MoxiWorks Signs New Partner, LiveBy to the MoxiCloud Open Platform
SEATTLE, February 12, 2019 – MoxiWorks, a leading real estate technology company, has just partnered with LiveBy, who connects real estate professionals with homebuyers through hyper-local data and unique content. LiveBy joins the MoxiCloud open platform, which allows brokerages to create a customized, integrated tech stack that provides them with an end-to-end solution. LiveBy makes it easy for brokerages to launch hyper-local content on their existing websites. Their data and content become part of the site to help drive search engine optimization (or SEO) and engagement. LiveBy also allows for brokerages to tap into a new kind of "neighborhood lead," capturing potential sellers and buyers 12, 24, or 48 months earlier in their search process. "The larger portals will never understand a market like the local brands do. Real estate brokerages and their agents know the area best, and LiveBy helps them prove it!" said Cory Scott, LiveBy CEO. "Zip code data is not hyper-local, and consumers do not want to simply understand the radius around an address. They want to learn about and track activity in a particular neighborhood. LiveBy allows for true, up-to-date insights at a micro level and can deliver on any scale of vision." LiveBy supports local data and unique content for all 50 U.S. States, Canada, Bahamas and Cayman Islands. Their coverage includes access to the largest proprietary library of neighborhood boundaries, along with cities, subdivisions, school districts, zip codes and more. Companies can also create custom boundaries on the fly and offer insights that have never been seen. "We're so excited to add LiveBy to the MoxiCloud! Hyper-local content is now expected by consumers, so having this solution in a brokerage's tech stack is only getting more and more important," said Kylah Searing, Director of Integrations and Partnerships at MoxiWorks. "Having the ability to quickly add neighborhood pages as standalone or to existing sites is really slick. Adding these to a brokerage site was faster than anything I've ever seen! The content is really engaging as well, and I know consumers will love it." LiveBy will integrate into the MoxiCloud open platform, joining over 40 best-in-class tools and services. The flexibility provided by the MoxiCloud open platform is what MoxiWorks attributes their single-digit client turnover rate to. This open platform model encourages brokerages to innovate and adopt powerful tools, such as LiveBy. About LiveBy LiveBy is an all-inclusive local data company that works with 200 of the top real estate brokerages across North America, 4 of the leading networks/franchises and 118,000 agents. LiveBy is passionate about empowering Real Estate Professionals with tools to help buyers and sellers discover and track neighborhoods. Google’s Information-Based Ranking Shift
This month, Google scientists published a paper proposing a shift in Google rankings. Traditionally, Google has ranked sites based, in part, on the links on a site that connect to the relevance of the search term. With this shift, Google's algorithm would expand beyond just links to the quality and accuracy of the data on the site. This is known as Knowledge-Based Trust (KBT) and would primarily affect searches on people, events, and places. Sites providing inaccurate or outdated information would be impacted by this change. If implemented, Google will cross -check and evaluate onsite facts with their internal Knowledge Vault, a Google database that has already accumulated over 1.6 billion facts (each correlated with an accuracy confidence score). Websites would not only be evaluated and ranked based on popularity, but also on accuracy and trustworthiness. This reinforces and further validates the need to supply accurate content. Today, providing erroneous facts or statistics might go unnoticed by Google. Moving forward however, those lapses could not only affect the reliability of your content, but could directly impact the rankings of your site on the most popular search engine. If you're concerned about the accuracy of your content, now is the time to audit your site and see if any changes need to be made to ensure optimal online visibility. WebsiteBox Introduces a Powerful New SEO App for REALTORS® to Boost Website Traffic
TORONTO, August 12, 2014 – WebsiteBox, a technology startup that provides real estate professionals a do-it-all website for a one-time fee of $99, today introduced a new Search Engine Optimization (SEO) app to its do-it-all offering. The SEO Web app provides real estate professionals with a fundamental component of a marketing strategy – the tools to drive more traffic to their site. Search Engine Journal recently found that 93 percent of online experiences begin with a search engine, proving that search engine optimization is imperative for a business to succeed. To trigger more organic traffic to their websites, real estate agents can use the WebsiteBox SEO Web app to identify top keyword suggestions. It also helps agents understand how their websites rank against competing websites. With this app, REALTORS® have access to