iHomefinder integrates Down Payment Resource on IDX websites

iHomefinder has now enabled Down Payment Resource (DPR) on all IDX search websites across our shared customer markets, allowing consumers to identify, search and explore the many homebuyer assistance options available throughout the country during their home search.

iHomefinder joins WolfNet and Union Street Media as the latest IDX provider to integrate DPR. While making down payment assistance program information available to homebuyers is one obvious benefit, iHomefinder agent and broker customers also benefit from the automatic, no-cost addition of a new lead generation tool on their websites.

On average, about 70 percent of active, residential listings in any given market are eligible for one or more homebuyer assistance programs. Now that iHomefinder has integrated DPR into its customers' sites, those programs are visible and available to consumers during their home search process

Approximately 5 percent of consumers who click DPR on a REALTOR®'s or broker's IDX website will submit their contact information to learn more about their homeownership opportunities. DPR leads and consumer contact information go directly to the website owner, along with program results and detailed information on next steps.
