RE/MAX Pines By The Sea Announces Affiliation With RatedAgent.com For Clients Seeking Real Estate In Cambria

Cambria, CA--Cambria Real Estate specialist Joe Prian, an owner and agent at RE/MAX Pines By The Sea in Cambria, CA has announced, beginning the first week of February, that his office will become affiliated with RatedAgent.com. Real estate agents associated with RatedAgent.com are given the opportunity to have their service rated by their clients. Those ratings are then displayed online.

Being part of this new rating system gives perspective clients a sense of trust. All comments and ratings come from actual clients. In addition, the system is set up in a manner where real estate offices are continually audited, making it impossible for agents to selectively allow which transactions are allowed or not allowed.

"We have to post the good and the bad," said Prian, who has been voted to the Cambria Chamber of Commerce board of directors for 2014 and 2015. "As a consumer, I get a little suspicious when all I see are high marks and no issues. It also gives us a chance to explain when something may not have gone right."

Information available to consumers includes a customer satisfaction rating from the buyer and seller as well as any personal comments that may apply to their interaction with the agent. Information displayed on RatedAgent.com includes all customer reviews for the last three years.

The real estate agents at RE/MAX Pines By The Sea have seen an unprecedented increase in property value, from 2012 through 2013, with an increase of 20-25 percent. According to Prian, several reports point to 2014 having 5.5% to 6.0% interest rates by year end and possibly another 5% to 6% increase in property value.

"All in all, I think the coming year will be good for buyers and sellers with interest rates still low and values increasing," said Prian. Prian is also the 2014 vice president and Multiple Listing chair of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors® (S.C.A.R.).
