R.E. PhoneBurner lets real estate agents talk to 20 or more prospects every hour. The program dials prospects, leaves voicemail messages, sends follow-up e-mails on the agent's behalf, freeing them up to focus more on selling homes.
Agents begin by importing a list of prospects into R.E. PhoneBurner's built-in contact manager. This allows agents to sort and search through their prospects several different ways.
Next, agents record a voicemail message that R.E. PhoneBurner will leave when reaching an answering machine. Agents can record several different messages for different calling situations and select the one they want when beginning a R.E. PhoneBurner session.
Then agents choose the prospects they want to call. They can select 1- 500 prospects from the contact manager. R.E. PhoneBurner lets agents target prospects from a certain area code or zip code, as well.
Finally, agents start their dialing session by dialing into R.E. PhoneBurner and clicking a button. They can then start calling prospects at a rate of about one per minute.
