DotLoop Adds More Enhancements to Help Agents Close More Deals

DotLoop logoDotLoop just announced that they have added several new features to enhance their clients' experience on the DotLoop platform.


Feature Updates Include:

Start a Loop without an Interactive form:

  • Previously: A loop required at least one interactive form from your library
  • Now: Loops can be started without interactive forms so agents can add attachments only
Uploading Multiple Attachments:
  • Previously: Attachments could only be loaded one at a time
  • Now: Multiple attachments can be added to a loop from one screen
Customized Signatures and Initials:
  • Previously: Signatures and initials were based on your registered name
  • Now: Signature and initials are customizable
Sortable Loops:
  • Previously: Loops were sorted based on date created
  • Now: Loops can be sorted based on action required, loop name or signature needed
Searchable Activity:
  • Previously: Activity did not include search functionality
  • Now: Activity can easily be searched to quickly locate information via the messages tab
Invite Buying Agent
  • Previously: Only the buying agent could invite the listing agent into their buying loop
  • Now: A listing agent can invite a buying agent into their listing loop
