Online visitors can click to sign up for a free home evaluation report.  These users are then invited to provide their information to request this report.  Once doing so, the agent not only has the lead’s contact information, but is able to easily provide the requested report with the PropertyMinder CMA tool.

The agent can go into their administration page and click on CMA.  Once inside the CMA administrator, the agent will see a list of all the requested reports.  Agents can click on the request, and then the agent will title the CMA report, and the client contact information will be auto-filled to reduce the time for the agent. 

Steps to CMA creation include:

  1. Property Information- Agents can also input all the property data from the MLS by clicking a button.
  2. Comparable Properties- Agents select the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, sq. ft. and click “Find Comparables.”  This comes in both map and list view for the agent to choose which properties to select in the report.
  3. Selected Properties- Agent gets to review the report before choosing it.  Agents can edit the comparable criteria if needed.
  4. Presentation- This is the actual CMA deliverable.  There is an About Me page, Why Use an Agent page, Property page, Comparable properties, data charts, Marketing Home Plan, How to Price Your Home etc.
  5. Generate the report- Agent can set a recommended price range for the particular property.  This report can be generated online, or in PDF form, or inputted into an iPad or PC to show in person.
