Brivity

Brivity lets agents manage and market their listings, and automatically communicate with sellers. Through this solution's interface, agents can focus on important tasks while Brivity keeps their sellers informed of activities executed on their behalf.

Brivity allows agents to manage an entire timeline of listing-related tasks via action plan templates. Tasks include things like ordering yard signs, posting ads to Craigslist, setting up single property websites, and more. Templates are customizable and based on property type, and automatically get assigned to new listings.

Agents provide their sellers with a Brivity account in order to give them access to:

  • Their listing's information
  • A list of all the agent's completed action items and notes
  • Posted buyer feedback
  • Links to other online advertisements
