Top Producer's Sold Alert Lets Agents Promptly Tell Potential Sellers of Neighborhood Home Sales

SAN JOSE, CA, May 8, 2014 -- To help real estate agents stay on top of homes sold, Top Producer® Systems, a leading developer of media and technology solutions for real estate professionals operated by Move, Inc., today introduced Sold Alert, a tool that helps agents promptly notify potential sellers of a home sale near their property.

As part of Top Producer's Market Snapshot® service, Sold Alert generates notifications within minutes of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reporting a home sale as closed. Potential sellers often want opinions on pricing and other market advice well in advance of listing their home for sale. Sold Alert enables agents to improve the dialogue with potential sellers by providing very timely and pertinent pricing information regarding sold homes.
