• Pre-Recorded Message Drops- As soon as a call you’re making goes to voice message, Mojo releases you from this call so you can move on while it leaves your pre-recorded message.
• Multiple Caller ID Broadcast -You can change your caller ID inside of Mojo throughout the day so no one can block your ID.
• Live Lead Feed -Mojo's new Live Lead Feed allows users to have their internet leads either emailed in to Mojo or XML-posted in to the campaign of their choice by their lead vendor.
• Import Wizard -The Mojo import wizard allows you to map your data, save lead vendor profiles and import leads into an existing calling list or create customized lists of your choice.
• Call Tracker - Call tracker allows you to call leads that you have not called in the last hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, day or week.
• Agent-Specific Permission -You can determine how much control your agents have over calling and data maintenance.
• Remote Agents -Since our service is completely hosted you can have agents working from home, working in a different office, or working on the road.
• Individual Agent Personalization Agents can choose their own caller ID numbers in Mojo and even create their own pre-recorded messages to drop.
