ATTOM Data Solutions Becomes One of the First Property Data Providers to Offer Data-as-a-Service
New ATTOM DaaS a Cloud-Based Technology That Streamlines Data Management; Full White Paper Detailing "DaaS" Technology Available to Download IRVINE, Calif. – March 5, 2019 — ATTOM Data Solutions, curator of the nation's premier property database, today announced the launch of Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), an enhanced data solution that is unlike anything in the industry. ATTOM Data Solutions is one of the first providers of property data to unlock the power of DaaS. In the ATTOM DaaS solution, data from ATTOM's data warehouse becomes your own private warehouse and provides you with a fully managed database hosted in the cloud. No flat files are downloaded and ingested, and you simply access the cloud database directly. ATTOM updates data in your DaaS database daily, eliminating the need for you to build and maintain processes to keep data up to date. You can use ATTOM DaaS as a direct platform to move data to your own systems or you can directly integrate new applications around the DaaS database in the cloud environment. "Data is coming from everywhere into companies today, and the need to effectively manage it continues to increase," said chief technology officer Todd Teta with ATTOM Data Solutions. "In speaking with our clients, many of them described that they were "drowning in data" and unable to keep up with the demands of finding, ingesting, and managing it. The time and efforts they were spending led us to think there must be a better way to deliver our data to clients. Our data-as-a-service solution streamlines a lot of the complexity of data management and allows our clients to focus on their business." ATTOM DaaS is a publishing platform combined with cloud technology, that greatly simplifies data access as well as offers on-demand computing power and storage capacity. ATTOM DaaS is convenient, powerful, affordable, scalable, flexible and allows clients to streamline data management - offering robust analytics, modeling and machine learning. "ATTOM's Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) helped us to eliminate the burden of managing bulk files, allowing our resources to focus on other critical aspects of our business," said Kamel Boulos, chief technology officer at ClosingCorp. "The DaaS offering gives us access to daily updates of property data, enabling us to provide up-to-date property information to our customers." ATTOM Data Solutions' Richard Sawicky, chief data officer, states that "ATTOM DaaS provides a dynamic data platform that can streamline your data operations and facilitate development of your next data project." Elevate and Evolve with ATTOM DaaS DaaS is quickly becoming how businesses are thinking about the future of big data. ATTOM DaaS delivers a large volume of property data, that is easy to implement, timely, secure and collaborative - all while being cost-effective. With data in the cloud, the supporting systems can evolve. Features like power, processing, capacity, and accessibility become foundational pieces that support the data and are all centered around getting to the "next better system." With ATTOM DaaS, the data does not require migration in the historical sense and concepts like "ingestion" become irrelevant. ATTOM manages the data and the platform, letting the customer focus on their business. "For CRE Collaborative, utilizing ATTOM's Data-As-A-Service (DaaS) for our platform and our users creates a tremendous competitive edge. This service is one of cornerstone datasets that power our Real Time Real Estate Data," said Andreas Senie, CEO of CRE Collaborative. "Specifically, ATTOM updates our integrated database that is related to property characteristics, ownership info, and financials. As the commercial real estate industry continues to evolve online, having up to date data across the entire technology stack is not only good practice, it is the gold standard driving connectivity across a 2.0 technology landscape." WolfNet Helps Customers Set a Real Estate Property Alert 'Speed Record'
Launches "PropertyPipeline" data loader to provide clients with the most current MLS Data Minneapolis, MN – September 24, 2018 - WolfNet®, the real estate industry's most trusted MLS data standardization provider and leading innovator of IDX solutions and website services, announced the launch of its new data loader dubbed "PropertyPipeline" to significantly increase its data refresh speed that will benefit more than 250,000 real estate agents and the millions of home buyers and sellers they serve. Through the use of PropertyPipeline, WolfNet will continuously deliver the most current MLS property listing data to its Data Service and IDX Website customers. WolfNet is a data goliath managing over 100 million property records and covers 99% of all active MLS property listings in the U.S. and Canada. "WolfNet is helping our customers set a new speed record for property alerts," says Joel MacIntosh, Chief Executive Officer of WolfNet. "This will effectively empower our customers to deliver property alerts to consumers within minutes rather than hours," he explains. The rollout started on August 21, and already, more than a third of all listing data is now being refreshed via PropertyPipeline. "By the end of this month (September), our goal is to have 80% of listing data being refreshed continuously," adds MacIntosh. WolfNet is among the first national MLS data service providers to optimize the process of ingesting MLS data and photos, standardizing the data, generating geocodes, standardized/ verified addresses, and then distributing all such data within minutes of changes being made to the data at the MLS. "There is a tremendous war being waged by brokerages and agents to get listing alerts to the consumer and indexed by search engines ahead of the national portals," says Victor Lund of WAV Group, a national real estate research firm. "In a tight listing market, consumers who are the first to know about a new property coming onto the market have the best opportunity to schedule a showing and make an offer," he notes. WAV Group has performed analysis that consumers prefer property search websites that have the most accurate, timely, and detailed property information. "For the most part, the nation's leading MLS systems only send listing alerts once a day. Having a