Placester Announces Plays, Automation for Real Estate Marketing

October 02 2015

BOSTON, MA—(September 30, 2015) - Placester, a marketing platform that fuses technology and design to dramatically improve the home buying process for real estate consumers and professionals, today announced the launch of Plays, the company's newest marketing automation software solution. Placester Plays enables agents, teams and brokers to automate time-consuming marketing activities and sync multiple platforms and channels to reach more customers online.

Real estate professionals looking to grow their businesses have a wide variety of digital marketing tools, channels and formats to choose from when promoting their brand. However, configuring, learning and managing these tools can be both challenging and incredibly time-consuming. Plays employs Placester's platform to perform online marketing tasks like setting up a CRM, developing a content marketing calendar or building display ads, so agents and brokers can spend more time on face-to-face client interactions.

"Time is a common enemy for real estate professionals, who spend much of their day meeting with clients out in the field," said Matt Barba, CEO of Placester. "We created Placester to empower agents and brokers with marketing tools that simplify all the tasks of reaching people online. Plays puts time back into the day for real estate professionals, so they can build more meaningful connections with prospects and clients without having to worry about marketing."

Placester Plays are available for a variety of one-time and recurring activities. With the automatic functionality of Plays, customers can enlist Placester's marketing experts and software to execute tasks on more than a dozen platforms, including Facebook, Google, AdWords, Google Analytics, Follow Up Boss, and more. Additionally, Plays can automate tasks within the Placester platform, such as setting up drip email marketing campaigns. Customers can also opt for Free Plays, which provide informative step-by-step instructions for performing these activities on their own.

Access to Plays is included in Placester's Tier 3 offering. In addition to Plays, upper-tier customers also receive a dedicated Account Manager, who provides personalized one-on-one support and training to help them get the most out of Plays and other Placester tools.
