to turn on the Coach, and make any desired changes to the Keep in Touch Frequency for each Status below. We have pre-loaded a recommended frequency for each Status, but you are free to customize these based on your own preferences. (Note that the Keep in Touch Coach is an alternative to using the Keep in Touch Calls functionality in IXACT Contact. If you take advantage of Keep in Touch Calls, you already know that they create recurring call reminders in your Task List and/or Calendar at a selected regular interval for each contact. They are not based on each contact's Status. Instead, you select the appropriate call interval for each contact. While you can use both features at the same time, we highly recommend using only one in order to establish a consistent "Keep in Touch" strategy. If you turn on the Keep in Touch Coach and you already take advantage of Keep in Touch Calls, you will have the option to turn off the Keep in Touch Calls functionality. Be careful as this will remove all your Keep in Touch Call reminders from your Calendar and Task List.) Start your FREE 5 week trial of IXACT Contact now. DocuSign Transaction Rooms and LeadStreet: Simplifying the process from lead to close
A real estate agent once told me they use more than 10 different tools to close a deal. These tools and technology are supposed to make it easier to get deals done faster but sometimes they create double work when they don't work together. This is a problem for many real estate professionals – but not those with RE/MAX. DocuSign Transaction Rooms now has an exclusive integration with LeadStreet, making for a seamless transition from managing leads to closing deals. Forget re-entering the same data twice, RE/MAX agents can now easily create a Transaction Room from data in LeadStreet with just a few clicks. And fewer clicks means more time for clients, open houses, and showings. Here's how easy it is to have your data flow from LeadStreet to Transaction Rooms: Create a Transaction Room from a Contact in LeadStreet Create a Transaction Room from a Listing in LeadStreet Create a Transaction Room with LeadStreet Data To learn more about the integration, read up on the release notes or contact your account manager. Onboard Informatics launches the Simplest Way to Engage and Convert Real Estate Customers Anywhere Online
NEW YORK, NY (MAY 18, 2017) - Onboard Informatics, the leader in data-driven real estate engagement, announced today the launch of Nav 2.0, a web-based product that features reports on the most valuable information in real estate and a new way to capture and nurture leads. It's the simplest way to improve lead engagement and conversion anywhere online. Nav 2.0 is an upgrade from a signature Onboard product, Neighborhood Navigator, which launched in 2007. It is the best way to instantly and easily improve online engagement and lead conversion. Nav 2.0 is made up of the "Nav Bar" and the "Nurture Bar." Together they to engage online visitors, convert those visitors to leads, and nurture them with content they care about over an extended period. "When we launched Neighborhood Navigator in 2007, it was the easiest way for brokerages and other real estate companies to get critical community information like schools and market trends on their site" said Jonathan Bednarsh, Onboard Informatics President and Co-Founder. "Ten years later, the time is ripe for a more sophisticated solution. Nav 2.0 not only engages online traffic with this information, it converts that visitor to a lead and automatically nurtures that lead until he or she is ready to transact." The Nav Bar, or Navigation Bar, is an online bar of four in-depth reports featuring the most popular information in real estate. The bar is easily plugged into any website, blog or online page to instantly increase online engagement. The four reports included are Community, Local Amenities, Schools and Home Sales. Each report is full of relevant information that relates directly to the property and features a clean, beautiful design. The Nav Bar interprets hundreds of millions of data points from Onboard to generate the elegant reports, so all information is accurate, valid, and up-to-date. "We looked at the most popular information in real estate and developed reports around what people genuinely care about," said Marc Siden, Onboard Informatics CEO and Co-Founder. "The Nav Bar allows online visitors to navigate the neighborhood they live in or want to live in. The Nurture Bar is what's really exciting – giving our clients the ability to instantly capture and nurture future customers with content they care about." As the second part of Nav 2.0, the Nurture Bar is a lead capture tool that automatically emails an in-depth property report and ongoing alerts when things change to the home value or area. It is an effective way to not only capture online leads, but nurture them with pertinent content over an extended period. "The buying or selling process in real estate is long," said Dean Soukeras, Onboard Informatics Senior Product Manager. "These two bars look simple, but what they do is actually extremely advanced. Once an online visitor leaves their contact information, we sync them up to the property they care about and send alerts based on that property. By sending this valuable content, your agents stay in front of consumers in an effective way for an extended period. That's what you need to succeed in real estate today." Nav 2.0 is available today and takes 3-5 business days to implement into any site, application or blog. For more information, visit landing.onboardinformatics.com/nav2.