solution powered by WolfNet gives brokers and agents a distinct advantage in delivering listing information at an unbelievable speed," says Lund. Beyond property search, PropertyPipeline will empower many other services that agents rely upon to run their businesses and deliver benefits to their clients. All applications driven by WolfNet Data Services will update at the same speed as the property search solution. This includes CMAs, virtual tours, flyers, single listing websites, accounting, showing services, mobile solutions, and market analytics. WolfNet is known in the real estate industry for pioneering Responsive IDX property search. More recently, it has emerged as an industry leading MLS data services aggregator for many of the industry's top enterprise application developers. "A few years ago, we recognized that technology development firms were building great apps, but no one was focused on MLS data aggregation and standardization," said MacIntosh. "People came to us because of our reputation for excellence in data management, our track record for compliance with MLS rules and regulations, and the relationships of trust we've built with the data decision makers. This has allowed us to deliver value to companies who would rather focus their expertise on product innovation rather than trying to manage over 600 disparate data feeds." About WolfNet WolfNet Technologies is a leading real estate technology pioneer empowering many of real estate's most trusted brands with responsive IDX modern property search, beautiful lead-generating agent and broker websites, and standardized MLS data. WolfNet is known for its unmatched customer support team that's 'Minnesota Nice,' fun, highly skilled and available. Property Panorama Offers Free Agent Profiles Using Structured Data
InstaView Bypasses Zillow and realtor.com to Deliver Listings Directly to Consumers Denver, Colo— June 15, 2017—Property Panorama, the leading producer of real estate virtual tours in North America, today announced it will provide more than 550,000 real estate agents with free InstaView Agent Profiles that deliver the most current and accurate information on the agents and their listings directly to consumers by using structured data. Agents whose multiple listing services carry Property Panorama's InstaView 3.0 virtual tour platform will automatically receive InstaView Agent Profiles that incorporate listing data, including MLS numbers, location, price, specifications, open houses and contact information. InstaView Agent Profiles use structured data, which improve search engine optimization (SEO) and help to populate the content for knowledge panels that appear on the right-hand side of Google searches. By bypassing aggregators like Zillow and Realtor.com, who are one step removed from listing agents and may not have updated and accurate listing data, InstView Agent Profiles give listing agents the capability to reach consumers immediately with new listings and updates like price changes. Consumers who find listing information generated by InstaView on Google search will avoid the confusion created by aggregators who direct consumer inquiries about properties to agents who pay for the leads but may not know anything about the properties. "Sites like Zillow and Realtor.com, syndicators like ListHub and other emerging models are advertising media giants that make hundreds of millions from the content real estate professionals amass to create the very content─listings─that attract consumers to their sites. Instead of breaking down barriers between real estate consumers and listings, these new middlemen are creating an additional layer. Listing agents, who are the original sources of information for every home, are further from buyers than they were 25 years ago," said Property Panorama CEO Mike Barnett, speaking on a panel at the annual conference of the National Association of Real Estate Editors. Barnett said Property Panorama is putting the power of structured data in the hands of hundreds of thousands of agents who have access to the InstaView platform. InstaView's structured data comply with RESO (Real Estate Standards Organization) standards and Schema.org, which is a collaborative site sponsored by Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and Yandex, making it easy for consumers to access listing data and visuals directly. InstaView 3.0 tours are also available on traditional channels ranging from aggregators to public-facing MLSs, and brokers' and agents' sites. "Structured data is a new paradigm that is on the verge of transforming real estate on the Internet. Consumers will find it much easier to get the information they want about listings and agents. By integrating rich listing data with lush visuals into a single package, InstaView allows consumers to find what they are looking for immediately on search engines or browse using a traditional search portal," said Barnett. The InstaView 3.0 platform provides virtual tours for more than 670,000 listings. It includes an image-centric, full-screen virtual tour experience for the highest quality photography and handles any visual media format in use for virtual tours today, including Matterport's immersive media technology, 3DM Digital floorplans, HD and 3DF photography and videography, 360º panoramic photography and more. Property Panorama's InstaView tours are fully automated. They are the only real "click it and forget it" virtual tour system on the market today. InstaView tours update every hour from the MLS, or more frequently if requested. About Property Panorama Property Panorama is the highest rated and number one provider of virtual tours in North America. Since the launch of InstaView, Property Panorama has also been able to maintain its position as the number one provider of non-gaming videos to YouTube. Currently, Property Panorama supplies products to 550,000 Realtors© through 171 multiple listing services and Realtor® boards and associations, as well as directly to independent broker divisions of leading franchises, including Realty One, RE/MAX, and Coldwell Banker. Property Panorama has created virtual tours for more than 7.5 million InstaView Virtual Tours around the world. Property Panorama is CoreLogic's preferred provider and has integrated InstaView in most major MLS Vendors including FLEX/FBS, Black Knight/LPS, CoreLogic (All Platforms), Navica, Rapattoni, and Solid Earth.

