Black Knight’s Paragon MLS System Wins Top Honors for the Fourth Year in a Row in the 15th Annual Clareity MLS Customer Satisfaction Survey

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – March 23, 2016 – For the fourth year in a row, Paragon MLS, the flagship multiple listing service (MLS) system from Black Knight Financial Services, earned top honors in the annual Clareity MLS Customer Satisfaction Survey. Clareity Consulting conducted its survey between December 2015 and February 2016 and received feedback from 205 MLS organizations. Respondents rated MLS systems on key metrics for customer satisfaction, including system performance and uptime, technical support, vendor responsiveness and communications.

MLS executives and staff ranked Paragon highest in customer satisfaction over all other major MLS systems, including high rankings for Paragon's customer support, system uptime, vendor responsiveness and implementations.

Highlights from the survey results include:

  • 100 percent of respondents rated Paragon implementations as "excellent."
  • Customers particularly expressed their appreciation of Paragon's enhancements to mapping and photo editing, new release videos that can be shared with members, and board-level functions that support greater autonomy for regional MLS boards.
  • More than 50 percent of respondents said their satisfaction with Paragon had improved in the past year.
  • When asked, "If you could do it over again, would you select this MLS system again today?," 97 percent of respondents indicated they would choose Paragon again.