Your Time is Valuable — Work Smarter with Homes.com's Lead Concierge
Does your busy schedule mean you can't always respond to new leads right away? Let us help! Leads called within five minutes of submission are 100x more likely to convert than leads called after thirty minutes. With Homes.com's new Lead Concierge program, new phone leads are immediately answered by your team of Lead Concierge Assistants, who will forward the qualified callers to you! Waiting to call a new lead until after a showing or closing could mean the difference between gaining a new client or losing them to a competitor. With Homes.com's Lead Concierge, your Lead Concierge Assistants will be there to monitor and call new email leads as they come in to your Homes.com Lead Manager! Your leads will be pre-screened to determine whether or not they have been pre-qualified for a mortgage, what their time period is for purchasing a home, what price range they are looking at, and whether they are already working with an agent. Once a lead is qualified, we'll give you a call and let you know we have a lead ready to be transferred to you. If you're not available, that's fine too. We'll ask your lead if there is a good time for you to call them back and let them leave a message for you. You'll receive an email in minutes letting you know your lead has been contacted! The email will include your lead's answers to the pre-screen questions. The information we gather on the pre-screen call will also be saved in your Homes.com Lead and Contact manager for easy reference. We won't forward leads who are only looking to rent, already working with an agent, or inquiring about a listing under $50,000 (but you'll still get an email with their contact info in case you do want to follow-up with them). 5 Tips to Improve Lead Conversion [Free Download]
Real estate is a constantly evolving industry. Year after year, more information becomes available to consumers as technology evolves and real estate consumer websites become more robust. It can be a challenge for real estate professionals to keep up with the ever-evolving online landscape, while also managing the increasing number of inbound leads from various sources. Just last month, ListHub delivered more than 1.9 million leads to brokers and agents nationwide. So the question is: how can you convert more of your online leads into customers? A recent report from ComScore shows that more Americans are browsing on their mobile device (61%) than desktop. It's therefore no surprise that consumer real estate search websites have seen huge surges in mobile traffic in recent years. According to the 2015 Profile and Home Buyers and Sellers from the National Association of REALTORS®, more than half of home buyers (66%) found the home they purchased through mobile search and an increasing number of buyers stated they found their agent through their mobile device. Mobile consumers are on-the-go and looking for immediate responses to their inquiries. Response time is critical - if you're not following up with leads within 5 minutes, someone else is! With the number of leads from online sources constantly increasing, it's crucial to have an effective system to respond to those leads. Without a system in place, you risk losing potential clients and countless dollars. To maximize your efforts, ListHub has put together 5 Tips to Improve Lead Conversion, a free guide to help brokers and agents more effectively manage incoming leads. TORONTO (September 23, 2015)—RE/MAX INTEGRA publicly announced today the launch of a new suite of tools available to agents through an alliance with Move, Inc. and Placester. The new innovative digital tools will be housed under one turnkey location for RE/MAX INTEGRA agents to build their personal brand and convert their leads at no additional cost. "We place a significant amount of importance on the need to continuously grow, improve and reinvent our tools to drive agent productivity," said Effi Barak, Chief Operating Officer of RE/MAX INTEGRA. The launch of the new suite of tools also brings websites from Placester to RE/MAX INTEGRA agents and brokers. Placester websites combine easy setup and maintenance with beautiful design and modern technology that enable anyone, regardless of technical skill, to market their listings effectively and make better connections with consumers online. Leveraging its network of more than 570 MLSs, which represent more than 95 percent of agents across the U.S., Placester offers personalized, modern and responsive sites to agents, brokers and teams in virtually every corner of the country. "RE/MAX INTEGRA is committed to supporting its agents with the best digital tools and technology, and we look forward to collaborating with them to deliver superior home search experiences for their clients." The three new tools will join RISE, Mainstreet and Design Center within the RE/MAX Launchpad Productivity Suite to offer RE/MAX INTEGRA agents the best solutions to maintain a competitive edge in their local real estate market. Roll out of the new platform will be staggered through each RE/MAX INTEGRA region starting mid- October, with the Ontario Atlantic region roll out beginning in the first quarter of 2016 based on marketplace variances. Are you fast enough to handle leads?
In a small community, where most moves are local, you can't risk your reputation by having unreturned phone calls or unanswered appointment requests. Mobile apps now let you respond quickly, remember what was said, and then let you resume what you were doing without missing a beat. There are very good and inexpensive tools to manage and route these activities among team members to ensure prompt response – and there are pay for lead programs that can keep you and your team busy all year to keep your systems humming – making sure you stay on target to hit your goal. How ready are internet leads? Where is the consumer in their life cycle? While it is good business to follow-up with all inquiries – at this time of year the demand seems to be for leads where the consumer is past the research phase and already has a house in mind. If your source of leads is funneling in lots of folks who are just curious about the state of the market, these browsers can convert, but this requires that your agents use good Customer Relationship Practices. Instead of a drip marketing campaign that only sends emails without something personal on the sending end that will fall flat. We train with FiveStreet® to respond to leads even when you are busy with another client and Top Producer® to follow-up and manage your longer term relationships with long term prospects and past clients. Do you always answer the phone? Phone leads are great – there is no scrambling to get back to the customer and if done well an appointment or next step can be produced in a single action. But if you don't have a system in place for sending a personal text when you are busy or capturing the lead on your cell phone when on the go, the results can be devastating. When we tested what happens when a consumer reaches voice mail only 30% left a message. In these cases, we would recommend looking into upgrading into a system that manages the leads the way FiveStreet® does it. Over the past year, realtor.com® has been engaging agents, brokers and technology companies to see who has 'cracked the code" on reaching customers in the first critical minutes and how to nurture the ones that do not close today. Learn what technologies, techniques and tools help agents do this. Watch video >