custom reports from the WebsiteBox portal, which unlock more data than Google Analytics, giving agents the opportunity to fine tune their sites by diving deeper into site statistics like traffic peaks, the amount of time visitors spend on their site, and most viewed pages. WebsiteBox's SEO Web app also equips agents with detailed demographic information. Not only are they able to uncover who their website visitors are, but they can also identify geographic and online location of site visitors, providing a greater understanding of the impact of their online marketing efforts. "When it comes to understanding SEO practices, many REALTORS don't know where to start. The website needs to have more than just pretty pictures," said WebsiteBox CEO Peyman Aleagha. "The SEO app is an additional tool we wanted to provide our clients because SEO is one of the most affordable and surefire ways to increase website traffic. The app provides real estate agents a starting point with SEO by identifying issues and solutions that may be preventing their website from being picked up by search engines." WebsiteBox's SEO Web app is just one of the powerful tools included in WebsiteBox's service. For a one-time fee of $99, WebsiteBox provides REALTORS with a fully customizable and feature-rich website that makes improving online presence easy and effective. To find out more about the WebsiteBox SEO app, visit WebsiteBox.com, email [email protected], or phone 1-866-857-1657 x.1113. About WebsiteBox Launched in January 2013 by Internet entrepreneur and real estate marketing expert Peyman Aleagha, WebsiteBox is a Toronto-based startup offering feature-rich, mobile-friendly real estate websites and tools for agents, teams and offices at a one-time, $99 price – the lowest in the market. iHomefinder Launches SEO-Friendly IDX/MLS Search
BERKELEY (MMD Newswire) March 16, 2011 -- iHomefinder today introduced iSearch Optima IDX, a new search engine-optimized version of its market-leading real estate property search. By using Optima IDX as part of their websites, real estate agents and brokers can greatly improve their chances of being found by consumers and converting leads into valued clients. Moreover, Optima IDX is easy and engaging for consumers to use, compelling them to return time and again. Many real estate professionals know that search engine optimization (SEO) is important because the vast majority of homebuyers begin their home search process on the Internet, most starting from a search engine like Google Web Search™ or Bing™ search. This makes it critical that a real estate website's content be fully discoverable by search engines; Optima IDX ensures that property listings are found and fully indexed by search engines. Optima IDX pages are designed and coded to facilitate search engine discovery and indexing, including the use of universal resource locators (URLs) with full property address details and enhanced listing information. Optima IDX also makes it easy for consumers to share listings across their social networks with Facebook and Twitter integration, expanding a real estate professional's ability to generate word-of-mouth promotion and further improving SEO. Some of iHomefinder's key web design partners are already raving about Optima IDX. "I love the usability of the Optima interface and its focus on lead conversion," said Josh Galvin, Owner of Tizish, a prominent real estate website design firm. "This definitely stands out above other IDX systems that load their systems with marketing features at the cost of usability and lead generation, which are really what we need from an IDX system." Optima's usability features include a unique new multi-city selection interface, expansive property photographs, and a wealth of page customization tools that web designers can leverage. Optima IDX extends iHomefinder's reputation for superior lead generation. Proven marketing tools such as listing alert emails, the consumer property organizer, and showing request forms have been honed for even better usability. In addition, iHomefinder has added a new suite of consumer engagement tools, including Walk Score®, Great Schools™, and Google Maps™ Street View. These engagement tools help ensure that real estate websites with Optima IDX not only attract consumers and keep them coming back, but that consumers are compelled to reach out to the real estate professional using these effective tools on their website. "iSearch Optima IDX is the fruition of iHomefinder's fourteen years of experience in the online real estate space, serving thousands of brokerages and agents," said Alon Chaver, CEO of iHomefinder. "Optima's SEO capabilities and social media integration build upon the WordPress and mobile IDX innovation we've recently rolled out, keeping our clients at the forefront of online real estate technology." iSearch Optima IDX fits best in websites with a 720 to 750 pixel-wide container, making it perfect for WordPress applications and websites with a vertical navigation bar. The new product is a free upgrade for all existing iHomefinder customers. A demonstration website using Optima IDX can be viewed at http://www.anyhomesrealty.com/optima.
