Agents Using Moxi Present Enjoyed 43% More Business in 2016
September 24, 2017 – Seattle, WA – Moxi Works, a real estate technology company, makes brokerages more profitable by providing them a unique solution to their tools and services. One of the ways they do this is with Moxi Present, a well-known and highly adopted real estate CMA and presentation tool. They recently conducted an analysis on the users of Moxi Present and found that those who used it enjoyed 43% more total transactions in the 2016 year compared to those that didn't. Moxi Present allows agents to easily create seller, buyer, and open house presentations. They are MLS-connected, updated to the minute and every MLS listing can be shown with the actual driving commute time to any location. They were curious what results agents were seeing from the tool, so they dove into the analytics. Moxi Works used Windermere's agents in Western Washington as the sample for the case study. There are roughly 2,700 agents in the Western Washington region that are with Windermere Real Estate. In their case study findings, Moxi found that seller agents who used Moxi Present averaged 6.4 sales in the 2016 year, while those that didn't only averaged 4.17 sales, meaning that seller agents using Moxi Present had 53% more listing sales. Buyer agents that used Moxi Present averaged 5.71 sales, while those who didn't averaged 4.30 sales, helping them average 34% more buyer-side transactions. When adding those up, that's 12.08 sides for agents whom used Moxi Present and only 8.42 for those that did not. Redfin Launches Tech-Powered Comparative Market Analysis Tool to Help Its Agents Accurately and Quickly Price Homes
SEATTLE--Redfin, the next-generation real estate brokerage, today launched the Redfin Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) tool for Redfin's agents to give our home-selling clients the most accurate home pricing recommendations based on recent local sales and homebuyer demand. "Pricing a home correctly is the most important factor in a successful home sale, and the number one thing on a seller's mind is — how much?" said Karen Krupsaw, vice president of real estate operations. "The Redfin CMA gives home sellers confidence in our recommendation because it combines the power of data with the expertise of the agent, and presents it all in a transparent, easy-to-understand format." The Redfin CMA tool is built upon the algorithm that powers Redfin Estimate, the brokerage's automated home valuation tool that uses the most up-to-date data available on home listings and sales from the Multiple Listing Service. Agents can use suggested comparables and input their own comparables for a customized analysis. To make it even better, they are now integrated right into your Wise Agent account. They work with 100s of MLS systems throughout the country – here's a list of all those that it currently works with: Cloud CMA MLS partners You can follow these steps to get started: Login to your Wise Agent account, click on the "Welcome" tab in the top right corner and click "Integration Menu" Note the Cloud CMA option on the left. In another tab, login to your Cloud CMA account, click Settings in the top right, then Lead Generation. Copy the API key provided. Back in Wise Agent, paste the API key into the appropriate field. Click "Activate" to the right. Check out this video tutorial: Now, on any Contact Summary page, you will see a small Cloud CMA icon near the primary address fields. We are pleased to announce the addition of a Sellers Net Sheet to Cloud CMA. We heard the feedback of our community, who repeatedly expressed interest in this feature, so we put our developers on it. The Sellers Net Sheet is available to all levels of membership as a free Cloud CMA enhancement. What's a Seller's Net Sheet? It is a worksheet that breaks down the costs and expenses of selling a home to estimates the "net" dollar amount that a seller will receive after the sale. Why use a Seller's Net Sheet? Aside from the obvious reason – to show your seller how much they will take home at the end of the sale – this sheet is a useful tool for client education and expectation management. By educating a client on the different necessary costs associated with buying or selling their home, expectations of what they will 'net' can be managed more effectively. How to create a Seller's Net Sheet in Cloud CMA: 1. Under the "Listings" step of CMA customization, enter a Suggested List Price in the field circled below and click Update. 2. When the Net Sheet appears under the Suggested Listing Price, click "add row" 3. Type the expense name in the new column, add a dollar amount, and click Save Net Sheet Items 4. Now in the Customize step, you will see a page tab called "Sellers net sheet". Drag and drop that page bar to indicate where you'd like the page to appear in your report.
