Tuesday's webinar will cover the topic of customer relationship management software. Associates will become familiar with Delta's CRM structure, and supporting CRM features and functions. Topics include an overview of CRM features and functions (group, contact, campaign, email letters, blasts, etc.), followed by a live demonstration.
