Product Review: Wise Agent

We recently published a Friday Freebie article about Wise Agent. Now, I have to admit, I wasn’t very familiar with their product. So, ever curious, I asked Brandon Wise to give me a brief demo. Wise Agent is a feature-rich technology, so what you’ll see here is just a quick overview.

The Basics
Wise Agent is a contact management, time management, transaction management, and marketing solution for real estate professionals and other small business owners.

The Benefits
There are a few features I saw that I found particularly interesting.

• The newest element of Wise Agent is their social media integration. They make it easy to add Twitter accounts for your contacts.

Once you’ve added this information, the contact’s latest Twitter activity will appear within the CRM. Keeping up with what they’re posting may provide ideas about conversation-starters. Their Klout score will also be displayed – giving you an idea of their level of influence.

You can reply to Tweets or Retweet right within the CRM. You can also see your client's most recent Facebook update.

• Wise Agent offers support that is truly 24/7. This includes nights, weekends, and holidays. It is always their goal to reply within 10 minutes of customer contact.
• People working in teams will be happy to learn that there is no extra charge for adding team members. Also, any and all team members can be logged-in at the same time on multiple devices.
• All the features of Wise Agent are connected. This eliminates the time drain of entering the same information in multiple places. When you schedule an appointment with a contact, you tag it to that contact so that it appears in the "notes" field in the CRM as well as your calendar. Wise Agent is also integrated with Gmail; this means that, if you add a contact in one, it is automatically updated in the other.
• Wise Agent is integrated with DocuSign for electronic signatures.
• I have one word for the marketing tools integrated into Wise Agent: deep. I need way more time to sort through all the options available there. What I can see at this point is that Wise Agent has provided templates for a vast array of communications. This includes stock copy that agents can use as well as design templates for special occasions and holidays.
• Wise Agent can be integrated with Mail Chimp to provide analytics for the marketing emails and newsletters you send through Wise Agent.
• Their "Fusion" tool creates a unique website for individual transactions. Each party to the transaction can be given access to the website so that they can collaborate and stay current.
