ReachFactor's core features include a Web Survey technology that allows agents to automatically survey past clients and collect feedback. Agents and brokers can also use ReachFactor's Survey tool to collect reviews and agent ratings without having to beg for them. Enter an email address and ReachFactor automatically sends the survey, sends reminders, and collects responses confidentially inside of their ReachFactor account.
ReachFactor helps syndicate property listings and promote agent reviews online. One click on the Facebook Connector and ReachFactor automatically creates a Facebook presence for an agent or broker. They can turn syndication on for any listing and it is instantly promoted to Facebook, Trulia, Zillow, Oodle, Hotpads and Realtor.com.
ReachFactor’s auto-notify feature makes updates easy. If an agent or broker needs to change the price on a listing, he or she will make a change in the ReachFactor system and update the listing. Once this new information is changed, updates are automatically pushed everywhere.
