New Website Transforms Listing Syndication Market

March 01 2013

Introducing Listing-Feed.com, the web's first premium listing syndication tool. With roots in New England and contracts with the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and the Boston Globe, Listing-Feed.com has opened the doors to connect luxury real estate listings with prestigious websites.

Now REALTORS® can broaden their listing reach into previously un-tapped markets with one simple membership. Listing Feed automatically syndicates choice properties (ie. those valued at $500,000 or more) from their local MLS to a network of nationally and internationally viewed websites.

With the majority of second home real estate listings sought by out-of-state buyers, REALTORS® have been missing their mark.

In December of last year, The New York Times had over 508,000 searches for up-market properties in Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. In that same period, there were less than 3,000 listings posted for those states.

Listing Feed is designed to bridge that gap. "We're doing right by agents," says Jeremiah Poljacik, Creator of Listing-Feed.com. "By white labeling our product we can give it all back to the brokers and their agents--the brand recognition, backlink and the traffic."

As the Owner and Publisher of New England Real Estate Magazine, Poljacik knows what brokers are looking for: "Ease-of-use, automatic updates and no contract." Listing-Feed also provides accountable reporting and listing performance for no additional cost.

Additionally, Poljacik sees the current emerging trends in the online marketplace. "Many of my print customers regularly express interest in the online marketplace, However, it's beyond difficult to forge individual relationships with the big online ad publications."

By creating bulk accounts with in-demand websites, ListingFeed bundles ads at a better rate, offering clients a simple, automated listing syndication, saving them the headache and cost of having to negotiate dozens of advertising commitments and contracts.

At 32, Poljacik is at the forefront of the start-up scene that's gaining traction in Portland, Maine. Working out of Think Tank CoWorking, a collaborative workspace for start-ups, ListingFeed is building a national sales force and creating alliances with top-notch programmers. Forging ahead, ListingFeed is poised to scale-out to include markets all over the country.

"I wanted to create a new kind of real estate syndication company," says Poljacik. "One that connects the expansive new mobile marketplace. This is the future of premium online real estate syndication."

Agents and brokers are encouraged to see for themselves the benefit of joining Listing-Feed.com.
