When most of us have a question, we immediately call out to our old friend Google. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't look up something from my most trusted, and reliable source of information.

However, there will always be times where you don't get the exact answer you were looking for on Google. Maybe because the information is dated, or the person who filmed the video forgot one small nuance that would have helped you solve your problem.

Google Helpouts is a brand new service coming to the search engine giant where you can ask questions live to a proven professional in the field. It definitely won't be free, but certainly sounds useful.
