DotLoop to Announce Association Edition at the NAR's Midyear Event in Nation’s Capital

May 06 2011

dotloop logoFrom May 11-13, DotLoop will convene on our nation’s capital –alongside other industry-leading companies- to share ideas and products to benefit the industry’s various networks and associations.

In today’s automated society, convenience and efficiency drive the success of most businesses as the landscape of commerce becomes increasingly interactive. Brokers and their agents are leveraging DotLoop to gain an edge in today’s interactive market by reaching deals quickly with document sharing and electronic signatures in an online, collaborative workspace.

DotLoop’s presence throughout the industry continues to grow as new regions of the U.S. report more brokers and agents using the collaborative workspace to simplify the process of traditional real estate.  Historically, DotLoop has been a broker centric solution, with subscription services set on a per-agent basis.  Associations have taken notice and are interested in what DotLoop can provide for their large agent base.

Austin Allison, DotLoop CEO said, “It was necessary to incorporate an Association Edition because DotLoop is an open source platform for all REALTORS®. Therefore, larger associations need ablilty to equip their members with the necessary tools to reach a deal in a more time-conscious manner.”

The NAR Mid Year event provides a great venue to reveal plans for the Association Edition that will benefit these larger associations in their pursuit to increase efficacy and offer real value to their members. Therefore, association members and leaders are encouraged to visit DotLoop at booth #315 to discuss the Association Edition.

Providing DotLoop’s collaborative workspace to associations is one-step closer in helping people work together in a seamless, transparent manner to reach an agreement.  Increased transaction speed among an association’s large membership base means more deals are being completed faster, thus increasing influence in the regions their members occupy.

Current subscribers are excited to use the first collaborative workspace in real estate as a means of completing deals that break the confines of scheduling conflicts and location differences.  Rather, agents and brokers powered with DotLoop are able to negotiate and finalize contracts whenever and wherever each party has Internet access.

While there are many exhibitors at this year’s NAR Midyear, DotLoop is the only all-encompassing platform to incorporate true collaboration in the transaction process. Therefore, it’s the only platform capable of completing the entire negotiation process without using multiple software programs. As a result, DotLoop continues to power offices across the country helping agents and their clients reach deals faster.
