RTV's 2D & 3D Floor Plan Software and Service provideS tools to create interactive floor plans of your properties. You are asked to provide dimensions and various information about the property. RTV professionals then take that information and--instead of asking you to figure out a software design program-- they design it for you. A 2D or 3D floor plan is a great accompaniment to any virtual tour.
RTV offers several floor plan options. Choose from an interactive floor plan integrated directly into your virtual tour, a 2D floor plan, a full color 3D floor plan, or a Picture Plus floor plan. RTV currently offers their floor plan service throughout the US and nearly 30 other countries.
The RTV national floor plan service can provide high or low detail floor plans depending how you intend to use them. RTV professionals gather the measurements for your 2D or 3D floorplans at the same time as your virtual tour appointment. When completed, the floor plan can be easily integrated directly into a 360° virtual tour.

Picture Plus allows you to add hot spots into your 2D floor plans that will instantly open up snap shots from the property. When the user hovers the mouse over a camera icon, a small photograph appears over the plan. By clicking on that image, the photograph can then be expanded to full-screen

Previsite provides a virtual tour package, Virtual Visit, that allows an agent to take just one photo per room to provide a satisfying virtual tour experience. These photos are then created into panoramas of the home and made into a virtual tour.
The Previsite system includes a photography kit and unlimited access to their online platform, creating a comprehensive marketing solution. The Previsite Photography kit includes a 7mp compact digital camera, a magnetic miniaturized fisheye lens, 1 gig SD memory card and the necessary accessories. With these tools, the agent is encouraged to take only one shot of each room with the provided hardware.
The marketing and virtual tour showcasing element of this product is conducted online at the Previsite website. Users can access the online platform, log on and upload their images.
The program processes the images from the camera within seconds and then the user can send their online virtual tour everywhere and to any website. This platform is easy-to-use, and in three easy steps you can create and publish your interactive online listings.
The Previsite platform allows users to view the tour online, publish it to MLS and other websites, include narration and music, create a PDF flyer, and send your virtual tour via mail. You can also send it to a mobile, capture leads, review statistics, download the tour or burn it to a CD.
The webpage that visitors see when they come to the Previsite platform allows them to move inside the image (if it has been taken with the Previsite 180° fisheye lens), go to the next and previous scenes, see Property Floorplan, and view Agent, location and contact information. Viewers can look for school and neighborhood info, area maps, and local weather. They can also use a mortgage calculator, get a brochure, and print floor plans, etc.
