January 31 2018

Members can now securely access their forms libraries all in one convenient place.

FRASER, Mich., Jan. 24, 2018 -- zipLogix™, creators of zipForm®, today announced that two additional real estate associations now offer their members complete access to their forms libraries through zipForm® Plus, the robust forms and transaction management solution powered by zipLogix™.

Ulster County Board of REALTORS® of New York and Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® of Alabama joined many other associations across the nation who've enhanced their members' zipForm® Plus transaction management benefit provided by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), that includes the newly redesigned zipForm® Plus forms engine, zipTMS® transaction management system and zipVault® document storage. By allowing members to auto-populate transaction information directly into their associations' forms, they can now manage the whole process all in one place.

"With access to their local associations' forms libraries inside of zipForm® Plus, real estate professionals now have the time-saving convenience of managing the complete transaction process from a single interface," said zipLogix™ Chairman of the Board Mark Peterson. "This not only enables them to work productively, but reduces the chance for error and eliminates duplication of efforts."