More Businesses Can Access Critical Local Data through Onboard Informatics' Partner Program
I'm fortunate enough to work for a data aggregation company that has really engaging content.  We have the local and property information people care about, because this data – recent home sales, school reviews, changes in local amenities – affects people's lives.  If you really stop to think about, life happens where you live. Because this is interesting content, it's powerful.  If you're a business looking to drive, capture, keep, nurture, and convert traffic through a website, marketing program, or software application – this data does a lot of the heavy lifting.  That's part of the reason Onboard Informatics launched our comprehensive Partner Program last month. We wanted to make it easier for solution providers to access the local data they need to create and advance their products. As VP of Channel Growth, it's my job to work with our partners and make sure they get the tools and expertise needed to stimulate innovation and revenue. Through targeted sales, marketing, development, and strategic support, partners can achieve business growth quicker.  At the same time, agents will now have access to the caliber of local and property information that hasn't been available to them until now. Agents can now compete with some of the national portals like Zillow and Redfin. These portals have redefined home-buyers' expectations.  Now over 90% of consumers use the internet to find their next home and they expect critical information about the property easily available and digestible. What school district is this home in? How long will it take me to get to work? What can I sell my house for? What can I afford? They want to find answers to these critical questions wherever they go online. Now agents can meet these expectations through our partners. Agents should use our partners to access this type of content.  Partners who join this exciting program can also expect substantial benefits: Simple terms make it easy to partner. No prohibitive upfront costs. Unlimited access to the entire suite of data at Onboard. Partners leverage experience, technology, and strategic relationships to accelerate growth. Training and Technical support. A system that helps define goals and objectives and gives partners the support they need to succeed. Sales Tools for partner's sales teams that will help them speak to the benefits of local data in the solutions created. Marketing Support including content marketing, press releases, logo placement and more to support promotional activities. As I mentioned, I feel fortunate to work for a company that has such compelling data. Now that data will be available to more businesses than ever before. Interested in the partner program? Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) Reaches Groundbreaking MLS Data Syndication Agreement with Onboard
May 05, 2011 – LISLE, ILLINOIS – Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) has announced an agreement to license Listings 360°Insight, Onboard Informatics’ real-time, integrated API data distribution, tracking and business intelligence system, to power its listings distribution efforts.   Designed for an MLS to install as its primary mechanism for authorizing and enabling access to listings information for use on websites, the platform has been successfully utilized by Onboard Informatics (Onboard) with real estate industry clients for more than two years. MRED is the first MLS client for the Listings 360°Insight platform. “Our industry is experiencing both the benefits and challenges of internet data distribution,” says Russ Bergeron, CEO of MRED. “However, the current methods with which we distribute listing content to online publishers and syndicators have resulted in far reaching negative consequences. Together with brokers, we struggle to overcome the problems of diminished data integrity, misuse of brokers’ listings and a lack of real-time reporting and analytics that would enable us to understand what’s working and what’s not; but real solutions are not possible within the current model.  It is time to evolve and innovate.” “We’re proud to partner with MRED and lead positive change”, states Jonathan Bednarsh, COO and President of Onboard. “Russ Bergeron is known for progress and innovation in our industry; our teams and goals are very much aligned.  Listings 360°Insight will lead MLSs to a new phase of listing distribution where today’s pains are diminished, processes are simplified, data is secured, business intelligence is derived and opportunity becomes a reality. Everyone benefits – and that is truly exciting.” When an MLS licenses the Listings 360°Insight platform from Onboard, they receive 3 components: (1) The Search API is a real-time, authenticated request and response system to access the listings data from a secure environment; (2) The Tracking API provides the MLS with the ability to collect real-time information on the use of licensed data including identification of websites upon which MLS data is being displayed; and  (3) The Visibility Portal which is a reporting compilation built on the treasure trove of valuable information captured by the Search and Tracking APIs - invaluable in helping MLSs, Agents, Brokers and Developers improve their businesses. “With a history of stellar performance in our industry and the technology platform already in place, Onboard is poised to partner with us and lead change in our industry,” says Bergeron.  “MRED and Onboard will work closely with key partners along the way and look forward to launching later this year.” About Onboard Informatics Since 2001, Onboard Informatics has provided comprehensive local, regional and national real estate data solutions, powerful Web tools and Web services to some of the most innovative companies in the real estate, publishing, and technology sectors.  Onboard is the pioneer with providing Lifestyle Search while also delivering seamless integration of property listings, community, school, neighborhood, geographic and demographic information, supporting clients in achieving business objectives on Web and mobile platforms.  Privately held since its founding, Onboard is located in the heart of the world’s financial center in the Wall Street area of New York City.  For more information about Onboard Informatics visit www.onboardinformatics.com. # # # MRED is the real estate data aggregator and distributor that provides the largest multiple listing service (by listing volume) to nearly 40,000 customers, with property information encompassing northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin and northwest Indiana.   Read the original press release here.
