LiveGreeterOnline is an Internet-based service that allows real estate website to have a streaming video of a person that literally walks out and talks over the top of any web page. Real estate agents can determine what their online greeter will say about them, their service or the housing market.

LiveGreeterOnline.com has a choice of models from whom real estate professionals can select to speak about their services and online opportunities. If using a model, the agent can type in a script of what the speaker should say and they can explain what action they would like the model to do while speaking.  This could include pointing to a screen, or other gestures. If an agent would prefer, he/she can even choose to do the presentation themselves rather than use a model. Either way, LiveGreeterOnline claims a turn –around of a few business days.

The length and the style of the presentations include:

• Presentation Length: An agent can choose one of 8 video presentation lengths that best meets their needs and budget – 15 seconds; 30 seconds; 60 seconds; 90 seconds; 120 seconds; 180 seconds; 240 seconds or 300 seconds.
• Size of the Video Shot: An agent can choose from 3 different sizes for video presentation: A height of 325 pixels, 160 pixels or 100 pixels.
• Video Shot Parameters: An agent can choose how the presenter will appear on screen: Long Shot (where the presenter is shown fully on the screen); Medium Shot (presenter is shown from head to waist) or Head Shot (presenter is shown from head to chest).

How it works:

• Step 1: An agent decides whether he/she wants to make the presentation themselves or have one of the LiveGreeterOnline models do it for them.
• Step 2:  Decide on the length and style of the presentation.
• Step 3: If presenting it themselves, an agent can get a video recorded in a green-screen equipped studio (see FAQs below for details) and send it to LiveGreeterOnline.
