This tool is designed to boost web traffic to Canadian listing agents and brokers by allowing you to upload your listings directly to Point2 Homes. Best of all, it's completely FREE!

How does it work?

• If your broker is with CREA, ask them to opt-in to the DDF module (not all brokers have opted in for this) and your listings will be automatically imported to Point2 Homes, at no cost.
• If your broker is not with CREA, your listings can still be sent automatically to Point2 Homes through Point2's listing syndication, a free benefit offered by some real estate associations. If your real estate organization doesn't offer this benefit, listing syndication is also included with a Point2 Agent membership.
